Error in create transportation

Hi, all!
Please help me... I create transportation, and when i add forwarding agent, have error: Customer for function CR may not have account group! Message no. VP 303...

Dear Elena,
You need to do partner determination properly for that CR partner in the IMG
SPRO>IMG>Sales and Distribution>Basic functions>Partner detrminetion-->Set Up Partner Determination here you need to settings as per your requirement,
Set Up Partner Determination for Shipment
-->Here you partner function CR in the partner determination procedure.
-->Assign the partner type(LI) to the CR partner function
-->Assign this partner function CR to the account group 0005 -proective customer.
-->Assign the partner determination procedure to your shipment type.
-->Create master data fro that forwarding agent in XK01 transaction
Now you can able to enter the forwarding agent in the shipment document.
Note:- If you want Forwarding agent presence at all transactions like sales order ,delivery and billing then you need assign the partner determination procedure9Which is having this partner function) to the customer account groups,sales document types,item category,delivery type and billing type.
