Error in copying a role--Urgent

hai experts,
when i am trying to copy a role it is displaying a message as
Central user administration active--User not copied.
How can i resolve this issue some body can help me

The user has to be maintained in the Central system which will be then distributed to Child system.
F1 says
Transfer Users and Company Addresses from New Systems
Requirements
You must have selected and saved a distribution model.
The information will automatically be forwarded to the receiver systems.
    You have added a new system to the model view that already contains user
    master records.
Activities
In a first step, the company addresses are synchronized. Copy the
    company addresses from the child systems to the central system and
    distribute them to all other child systems.
The user master records are then copied to the central system.
1. To do this:
        The systems included in the distribution model are displayed in the
        tree structure.
        The systems marked as new may also contain user master data that has
        not been included in the central user administration.
2. Place the cursor on a system and choose Copy users.
        The following registry cards are displayed:
-   New users
            These users are not yet included in the central user
            administration. By selecting "Copy users" you can copy the
            marked user to the central user administration. All the user
            parameters, such as address, logon data, profiles and roles will
            be copied. From now on, the user is maintained in the central
            system.
-   Identical Users
            This concerns different users with the same user identification.
-   Users already maintained centrally
            These users already have the same name in the central user
            administration. By selecting 'Copy users' you can transfer the
            profiles and roles of the marked users to the central user
            administration. From now on, the user is maintained centrally.
-   Different Users
            These users already have different IDs in the central user
            administration. They cannot be copied at this moment.
            In the local system copy these users to the correct central user
            name or correct the user name in the user address so that the
            name can be copied in the next step.

I am creating an Inbound Delivery from an Outbound using SPED output type on the Outbound Delivery.
When I process the output using vl71 I get the following error.
Can anyone tell me what im missing.
The same scenario works for other plants except this one, its between 2 new plants in a new company code.
What do i do?

This issue has been resolved.
I recreated the Vendor from scratch and switched plant config settings to the new Vendor and entered the new vendor number in the Customer and retried the process. It works.
So i think there was something wrong with the initial Vendor setup.(Though i checked view by view and didnt find any difference)

Bug in the copy cluster roles wizard - CSV reparse points cannot have names with spaces

Hi All,
I have identified a bug in the copy cluster roles wizard in 2012 R2, which is preventing me from migrating my clusters from 2008 R2 & 2012 to 2012 R2.
The bug surfaces when you attempt to copy a VM role from a 2008 R2 or 2012 cluster that has a CSV reparse point name that contains spaces as follows:
The role appears to copy across fine, but once you've migrated the CSV and brought it online followed by starting the VM, the VM configuration resource promptly fails along with the VM.
The issue can be spotted inside the copy cluster roles wizard, where it presents itself by removing all text after the first space in the name to read "C:\ClusterStorage\CSV" rather than "C:\ClusterStorage\CSV
Test Disk 3" as follows:
The bug only appears for VMs on CSVs with a reparse point name containing spaces - all other scenarios succeed.
After searching through the registry on the new cluster, you can clearly see that the VM role hasn't been correctly copied.
It shows a value called SharedVolumeMappings with the data C:\ClusterStorage\CSV|<guid>|<integer>
Whereas it should show the data C:\ClusterStorage\CSV Test Disk 3|<guid>|<integer>
If you modify the data in the SharedVolumeMappings value in both
0.Cluster\Resources\<VM guid> and Cluster\Resources\<VM guid> keys, the VM will start and work correctly.
The problem for me is that I have many VMs on many different CSVs all with spaces in the names of the reparse point! Its not feasible for me to go through the registry for every copied VM on every node of the new cluster, as this would take a very long time
and would be prone to errors that could cause further problems.
Can anyone provide any help on this? A hotfix for the issue would be great, if anyone from Microsoft is reading :-)
My deadline to get the VMs migrated to the new cluster is the 21st February, so I would really like to have a solution to the problem before then if at all possible.

Do you have any idea of timescale? Or is it likely that I will have to modify the registry as above to get this working?
If I am going to have to modify the registry, please can you let me know if the resolution I have tested above is safe and viable? Or are there other settings that I will need to change to make the cluster fully aware of the proper path to the CSVs for its
VMs?
Also, is there a known procedure for renaming the reparse point whilst VMs are running on it? This would allow me to negate the issue before copying the roles to the new cluster :-)

You check weather new role name is in Z,Y name space or not?, check the same thing in other clients as well. If you are in windows , then your server mey need reboot because i faced similar problem but sorted after reboot.

Oracle R Enterprise installation ERROR: cannot copy dll file

This is bit strange, I posted this message in 2 forums but surprisingly can't find it anymore!! Anyways, I would appreciate if anyone can help me a bit on this issue:
I am having trouble installing ORE 1.3 on my windows 7 (home premium, personal notebook) 64 bit. I strictly followed the installation note and made sure all the path variables are defined properly. My R version is 2.15.1. My Windows user is a member of ora_dba group as can be seen below.

