Hi,
The syntax of the created SDA may be wrong
Check the main attributes defined in SAP_MANIFEST.MF are equal or not to their corresponding componentelement entry.
SAP_MANIFEST.MF file is located in META-INF subfolder in the .sda file.
The values of "keycounter" and "counter" should be the same. Also the values of "keyname" and "name" should be identical.

    i,
I wanted to know if there is a business package for Project systems which include transactions like CJ20N, CN33, CN41N, DP81,VA23, VA25. I checked in SDN Portal content portfolio and found there is a BP for Projects 5.3 and BP for Project self service. • Error Loading Business Components for Project

    Good Afternoon,
I am running JDeveloper ver. 10.1.2
when I open JDeveloper I get the pop up:
Error Loading Business Components for Project
    U:\Jdev\mywork\CUSTLEVR\CUSTLEVR\CUSTLEVR.jpr

You could simply edit the .jpr file outside the Jdeveloper and remove <ownerMap /> element.
Additionaly, there are some <properties> in the bottom of the file, that need to be removed as well - try experimenting with them.

  • Business package for project management

    Hi everybody.
Does anyone of you know something about any Business Package for Project Management?
I'd like to integrate this functionality in my SAP Portal 6.0, and maybe any Business Package should be the best way...
    That's all, thanks a lot!!
    Alberto.

    Hi,
You can download the business package for project portfolio management from sdn.sap.com at <b>SDN > Developer Areas > Portal > Portal Content Portfolio > Browse Content Portfolio > All Business Packages > Business Package for Project Portfolio Management and Design Collaboration.</b>
The Business Package for Projects, Portfolio Management and Design Collaboration (PPMDC) 4.0 combines portfolio management with operational project management by offering access to SAP cProject Suite (cProjects and cFolders) and SAP xApp Resource and Portfolio Management (xRPM) via SAP Enterprise Portal.
This is compatible with the NW2004s Portal. We have used this business package for integrating the xRPM system into the Portal.
    Hope this helps!!!

  • Business Package for Projects 50.3

    Hi.
We are about to use the above business package but get an error message in the external service iViews included in the cProjects workset.
Error message: SAPApplication Backward Compatibility Component
When we assign the System Administration role or Super Administration role to our test user everything works fine but this is not a suitable solution.
Has anyone experienced the same problem or do you know how to solve the problem?
    Portal version: 7.0
    cProjects version: 3.0
    Thanks in advance.
    BR
    Søren Bessermann

I have and it is ok.
I might add that the role is shown correctly in the navigation and the error message is shown in the iView.
Security Zones should be sufficient as well why I don't know from where the difference in permissions comes from.

  • Business Package for Colloboration Projects

    hi, experts
I would like to know about the deployment about PPDMC (Projects, Portfolio Management and Design Collaboration). I need to deploy the PPMDC to EP 7.0.
As follows the xRPM installation guide, I need to install the CPRXRPM_UI. Is it right?
Actually, I can not find the the installation guide of PPMDC for cProjects. I got the installation guide for xRPM.
If we do not need to follow the xRPM installation guide, can I upload the PPMDC without CPRXRPM_UI using JSPM?
Please, let me know how to figure it out.
    Thank you for your concern.

    Hi Santosh
You can view the entire list of Business Packages on SDN itself. Just browse to the Developer Areas -> Enterprise Portal -> Portal Content Portfolio. On the Quick Links area, click on List of Packages. You will then be able to see the list. Check if what you are looking for is available there.
    Hope that helped.

  • Importing business packages?

    Hello,
Can anyone send me some link or doc which explains how i could import "Business Packages for Specialists" in EP 6.0?
If there is any doc that is specifically meant for importing "Business Package for SAP CRM 4.0" then it would be really great. Thanks.

    Hi,
The BP entry point is https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/webcontent/uuid/e0c0bdca-ad6d-2910-f881-bc8202f8f8a9 which points to http://kwhelp.sap.com/SAPIKS/S47165b9df93c41b9b8a65f6c58f56f0b/KW/IWB_STRUCT9335C73C3D91995BE10000000A114084/IWB_EXTHLP8F35C73C3D91995BE10000000A114084/?LANGUAGE=EN&RELEASE=402&IWB_INDUSTRY=BBPCRM&IWB_COUNTRY=&TMP_IWB_TASK=DISPLAY for the online documentation.

Does anybody know if this is a B.P. for Project Management?
