Error in Contract: "Configuration for product is missing"

Hi Experts,
I have a problem with configurable products in CRM 7.0.
I defined a product like configurable setting the flag "Configurable Product" in material master data.
Also, using the "Product Models" functionalities, I created a very simple configuration for my product, adding a set of selectionable characteristics.
So I tried to create a Contract and I inserted in "Item" assignment block my configurable product. The result was that the system gave me the error "Item 10: Configuration for product is missing".
I hoped to find in Contract the configuration that I set for my product.
I think that I lost a step, but I don't know where.

I solved the issue.
I had a lot of errors on my quotation. To see the configuration I needed to solve all the errors before.

I have found the IDoc for Production Order
Messgae Type : LOIPRO and IDoc type : LOIPRO01
Actually my requirment is to send the (LOIPRO01 )IDoc from SAP R/3 to XI system ,when ever the Production Order Created and Changed,
I have done following Configurations:
1. RFC Destination created for XI system
2. PORT was created for XI
3. Partner profile created WE20 and LOIPRO01 IDoc is added in OutBound Perameter.
I need to know how to do the followning.
1. How do i configure the outbound Production order idocs when Production Order is created or changed.
2. in NACE (Output control) which is the Application for Production Order.
3. How can I set IDoc as output Type for Production Order Creation.

Hi Michal,
I know that it is the old thread but still want to get clarified from you out of curiosity.
Unlike other IDOC, i actiavated change pointers for LOIPRO
1.message and idoc type is linked
2.function module , message type , idoc type is linked
function module used is CLOI_MASTERIDOC_CREATE_LOIPRO
3.BD64, distribution model is created and distributed
4. port and partner profile is in place.
5. IDOC is not getting generated after creating the process order.
do we need to activate the change documents for the message type in BD52,
if yes can you please provide the object types for the same.
or i am missing something else. please guide me in this regards.

movement type for production supply missing in warehouse
What should be done?

All I can suggest is checking the master data:
Must have at least one Prod. Supply Area and one control cycle set up.
PSAs are part of the WM-PP interface and are created in WM and are used to group together Work Centres (which are Production master data).
Created under application menu:
Logistics/LE/Master data/Warehouse/Production Supply (Tx LPK1/2/3 see also LS41) and assigned to Work Centres under application menu:
Logistics/Production/Master data/Work centres/Work centre/Change (Basic data view).
(To find out the PSA aka Supply Area from Process Order Display Tx select: Goto \ List \ WM Picklist and scroll to right)
A Control Cycle defines for a given material, Plant and PSA:
which WHS to get the material from
which interim storage type to take it to
which bin to place it in (can be dynamic for pick parts)
Logistics/LE/WM
Master data/Control cycle record/Create

Error in the configuration for sap logon tickets

Hi Forum,
I use Tcode crmd_order_bp to see the BP cockpit and the error message displays as
Error in the configuration for SAP logon tickets
But if I click "Yes", system displays cockpit.
How can I avoid this error.

You will still need to configure SSO (either by logon ticket or username/password). The data source access is done using the username/password configured in the UM Config dialog box.
I can see where you're coming from with your thinking, however logon-ticket-based SSO is probably the best approach.

Production Order : OUTPUT Type Configuration for Production Order as EDI

Dear SDN All ,
OUTPUT Type Configuration for Production Order.
Doubt in third Point
We have found the IDoc " LOIPRO01 " for Production Order
(Please confirm that this IDoc can be used for outbound IDoc for Production Order)
And foloowing
1. Defining the Output Type for Particular Application.
 T-Code: NACE
A. Output type have created upder application "ME" description : "Inventory Management"
B. " ZEDI " created for getting output as EDI type
 ZEDI is copied from "WF01" output type. and
 Transmision mediam as "EDI"
 Program : RSNASTED
 Form Routine : EDI_PROCESSING
 (Please confirm is this for IDoc creation)
2. Partner profile creation:
A. Partner profile created under logical system and
B. and In outbound parameter declared as "LOIPRO"(This is for sending the IDoc "LOIPRO01" to XI system).
3. Customization for output type for Proction Order -- (For CO02,CO08) ---
 A. But only one functional customization is remaining to do, for getting the IDoc while saving the Production Order in T-Code "CO02" and "CO08"
 For Example:
 in sales order transaction va02 (in DBI 450 client) and select any Sales order.
 & select following menu path.
 Extras --- > Output -
> Header -
> output
 Here we can set our output type "that U defined in NACE Transaction-Code"
 Like the same way I want to set output type for CO02, CO08 transaction.
But I couldn't find the menu Item in Co02 and Co08 for setting the output.(like VA03)
Please help me out for setting the output type for Production Order Creation.

