Error in Create Net price list

Dear SD Gurus,
In transaction code V_NL, i am getting pricing error : Mandatory condition UTXJ is missing.
This is related to Tax code derivation. And I have assigned sub totals to Excise duty condition types in pricing procedure control view. I am getting this error only in production client and report is running perfectly in Development and Quality clients.
There are no customizatino requests pending to be transported to Production client.
Can any body tell me where this issue is generating. How do the pricing in this transaction is calculated.

Firstly Check wheatehr you have maintained UTXJ condition type in your pricing procedure or not.
Secondly check wheather you have maintained conditon record for UTXJ and assigned tax code or not

Create net price list
Description
This program is used for creating the 'Net price list'.
Requirements (example)
The following must exist:
Order type TA is defined
Billing type FX is defined
Item category DLN is defined
Copying control for the combination FX - TA - DLN is defined
The default data for fields 'Billing type', 'Order type' and 'Item category' allow individual copying control. In this context, you must bear in mind that the system will run through the copying requirements and data tranfer routines created for this purpose and stored in copying control.
These entries and objects are released with the standard.
The system also requires that the pricing procedure uses subtotal 2 (KZWI2) for temporary storage of the net price.
Output
The output contains the following per customer:
Material incl. description
Price content (sales quantity unit)
Price incl. currency (VBRP-KZWI2)
The document types and I.Cs mentioned here are for examples. The area output says what details are presented to the user finally based on the details inputted.
Most of the fields are mandatory here.

I trying to use standard V_NL net price list report, the number are not matching up to the subtotals values in pricing procedure. While calculating manually it is found that the condition records whichever has scales involved is given a miss and calculation are done excluding them, could anybody help me out in understand the SDNETPRO and the way it functions. Error in PO - Net price becomes too large

Hi Gurus,
Maybe you can help me with this issue.
I am trying to update the net value of a PO already created from 28,500.00 ZAR to 80,238.00 ZAR and this error message apperars:
Net price in ZAR becomes too large
Message no. 06 217
Diagnosis
The calculated net price in currency ZAR becomes greater than the maximum price ("99999999999") defined in the system.
Procedure
Make sure your entries are correct.
Check the following:
The exchange rate, if the currency differs from the local currency;
The conversion order unit --> order price unit.
Do you know why it is happening?

How to create multiple price lists in indesign linking via ODBC/ SQL

Hello,
I'm hoping someone can help me as I am really not sure where to begin! We stock over 3000 product lines and have 2000+ customers who all have bespoke prices, all of this information is stored on our system. I am trying to find out if it is possible to create a price list that links to this information so that we can create bespoke price lists for each customer. We currently use excel but would like a more professional look to our price lists and to include product images etc. Whilst the price list product content will be the same for all customers we will need to periodically need to add new products to this price list. I anyone able to point us in the right direction for a solution to this?

Yes I think that this is the way we will be probably go but not sure what the correct terms are for what I am looking for. Not sure if you are allowed to post examples of specific commercial plug ins here but if not, what should I search for. I know if sounds daft but it's a real case of not knowing what it is I am looking for. I am a complete InDesign newcomer who uses it at the moment for simple flyers etc so more than happy to find someone who can do the more complex stuff for me. The price lists will need to be done inhouse and on a regular basis.

Help with creating a price list

I'm just wondering if anybody could possibly help me when creating a price list?. I'm new to SAP so don't have a great knowledge of it.
Our company needs to send out a wholesale price list to customers, however some of the items we stock do not include vat, when the price list is previewed it doesnt show which items include vat or exclusive of vat. this information could do with being visible to make it clearer to the customers.
Is there anyway the priclist could be exported to microsoft excel etc for editing?

go to inventory--prce lists-Price List.
double click on the price list you want.
It will open the new window showing Items with prices.
Click on the Excel icon on menu bar on the top.
save file as .xls.

