Error in CONFLICT_CHECK - between SEM-BW and EA-FINSERV

Hi,
We are tesing an upgrade from R/3 4.7 EXT 200 to ECC 6.0. The CONFLICT_CHECK phase of the PREPARE fails with the following error:
2EETN219 The system found conflicts for add-on "SEM-BW" release "603" (see list):
3 ETN222 Installation package "SAPKGEF04G" of add-on component "EA-FINSERV" release "603"
4 ETN225 ... has conflicts with "SEM-BW" release "603" - piece list: "SAPK-603AXINSEMBW"
3WETN231 Conflict resolution by not installing of either "SEM-BW" rel."603" or "EA-FINSERV" rel."603"
Is there a CRT I am missing. Also how do i remove one of the packages from the queue? Repeating the phase does not take me to the SP selection screen?

I reported error to the SAP support and I got following answer:
Are you using the latest SAPup if not please use the latest SAPup and
let me know the results.
Can you please confirm me following points:
1. How did you downloaded the Enhancement pack 3 ??
is it by calculating queue via Maintenance optimizer in Solution
manager system ?
2. Can you please make sure that you system meets all the required
prerequisites for installting Enhancement pack 3 as per SAPnote
1083533.
3.you can try a workaround that upgrading the system with all
components on 600 level and then after the upgrade installing
enhancement pack 3..
Because I had used the latest SAPup (there is a new version now on the Marketpace), downloaded Ehp3 using Maintenance optimizer and checked note 1083533, I decided to start PREPARE again without Ehp3. After that PREPARE has finished without any problem and now I'm on the middle of SAPup. My conclusion is that something was wrong with version of SAPup I had used and I hope that it is solved in a new version.

Can you please let me know the differences between SEM BCS and SAP BPC. What I know is SEM BCS is an SAP product for Financial Consolidation (Legal and Management). SAP BPC is the new product taken over from Outlooksoft. It also features the consolidationa and planning functionalities. Can you please suggest which is a better product.

There is nothing like better or worse product.
BCS has some strong features like consolidation monitor, investment consolidation and for most consolidation functions, configuration is very easy. In BPC, you may have to write scripts.
BCS has BW as the backbone where for BPC 5.1 there is none. Howveer, in BPC 7.0, the BPC will rest on BI and things will be much better.

Error in sync between macbook pro and nokia 6280

hello, i just bought my first mac, and I am trying to sync with isync between my phone nokia 6280 and the mac wihout any success.
my mac is empty and most of the information is on my phone.
i try to reset sync history and to restart my phone and many things from the support site but it didnt help.
when I start the sync for the first time, in the beginning it looks good but than close to the end there is a massage problem with "inconsistencies in your sync information for.... and have been repaired.... the next sync...... may take longer..."
and than when i try the second time i get the error "synchronization failed... an unexpected error occured"
please help me

Customise table inconsistency between ABAP Dictionary and the databas

Hi all,
I have encountered a problem where by, I was not able to activate a table due to inconsistency between ABAP Dictionary and the database.
After I run the SE14--> Check Database object. It has show that there is a missing Unique Index(Primary Index) at the Database Level, but at ABAP Dictionary it is there.
I have try to recreate the primary index at the Database level, but failed. Because one of the primary key field is been dropped from this table.
So now, may I know how can I still make this table Active again?
Is it save to folllow the following solution that I found on internet?
Syntax error in SDCC, table inconsistency between ABAP Dictionary and the database, transport error 8 during the generation of ABAP Dictionary. When you call Transaction SDCC, a termination occurs due to a putative syntax error because a table is not known or active. When you check this with the ABAP dictionary (SE11), you notice, that the table is active or inactive, however it is not possible to activate it. The activation might terminate with the error message 'Inconsistency between ABAP Dictionary and database'. A check of the affected object also delivers this error.
Solution
Proceed as follows:
Log on as user DDIC
Call Transaction SE14
Enter the affected table name and
select EDIT
In the following screen, choose Table -> Reconstruct
Confirm the execution
Call Transaction SE11
Enter the affected table name
Display
Activate

However, all the other dimensions are static, which means they have neither category nor time dependency. As a result, the model presented here will use static Profit Center and Intercompany Profit Center dimensions.
Eliminations (so called Automatic Adjustments in BPC) are primarily driven by Legal Entity and Intercompany dimensions. As a result, when it comes to Matrix Consolidation, each elimination will still occur based on this fact. You have a disconnect with regard to how Document Info fields are to be mapped to XMP Dublin Core (dc) data fields:
- Document Info Subject -> dc:description
[nobody claims this is intuitive, but it is indeed specified reasonably well]]
The following is not required in your case, but for your info I include it anyway:
- Document Info Keywords -> dc:subject
Your best source for this is the actual PDF/A-1 standard (ISO 19005-1, can be purchased form www.iso.org).