Error while creating Configuration for SLT replication

Hi All,
I have got Hana trial version system and I am trying to do data replication using SLT.
While doing the configuration using transaction LTR, I am getting error as attached.
Though I am getting an error, entry is getting into the DBCON table but when I trying to check the connection via the report ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION, I am getting error as :-
Could not open connection TMPI07762120130424061216 .
sql error 10.709- occured:
Connection failed (RTE:[89001] Cannot resolve host name 'hanacloud' rc=8: node name or service name not known)
Note:- I am using hanacloud as hostname in hana studio and its working fine there
Can anyone can suggest, what can be the solution for it.

Could you please clarify what type of trial system youhave received? Even though you will get the same HANA software but based on the delivery and deployment (On Premise or Cloud (which is again Develop Edition or HANA One for productive cases)), some of the deployment parameters are different. SAP HANA One is SAP HANA in public cloud (currently only at AWS) with hourly pricing and community support for productive and commercial use cases.

Error during Goods Receipt for Production Order

Hi All,
When using MIGO to post Goods Receipt for a Production Order, I got a customize message saying that the posting is only available between 2010.08.25 to 2010.08.27. I have checked in Business Add-in using SE19 but there are no implementation present. I know that in Logistic Verification MIRO there is a transaction OMRM to set messages. I would like to ask is there anything similar for MIGO.
Or is there any other place in Configuration which allows me to add these Customize message.

Sorry I may have mislead you. The actual error message is "Goods Receipt for Production Order XXXX can only be made on 2010.08.25 to 2010.08.27". These two dates are the Start Date and FInish Date for the Production Order in CO03,
The Basic Start Date for the current Production Order is 2010.08.25
The Basic Finish Date for the current Production Order is 2010.08.27
I think what it means is that you can only Post Goods Receipt for the Production Order only after the Basic Start Date of the Production Order. Do you know where I can find the configuration for this message?

Error when doing GR for production order with serial number

I'm not familiar with serial number and equipment management but I'm trying to help my user resolve this issue.
This product is returned from customer site.
I saw that this material is being reset in IQ02 from status in warehouse to become Available when the material is consumed in the production order via 261 movement type. So now the status is available. Then the user went to change a new serial number. Later, GR for production order is done in MB31. Errors are encountered when prompted to enter the new serial number.
Configurations XX01 and XX02 are different
Message no. CX126
Configuration of serial number SN02 incompatible with document item
Message no. IO226

Error While Updating Issue For Production

        When i am trying to update an UDF in issue for production i am getting the following error message.
Item is Not a Component to the Referenced work order[Goods Issue - Object Type] Message 3560 -5

Dear Manikandan K,
Regarding the message we can tell you that the error message
"Item is not a component of the referenced Work Order" usually appears
because there is a case sensitive problem between the item code given
in the BOM and the item code given in the item master data.
Please check if the item codes of the BOM are exactly the same as the
codes given in the item master data. There should not be any differences
between spelling of the codes (for example item code in the item master
data is with capital letters X00014447 while the item code in the BOM
is with normal letters x00014447).
In case you find item with this issue please correct its item code
in the BOM manually so it will be exactly identical with the code given
in the item master data.

I am trying to create production orders creation for own order type ex MM01, but I am getting error message as u201C scheduling parameters are not defined for the order type u201C even though I have maintained following parameters as below,
Production scheduler -

Detailed scheduling -
check box of scheduling ticked,
Rough cut scheduling --- scheduling id u201301, scheduling and generate capa requi,, boxes ticked,
Adjust scheduling -- requi to operation date,
Scheduling control for detailed scheduling ---backwards and check box of auto scheduling ticked
Operation segment ---setup,
All operation in order will be reduce
Do not reduce,
Could any one light on this issue,

Hi,
This error will come if you have not maintained Define scheduling parameters for production orders.
Check this order type whether linked with respective plant in OPU3.*And give production scheduler * mark ie, all.*
And in Define production scheduling profile - OPKP, link your order type in the page below.
In material master work scheduling view, input production sch profile or prod scheduler.

Error in cost calculation for production order

I got error of cost calculation while release of Production Order due to price of some material is not mantain .
What will happen if I release , save the Order with error & do Good Issue ???

Dear Ishwar,
Check the log's created for costing and rectify the same.
I feel its better to rectify the cost related errors and then release the production order and proceed to Good's Issue.
Check whether there is a MAP for all the Raw-materials and an origin group in costing 1 view.
The Finished product must be having a standard cost estimate that's valid for the current period.
Revert back in case of any more help needed.

while calculating variances for production order i am getting the following error
"Cannot calculate scrap variances" ( Error message)
" no standard value estimate for material" (Warning message"
A standard cost estimate exists for the material at the date mentioned in the error in released status.
Please give solution for the error.

Is there an itemization, generated for the cost estimate used to calculate the target costs?
Does the material components listed in the BOM of the cost estimate used to calculate the target costs, assigned to the operations in which they are used. Otherwise it is not possible to correctly report the variances and scrap when operations are confirmed.
Does the order for which the variances are calculated have a valid variance key. ?
Does the order have the status DLV (delivered) or TECO (technically completed). If the status was withdrawn, any variances and scrap variances are canceled.
