I have purchased color id and when i log in to paypal it says there were problems clompleting this purchase.  Please contact Blackberry App World customer support.  (error id: 3300)  Can you help?

    When I attempt to download the Calorie Tracker by Livestrong app, I continually receive an error ->
    "There were problems competing this purchase.  Please try again or visit www.blackberry.com/appworld/support for more information. (Error Id: 3300)."
    Here is some additional information.  1) I have downloaded this application on a previous blackberry and I am now trying to purchase/add to my new Curve 9300 3G.  I am not sure if this may be causing the error but I am happy to pay the $2.99 again, I just want to download it. 2) I contacted the livestrong support and they said this is an app world issue and contact support for BB. 3) I have successfully purchased and downloaded other apps.

  • REP-3300 UI-17

    Hello,
    I get the error REP-3300/UI-17 when I try to launch reports 6i on AIX.
    I found the Doc ID: 1041059.6 with the title "REP-3300 UI-17 WHEN LAUNCHING REPORTS ON A PC" on the metalink.
    But it does not tell me what fonts I need to install on the PC and the path to find the find the file where fonts can be installed. I must add that I am able to run the 'xclock'. It does show up...but it also gives the warnings shown below:

    Warning: Cannot convert string "-dt-interface user-medium-r-normal-s*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*-*" to type FontSet
    Any one faced this issue before? If yes, how did you solve it?

    Is this related to Metalink Note:1075869.6?
    Is NLS_LANG set correctly?
    If this doesn't solve the error, then I would suggest logging a service request with Oracle Support.

  • Game Download Problem on 9700

    Hello,
    I recently (48 hours ago) purchased a new BB Bold 9700. I previously had a BB Pearl. I transferred all the information through the Desktop Manager without a hitch...however...I ran into a problem when trying to download my favorite game. Here is the situation:
    I had previously downloaded "Bejeweled" from EA (through BB Apps) onto my Pearl and was playing it regularly. I am now trying to download it onto my new 9700 and it is: 1)not showing up in "My World" under BB Apps and therefore I cannot download it, and 2) will not even let me re-purchase the game. I get the following error message when simply trying to purchase the game again:
    "There were problems  completing this purchase. Please contact Blackberry  App World  customer support. Error ID 3300."
    I am able to purchase other EA games through BB Apps though.
    Has anyone ever had this problem?

    Carrier is T-Mobile
    BB Bold 9700
    Smartphone (3G, Wi-Fi)
    App World Version 1.1.0.23

  • App world app download

    hi tried to download a1 christmas snow theme for my blackberry curve for the amount of R6 as stated. immediately after entering credit card details, an sms came through from my credit card of an amount of R8.72 that was deducted. then app world threw out an error message id: 3300. i need help to get this app now that i have already paid for - as well as paying R2.72 more than it was advertised for!!!!

    Here is a KB that discusses that error:

    Hopefully it contains something useful! There also are multiple existing threads on this site that discuss that exact error...your review of those might prove useful, and a search of this site, using the error message, error code, or symptom, should reveal all applicable existing threads to you.
    Otherwise, I suggest that you clear the AppWorld application cache:
    1. Open App World
    2. Go to My World
    3. Follow one (and only one!) of these steps:
    3a. For keyboard-based BB's -- Hold down the ALT key and then press, in sequence R, then S, then T
    3b. For Touch Screen Only BBs -- Hold the num-lock (!?123) button so it locks and then press, in sequence 3, then 4, then (
    3c. For newer (e,g., OS6 and 7) BB's, see this KB:
    KB24714 How to clear the BlackBerry App World cache
    4. AppWorld should close.
    5. If your BB locks after issuing the cache clear, perform a battery pull reboot
    6. Return to AppWorld/MyWorld (it may be sluggish while it re-synchronizes).
    If step (4) does not happen as listed, then the clear cache did not work.

  • Need blackberry app world support

    I am trying to purchase apps and I have a working paypal account. When I hit purchase, phone says:There were problems completing this purchase. Please contact BlackBerry App World customer support (Error Id: 3300) I have a curve 8330, use sprint, app world version 1.1.0.19

    thanks for your reply. i wanted to add 2 thing after the installation the password i entered in installation was not working  for all the super users that is why i had to delete SAP* from database and change the j2ee_Admin password.
    you mentioned that the java stack is unable to communicate with abap stack but i can login to portal by j2ee_admin user. but when i go to identity management then it give the error i gave you earlier.

    What does "randomly" mean? What do you do, when the issue appears? Do you run games before? Use other programs? Also check the Event Viewer for the exact cause...

    When I try to create a new ReportDocument from .NET the application exists with no other information. There is an event log entry similar to this one:

    I have all version of .NET installed but please note that .NET is not required to reproduce the problem. Please read again my initial post. The error can be reproduced with this single line of VB Script and there is no .NET involved:
    Set o = CreateObject("CrystalClientDoc.ReportClientDocument")
    The same can be reproduced by creating a new ReportDocument object from .NET in any type of .NET application.
    > What CR Service Pack are you on?
    I haven't installed any additional service packs. Please see the versions of the files I have on my system to figure out the service pack:
    Crystaldecisions.Crystalreports.Engine.dll file version = 11.5.9708.998
    cachemanager.dll file version = 11.5.8.998
    clientdoc.dll file version = 11.5.8.998
    The other computers where all works good have the same versions installed.

    The assembly version is 11.5.3700.0, file version: 11.5.9708.998, file size: 393,216 bytes

    The error happens in btoh web and windows forms applications as well as by simply trying to create the Crystal COM object directly from VB Script without involving any .NET. So the same error will occur if CR are used from VB6 for example.

    I get a crash in unmanaged code in cachemanager.dll at 0x3f8691b7. All the details are in my original post (scroll up). When this happens in a .NET application, the process is terminated and Vista shows a message that the program has stoped working. There is an error in the event log (see my original post)

    Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008 was installed with VS 2008. After that I installed Crystal Reports Server Deployment

    Yes I did reinstall both Crystal Reports Basic for Visual Studio 2008 and Crystal Reports Server Deployment in reverse order (i.e. the server deployment first and then the basics)

    While generating stack.xml file from solman 7.1 sp 10, we got error in the verification execution as Cannot recognize installed product instance in lmdb.

    Please check 4 ETQ399 System-nr = '', GwService = 'sapgw' Client = '000' in the log mentioned.
    Why it is not picking up any value for  System-nr = (It should get system no. 40 - as my system no is 40)

    Hello Scott,
    Please take a look at dispatcher and latest work processes trace files for the reason of this problem. Try to start the instance manually and see.
    This problem might occur when your system does not have latest kernel installed. Do you have the latest target kernel?
    If not, please update kernel and resume the upgrade. It should be working fine.
