Error in connection tells me I have to restore my iPod. What about my apps!
I've probably spent over $30 on apps and all of the sudden itunes will not read my ipod and says I need to restore it to factory settings! What about the money I spent on those apps?! *(Before you ask, I have tried it on other computers but always get the same message) PLEASE HELP

You'll have to download them one by one, unless you have a backup of the Mobile Applications Folder and copy this one back to your computer.
If iTunes can connect to your ipod again, transfer purchases.

My son decided to play with my ipod for his amusement and starting entering multiple codes as a password. Even though i had already set the option not to lock after multiple attempts, it ended up disabling anyway. So now my Ipod reads "Ipod is Disabled, Connect to Itunes." I connected it to Itunes and all i get is another error message saying:"The Ipod is locked and can not connect to Ipod." After reading multiple articles turns up i have to restore my ipod to its manufactured state. Before i do that i want to see if anyone can help me in retrieving or transferring over all my photos that were taken on that Ipod before i can even start the Recovery/Restore process. PLEASE HELP!
Thanks in advance to all who reply :-)There is no way to get them from a disable iPod. That is pat of the security offered by the screen-lock passcode.

my nephew lend me his iPad and I have wi-fi service @ home, I get the wi-fi icon on top of iPad, it's activated but when I open Safari to go online it ask me for the password which I have and type in. When you go to Settings > WiFi and see your network name does it have a padlock icon to the right of the network name? If so it is a secured network with a password.
How did you connect to your network from the iPad? From Settings > Wifi? Was a network password requested? Was it accepted?
If you touch the ">" to the right of your network name what do you see for IP Address, Subnet Mask, Router, and DNS? -
My iPhone 4 will not turn on. When I plug it into Itunes it says it is n recovery mode. I try to restore it and the error code code 3194. I have tried all the steps what now?
It is usually given as a communication error between Apple, iTunes (your computer), iPhone. Somewhere they are not communicating, so the iOS you are trying to install cannot be approved by Apple. Trouble shooting steps include, making sure you have Current iTunes installed, make sure your Hosts file of computer is not blocking Apple. Try restoring on another computer.

A update(6.1.5) was available for my ipod 4 and an error occurred. Itunes is telling me to restore my ipod, but i know that if i restore my ipod everything will be erased. Yes, you need to restore. Here is how:
Plug your iPod into a computer with iTunes
Go into your iPod's section on the bar on the left hand side of iTunes
Click restore
Confirm the restore with the dialog boxes that pop up.
When it is done, if you have a recent backup of your iPod in iTunes, you can tell it to use it. -

If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. Refer to Updating and restoring iPhone and iPod touch software.

Try doing a level reformat of the iPod's flash storage instead to see if that kills the restore loop using the instructions in the article below.

I am having a big problem. I am not getting notifications from snapchat and only snapchat. I've made sure every notification setting was on and it just won't work. I have also restored my phone and deleted the app and re-downloaded it multiple times. It just wont give me my notifications. Help please.

I have a 32 GB iPod classic, about 7 yrs. old. It is formatted to Mac, but I no longer have access to a Mac. Can I reformat it to PC (yuk!) without losing my music or screwng it up?
You need to transfer the music from your iPod on to your iTunes library on your PC, since that is where you are currently syncing and where you are signed into iTunes Match. It doesn't matter that you were previously syncing it with a Mac, and you won't need to reinstall iTunes on your PC. But you will have to use 3rd party software such as Touch Copy to transfer any music not purchased from the iTunes store from your iPod to your iTunes library. Here's another guide on this, which is shoter and you may find easier to follow: Syncing to a "New" Computer or replacing a "crashed" Hard Drive. Also, if you're using iTunes 11, go to View>Show Sidebar. This will make it easier to follow along with these guides.
