Error in BDC program for Block vendor in SAP R/3

Hello friends,
I wrote a BDC program to block vendor using FK02.
When I debug the program in <b>No screen</b> mode
the program gives a error 'No batch input data for screen SAPMSSY3 0131.
But the screen name and screen number is not available in the program.
When I execute without debugging  in No screen mode, the program works correctly.
When I run in ALL screen mode, the program works correctly and the program does not prompt for SAPMSSY3 0131 screen.
Is there any solution for this problem.

check this
... MODE mode
Effect
The processing mode can take the following values:
'A' Display screen
'E' Display only if an error occurs
'N' Do not display
<b>'P' Do not display; debugging possible</b>
If the MODE addition is omitted, then the processing mode is 'A'.
If a screen is displayed in processing mode 'E' because the system reached the end of the BDC data, the system automatically switches to processing mode 'A'.
If breakpoints are set in a transaction tcod called using the CALL TRANSACTION tcod USING itab variant, these are not actually reached in 'N' mode. The system tries to insert data in the Debugger screen; the call ends with SY-SUBRC = 1001 and the message "Batch input data is not available for screen SAPMSSY3 0131" (S 00 344).
Conversely, in 'P' mode, transaction screens are processed in the background (as in 'N' mode) and debugging is possible.

    Hello,
You could try using a BDC with VL04 but first preference would be to see if there are any BAPI functions (search for BAPI) that can do this.
If BUS2032 doesn't have an attribute that you want (eg shipping point) then sub-delegate to ZBUS2032 and add the attribute, it's straightforward. You just have to know how to determine the value programmatically.

  • Problem in creating a BDC program for transaction cj20n(project sytem)

    Hi all,
I am trying to create project,WBS element ,network and activity using a BDC program,
I am able to create to a recording for the transaction cj20n using tcode shdb but when i run the recording it doesnt run properly i am not able to create any thing.
I get error saying that a particular field doesnt exist on the screen.
Is possible to create a BDC program for transaction CJ20N ?
Also is there any other alternative  apart from using a BAPI or a function module.
    Thanks,
    Nishant

  • BDC Program for posting FI document

    Hi everyone!
Anyone out there already made a BDC program for posting FI documents with this concept:
User will upload a spreadsheet file with the line items per row
User will input which TCODE user will use for posting
BDC program will then post the document using the line items in the spreadsheet file
I need to make a BDC program with that concept but having a hard time to think of a good algorithm to make my program very flexible.
    Thanks!

you can use batch input program RFBIBL00 to pasrk document. Please check these links for more information.
    http://help.sap.com/printdocu/core/Print46c/en/data/pdf/CAGTFADM/CAGTFADM-FI.pdf

Have a processing routine defined for the specific Idocs that come into SAP.
So, as and when the idocs are in, the routine triggers and you can codeappropriately in the routine for parking the idocs.
    Check these threads
    BAPI For Parking FI Document
    Post FI Parked Documents
You can use message type INVOIC, IDoc Type INVOIC01/02 with process code INVF (FM IDOC_INPUT_INVOIC_FI) for FBV1 transaction.
See if there are any BAPI/FMs for parking an FI document.
1.. Use INVOIC01 IDOC with INVF process code (This works for Vendor Line Items only). I read the documentation somewhere that, this would work even if the line items are > 999
2.. BAPI_ACC_INVOICE_RECEIPT_POST (This works for Vendor Line Items only)
3.. BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST (Tax jurisdiction allocation not calculated properly)
4.. BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST (No tax line items allowed for this BAPI)

  • Error - No amount authorization for customers/vendors in company code

    Hi All,
I'm new to SAP MM. This question has been posted many times but the suggested solutions are not working for me.
Whatever i'm doing related to amounts (either while invoicing through FB60 or while creating down payment request through F-47), I'm getting error "No amount authorization for customers/vendors in company code".
I have already tried following solutions -
1.) Created tolerance groups and assigned to company code via tcode OBA3
2.) Gone to SPRO and assigned 2 tolerance groups to company code (one blank and one created above in Step-1)
3.) Assigned user-id (as in SAP system) to the respective tolerance group.
    Still I'm getting below error.
Any inputs on this issue are welcome.

I dont really know why you mentioned that you are new to MM, as this is related to FI.
the error message has number  F5 155, the F in the beginning or hte error message number already mentions that it belongs to FInance
If you use SE91 and lookup the where-used list  for this number then SAP will show you a few programs, in the detail you can see that SAP checks table T043T
if you then use SM30, enter T043T and click customizing, then SAP takes you to the customizing knot to maintain this table.
which is: IMG > Financial Accounting > Financial Accounting Global Settings > Document > Line Item >
    ....Define Tolerance Groups for Employees
    ....Assign User/Tolerance Groups

  • Is it possible to creat Shoppping cart for Blocked vendor in R/3

    Hello all,
is it possible to create shopping cart for blocked vendor in R/3. we are using extended classic scenario with SRM 5.0. when i am trying to do this vendor is not visible in vendor list. Am i missing somthing???
if it is not possible in standard set up...what exactly i need to do.
my requirement is that i should create shopping cart and then PO for posting block vendor in R/3 ( i know that we can do it in R/3)
how to achieve this in SRM 5.0 please guide.
    Thanks
    Rupesh Mundhada

There are possibly three types of blocks for a vendor in R3
    1. All company code are blocked for vendor
    2. Selected company code is blocked for vendor
    3. Vendor if blocked for the purchasing organization
But SRM allows only Central Locking and Purchasing Organizations level locking to be replicated from R3 - MM. So If the vendor is only blocked for a selected company code it will be still possible to create the shopping cart successfully, followed by purchase order; and PO will be issued to Vendor also; but it will not be replicated until and unless the block at the selected company code level is removed.
This is not wrong; though you will be able to change them as per your business need. The reason is Selected Company Code level block is only used by finance people to stop payment to vendors because of some reasons like exceeding the limit or anything else.
Please reward points if you find it useful.
