Error in BW Authorisation using RSSM

Hi All,
We have noticed this error last week when we tried to assign Authorisation object to newly create ID.
We have created a new ID in BW and assigned relevant roles to that ID. But, we are not able to assign any authorisation objects to that ID (also, not able to assign new authorisations to existing IDs).
Though system allows me to create Authorisation / intervals, I am not able to save the document (Save button is deactivated) and F8 (Generate Authorisation) don't seem to work,
Please let me know where we have gone wrong.

I don't know the reason for the same. But I have solved it by adding earlier generated profiles in SU01 for the user.
It is a work around solution. Please let me know where can I get the explanation for the same.

I'm tring to export all user and group information from a Hyperion Shared Services 9.2.1 by using CSSExport.bat
When there was only native directory in HSS, i can export these information successfully.

I found these is no directory "%HYPERION_HOME%\common\CSS\9.2.0\bin;" exists but "%HYPERION_HOME%\common\CSS\9.2.1\bin;"
I configured PATH by setting to above, and tried CSSExport again, still failed.
Than I disabled the NTLM is HSS, tried CSSExport again. It was successful.
So I am convinced that the problem caused by NTLM or PATH environment variable or some files associated.
Does anybody know the solution ?

I recommend you upgrade at least to 10.1.0.5. 10.1.0.2 comes with the very first version of csalter.plb, which has not the current implementation. From and to which character set do you try to migrate?

I am trying to load Budgets into ORACLE Projects using AMG API's..
I have developed PL/SQL which uses below procedures of pa_budget_pub package.

baseline_budget;
Procedure execute_create_draft_budget fails with following error message.
error message: Please enter a valid product code for this project.
error message: You entered an invalid API parameter.Please enter valid parameter and try again. Parameter Name: Resource List Parameter Value: 1446

Runtime error in MIRO while using User/Screen exit

Hello,
I have implemented an exit in ABAP for MIRO which when transported to Quality server through runtime error.
I have used EXIT (SMOD) : LFDCB001 which contains FM -> EXIT_SAPLFDCB_001 and include -> ZXM08U31. In this exit I have written my code to disable Inv. Party field. This field exist in Details Tab in Miro Transaction.
Location of the field: MIRO -> Details (tab) -> Inv. Party (Field)
Code written in include ZXM08U31 is:
LOOP AT SCREEN.
IF screen-name = 'INVFO-LIFRE'.
    screen-input = 0.
    MODIFY SCREEN.
ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.
This exit is assigned to a project in CMOD and I tested the same in Development system. It is working perfectly.
Now I transported the TR (Includes program ZXM08U31 and Customer enhancement projects ZMIRO). Now when I run MIRO in quality server it triggers the my logic and then through runtime error.
Runtime error says:
Short text
    Dynpro does not exist
Error analysis
    The system attempted to use dynpro 0400 in program "SAPLXM08".
    This dynpro does not exist.
I agree that screen 400 does not exists in program for MIRO but it does not exists in development system as well. So if the runtime error is valid in QEC server then why not in DEV server. And when it can run successfully in DEV server why cant it run in QEC server.
Hope I have explained all the things in detail.
Please provide me the solution since user can bombard anytime for the MIRO dump everytime in QEC.

Hi Harjeet,
Reason of your Dump is that the enhancement "LFDCB001" which you used contains one Function module exit "EXIT_SAPLFDCB_001" and another one screen exit in calling screen "SAPLFDCB" number 0150.
So when you activate your project these above mentioned both components were activated.
So when you execute transaction SAP looks for called screen "SAPLXM08" No-0400 but as you havn't created and program go for DUMP.
Solution - Just Create called screen "SAPLXM08" No-0400 and activate.

You need to enable the PerformancePoint Service Site Collection Features(PPSMonDatasourceCtype)
on the target site collection. go to site action > site settings> site collections features > and enable it and now try again.