I want that condition type should populate in net price list (V_nl)

V_NL - Create a net price list - Problem

Dear Gurus,
I have a problem: Every time I try to bring a price list for:
Sales Organization              1000
Distribution Channel            10
Division                               10
Sold-To Party                      4110000009
Plant                                   1300
Material
Pricing Date                         27.07.2009
Billing Type                          ZF8
Order Type                         OR
Item Category                     TAN
The system never sends me back any information at all about the Sold to Party.
Can anyone helps me and tells me why? The idea is that I need to get this type of information for a given 'Billing type' such as invoice/ credit memo/ etc...
In that case I have used a customized version of the standard F8 invoice.

Problem solved

Error in PO net price currency JPY

sir,
PO was created with currency japanese YEN using Tcode ME21N . The net price was showing 142502300 (in JPY).
when checked in EKPO table , it saved with a value 1425023.00 instead of 142502300 .
what can be done to correct this.
In PO Print out , it showing values as 1425023.00 which is wrong.
SPRO>> NET WEAVER >> GENERAL SETTINGS >> CURRENCY>> SET DECIMAL values FOR CURRENCY CODES is showing 0 decimals against JPY (Japanese YEN)
I want to know where else the Decimal values could have been set to 2 decimal places.
FOr other currencies like US Dollars there is no error.

In OY04 i deleted entry related to Japan Yen ie. with 0 decimals.     This solved my problem. But already created orders with Japanese YEN had to be deleted .
For the orders created with new configration , the issue is rectified and    Net price in ME21N as well as the PO value in EKPO table showing same value with 2 decimals.

Creating New Price List

Hello -
I am trying to create a new price list. I exported an existing one, modified in excel and am now using DTW to import back in. However, when I do this, it does not go past the first Item b/c I get an error msg saying that the Item already exists.
When I use DTW I am just updating a record, not creating a new one so, of course, the Item should exist. I am just creating a new price list. Price List #5, Line Number 4. Advise on why this is not working?

Error while creating configurable task list

Dear Expert,
I am trying to create configurable task list for equipments and I want to use this task list for preventive maintenance cycle. In following steps I will tell you what i did in the process.
Step1:- Characteristic is created and different values are assigned to this.
Step2:- Class with class type 300 is created, characteristic is assigned to this class
Step3:- Equipments are created and class created in above steps is assigned to them and character values are set for them
Step4:- General maintenance task list created
Step5:- Configuration profile for task list with same class is created
now while creating the object assignment in the task list operation, in the dependency basic data I am getting error ' No source code entered'. Please guide me what data do I need to enter in this basic data and where I am doing wrong.
I try to follow the previous discussion regarding the same topic, but unable to create this object dependency assignment.

Error in creating dynamic select list

Hi all,
I am creating a select list at runtime by using the following code.
While submitting, I got error.
ERROR:
ORA-06550: line 13, column 1: PLS-00428: an INTO clause is expected in this SELECT statement
My Code behind is:
SELECT HTMLDB_ITEM.SELECT_LIST_FROM_QUERY_XL(1,ename,'select distinct ename r, ename t from emp') FROM emp;
Then I modified the above code as :
SELECT HTMLDB_ITEM.SELECT_LIST_FROM_QUERY_XL(1,ename,'select distinct ename r, ename t from emp') [b]into test FROM emp;
(NOTE:where datatype of test is CLOB)
I am getting following error:
ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
Can anybody tell me, what should be the datatype of test to get rid of this error OR is there some other way to overcome this problem?

OK I got it working... Mostly... I don't know if it was a combination of changes that made the difference, but I'll put down what I did. First, I switched my select object in the form bean into just a string type from a string array (it was allowing the selection of one entry anyways). Second, rather than just blanking out the options map, I also blanked out the select object [eg form.setSelect("")].
Now when I select an entry and click delete, the resulting select list is short one visible element. However, you can still select the blank spot where that last entry used to be. However, this is not a huge issue for me now; I will investigate this at a later time.