Hi all,
I have finally solved the problem, it seems somehow on my windows home premium I can't run the install script (on H:\ ) from the command line. I manually ran the batch script by double clicking on it, it ran fine and I was finally able to install ORE (server + supported + client) on my laptop. Now the connection -- followed through the manual, created user and granted all the roles. Now that I want to test the connection, I open R console and below are the input and output error message though it seems I can connect to the database:

Copied Business Role in Solution Manager ITSM

This is eunhwa.
I have a question regarindg copied business role in Solution Manager ITSM.
To copy business role, I copied technical roles Navigation profile, configuration key and PFCT Role ID. And then I copied
a business Role. And assign copied technical roles to copied business role.
And I changed Direct link group UI. For example, in copied business role ZSOLMANPRO, There were many
direct links, I only left ‘incident’ and ‘problem.
However when I selected incident’ in direct link, there was no transaction ‘zmin’ assign. I couldn’t create a incident.
Why this error happened? Is there anything which I miss?

Well, there are multiple things you can check.
1. If you are using IE
You have to add the page/pop-up to the compatibility mode of your Browser.
IE -> EXTRAS -> Settings for Compatibility Mode -> Add -> Refresh the CRM WEB UI
2. Check if you had assign SM-CREATE in the ZSOLMANPRO Navigation profile. (In Assigning the direct link groups to Nav. Bar profile.
3. Check whether you had authorizations for ZMIN in PFCG profile.
4. Additionally check
1905448 - How to restrict the suggested transaction codes when creating an ITSM
Incident using CRM Web UI - Solution Manager
5. In define transaction types corresponding transaction types are active. (In SPRO under solman ->Capabilities->ITSM-> Transactions)
6. Check the copy control whether they are fine. (In SPRO under solman ->Capabilities->ITSM-> Transactions)
7. Ensure that the transaction type's channel definition in customizing is set to 'CRM Web-Client UI'
If your issue is still not resolved yet, please paste the error/screen you are getting.

how do we do this and which user can do this ? my pisuper does not seem to have authority to copy user profiles from one user to other?

Try to Copy the user(Src user to Target user) from SU01 by logging in your user. When it displays authorization error, open a new Session of SU53. It will tell you the missing authorization objects. Add those authorizations to your user & you will be able to copy Users using ur userid.
If you want to keep it simple.. Give yourselves SAP_All. You can do whatever you want.

Issue on copying standard role

Dear Guru's,
We're implementing E-rec system and we have two users name as user1 & user2, standard role was assigned to both the users
User1 - SAP_RCF_EXTERNAL_CANDIDATE
User2 - SAP_RCT_UNREGISTERED_CANDIDATE
webdynpro application was working fine with the above roles.
Once we made a copy of the standard role z-role, we assigned the z-role to those users and removed the standard role. After assigning the z-roles for the above user, the webdynpro application was not funtioning properly. Only I can see the initial screen, the next screen is not responding.
Could anyone suggestion me on this.

Hi,
the most common reason for this error is a missing change in the customer version of role SAP_RCF_UNREGISTERED_CANDIDATE. The sap standard role contains the name of role SAP_RCF_EXTERNAL_CANDIDATE in the authorization object S_USER_AGR field ACT_GROUP. People often forget to change this to the name of the client role.
In spite of the e-rec mechanism that the service user assigns the authorization to the external candidates user by assigning a reference user, it still needs the authorization to assign the roles and profiles the reference user has as if it would assign the them directly. If you do not put the name of the customer copy of role SAP_RCF_EXTERNAL_CANDIDATE into your copy of SAP_RCF_UNREGISTERED_CANDIDATE the user creation can't be done properly and the appiication runs into an error when it tries to switch the session to the user.

How many cost centres are you putting in the role? Do you have cost centre set as an org level?
From your User Name I assume that you are at the BBC...Do you still use a program to populate the cost centres in the role based on the cost centre group names? If so it is possible that you are trying to put too many cost centres in the field and the the profile will not generate because of this (we had it back in 2001 when I was working there).
Do you have the technical error message details?

Can you give us some information on the version you are using and your security setup? Are you using an external security provider? Because to me it sounds that you are using an external LDAP server.

I already had this error in Portal 9.0.4.

Hi Christian!
I already opened a TAR. As (according to the Portal docs) exporting Portal applications to future versions is not supported, waiting for another Portal release would mean starting our applications from the scratch. For this reason, bugfixes in future releases are of no really use in our case, and we definitely HAVE to find a solution for this quite crucial problem.