INVALID_QUEUE_NAME : Error while scheduling message using qRFC

We are currently performing our PI 7.1 upgrade and one of our scenario uses a Sender SOAP of the type EOIO. We tried executing this scenario in PI 7.1 XID environment and in it worked fine without any errors but in our PI 7.1 QA environment it is giving the following errors

I am getting the below error sporadically while i add an attachment using my custom UI.
The OA passivation framework coding standard has been violated. The view object with full name, xxCustomAM.oracle_apps_fnd_server_OAAttachmentsAM.Attach_1_FndDocumentsDomExtensionVO, is not properly prepared for row insertion. Either setMaxFetchSize(0) or executeQuery() (or any equivalent method that ends up executing the view object query) must be called on the view object before new rows are inserted. For a detail view object in a master - detail relationship, executeQuery() (or any equivalent method that ends up executing the view object query) must be called instead of setMaxFetchSize(0) on the detail view object before new rows are inserted into the detail view object. setMaxFetchSize(0) call on the detail view object could cause a number of adverse effects.

The VO that I associate to the 'attachmentLink' is a detail VO. As I understand, before a row insertion we need to instantiate the detail VO using a false predicate like 'setWhereClause("1=0")'. From the above error, I see it uses setMaxFetchSize(0) instead, to insantiate the seeded VOs, FndDocumentsDomExtensionVO and FndAttachedDocumentsDomExtensionVO.
Please let me know any suggestions to solve this.

They belong to the seeded Application module, OAAttachmentsAM, which is the root application module to the attachment page.
You mean, should I substitute the OAAttachmentsAM to add the above code? Since this is the root AM, we cannot do that rt?

Getting error while publishing workflow using SP designer for SharePoint 2013

I am try to setup Workflow manager for our sharepoint applications.
WF manager set ran without any issue.
I registered the SPWorkflow service which succeeded as well. The Workflow service application shows "Workflow is connected"
I am creating a workflow using sharepoint designer using my credential (not Service account). I am able to save it but while publishing, its prompting with an error.
The error says "Errors were found while compiling the workflow.The workflow files were saved but cannot run." Clicking advanced button show
"Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: We're sorry, we weren't able to complete the operation, please try again in a few minutes. If you see this message repeatedly, contact your administrator.

According to your post, my understanding is that you got error while publishing workflow using SharePoint designer for SharePoint 2013.
Please check whether the Central Admin > Manage Service Application-> “App Management Service” is started.
Please check whether the “Configure service application associations”, ”App Management Service” is already associated.
Then please check whether the “Manage Services on server” and the “App Management Service” is started.
In addition, please try to re-register Workflow Service.
If the issues still exists, please follow the steps in the
Steps to Verify that Server Is Correctly Set Up. After you verified that the server is correctly set up, follow the steps in the
Steps to Troubleshoot Workflow Management Service and
Troubleshooting the Service Bus for Windows Server then retry your action related to publishing workflows

As is the case with most of the software's on Windows. Just uninstalled and re-installed JDeveloper. Problem solved.

"Submission status" error while posting comments using evcom

Hi friends,
I am getting "Submission status" error while posting comments using evcom. This error comes up even when we use "post comments" option in Action Pane.
The error text goes like this :
Error Message -
This cell can not be updated. Submission status must be modified to allow changes.
010_000|2009.TOTAL|INTERCO|NOPC
How can we get rid of this error?

That's means the status for that specific category, time entity is approved and you can not do any changes including
comments chnages.
You have to change first the work status for that entity and after that you will be able to submit your comments.

Error message on iPad using safari and iMessage/ FaceTime.

I'm having trouble with my iPad (3). Just recently I keep getting the same error message when searching using safari, it says cannot open page as too many redirects occurred. I've tried closing all tabs, clearing the history and clearing cookies and data but nothing is working. I can still use google and use my Facebook and Twitter apps. Also since clearing data, I have been logged out of iMessage and FaceTime, when I try and log back in again it says that an error occurred during activation. What's wrong with my iPad?! I updated my iOS software a few weeks ago so I assumed that couldn't be the problem. Please help!

You can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.