Error while trying to synchronize audio and MIDI. Sample rate 42804 recognized. Check conflict between Garageband and external device.

Sometimes, while playing back my software instrument songs, I get an intermittent pop-up error message, saying "Error while trying to synchronize audio and MIDI. Sample rate 42804 recognized. Check conflict between Garageband and external device."
(Sometimes the five digit number is different, but remains a five-digit number beginning with "4".)
Simultaneously, the song stops until I press the "Okay" button in the pop-up window.
When I continue to play the song, the sound is jerky and clipped, and the playhead doesn't keep up with the song, and then suddenly jumps to the part of the song currently being played.
There's also a sound of static.
The issue seems to occur whether or not I have my MIDI controller turned on and plugged into my desktop Imac.

Error 2032 in communication between Flex Client and WCF

Hi All,
I'm trying to establish communication between Flex Client
and WCF service.
WCF service accepts gZip compressed data and returns gZip
compressed results.
So I used Flex ByteArray.compress() and
ByteArray.uncompress() for this purpose. However, it throws error
2032.
The gZip compression/decompression uses MemoryStream class in
C#. Based on my previous experience, memory stream communication
between Flex and C# gives erro 2032.
Is there a work around for this?

I read some thread in the forum, and found somebody had the similar problem with me. Just want to know how to settle this problem.
In the client/server program. Client is a JAVA program and Server a
VC++ program. The connection works, and the problem appears after some time. The Client sends a lots of requests to Serverm, the server seems receive nothing. But at the same time, the server is able to send messages to Client. The Client also can get the messages and handle them. Don't understand why there this problem and why it appears when it wants.
The client is a Win2k platorm with JDK1.3.1 and the server is also a Win2K platform with VC++ 6.0.
In the Client, using:

SSRS 2012 ERROR [IM014] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application

I have a SSRS installation, I have deployed my connections to, but they fail with title message. The drivers and ODBC on the box are setup and work fine with 32 bit ODBC conn manager.
When I run or configure my connections on the site, via the browser, I get errors connecting.
I tried to find which app pool http://server/ReportServer application used, but I am not finding that, so my first ?
How do I find in IIS what app pool SSRS application is using?
I have 2008 server, running SQL 2012 V.S. 2010 and I think I need to enable my app pool to use 32 bit, but cannot figure out which one it uses? I see default set to 32 bit = true, which I thought would be it.
Can I set my SSRS project to use x86, platform? Like I did with SSIS?
If so, how? SSRS and SQL 2012 somewhat new for me. Thanks

To manage a data source that connects to a 32-bit driver under 64-bit platform, we use C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe. To manage a data source that connects to a 64-bit driver, we use C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe.
Generally, if we use the 64-bit odbcad32.exe (C:\Windows\System32\odbcad32.exe) to configure or remove a DSN that connects to a 32-bit driver, for example, Driver do Microsoft Access (*.mdb), we will receive the following error message:
The specified DSN contains an architecture mismatch between the Driver and Application
To resolve this error, we need to use the 32-bit odbcad32.exe (C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbacad32.exe) to configure or remove the DSN.
Besides, please make sure there are no DSN using the same name in both 64-bit and 32-bit ODBC Data Source Administrator.

There are differences between filter operation and HASH/MERGE semi join in processing subqueries.
But I could not see the difference between filter operation and NL semi join?
(the only thing I know is that filter operation has caching mechanism, but I am not sure in case of NL semi)
What are the pros and cons of each of them?

Date must be between year 1 and year 9999 - error message

I am receiving the following error message "Dates must be between year 1 and year 9999". The highest value in the next date value in the DB is 12/31/9999. The parameters being entered are 01/1900 and 12/9999. The following formula is the cause of the error:

The bolded section is the section of the formula highlighted in Crystal. I've determined if the user enters 11/9999 as the end date instead of 12/9999 the report runs fine. Is this a problem with the formula or a limitation in Crystal or little of both? I don't understand what the formula is doing but at the end of the year it looks like it counts forward to January and then back to December and obviously 9999 is the highest year possible so the attempt to go a month ahead tanks. Is there a change I can make in the formula to avoid this error?

The error lies in the formula.

When you enter 12/9999 it adds 1 to the month of 12 giving it 13.

This calculates the last day of the month. Since from above the variable nNextMonth is 13, it tries to calculate 9999, 13, 1-1 which is invalid since there is no 13th month in any year.
