Error in creating DLN on SAP 2007 01 PL07

Hi Experts,
Our profuct has been used by multi clients for years, and everything is working fine until one client upgrades to SAP 2007 01 PL07. The user was working properly at beginning, and got a error in creating DLN, then the user will not be able to create DLN any more, then the user has to logout and login the SAP to create DLN agian. the error will be trigger pretty often,and error msg is: the requested action is not support this object.
the error is only hapened on one of our clients, and we struggled for long time, but could not fix it out.
Any suggestion or recommandation will be more then welcome!

If the companay code does not belong to the Co area, the system will certainly raise an error message. The question is, where do the values come from.
Woud you please check the customizing in ERP system, if you can find the inconsistence:
1. Customizing of the Proj.Profile under 'Create Project Profile' , SAP standard delivered is CPR0001, may be replaced by customer,
Which Co-area & company code are used. In Tab 'organization'
2. Which responsible Org.unit is maitained at involved cProject, to which co-area or company codes is this org.unit assigned.
3. If the Badi under the
Integration with Other mySAP.com Components ->
Collaboration Projects -> Controlling -> Business Add-Ins (BAdIs),
which set the org. information hardly via Badi method.

After debugging I have found that there is no problem in payment code but there is a problem with "FormDataEvent" it's not returning the proper output

Now the line "BusinessObjectInfo.Type = "13"" not returning the docnum of 13 but returning docnum of base document. Same code working fine in SAP 2005. What could be the problem?

Error while creating resource in SAP TM GUI and NWBC

Hi Experts,
I am trying to create a resource in SAP TM. But getting the following error, I have activated all the relevant business functions (tcode SFW5) and also relevant services (tcode SICF) but still unable to get away with the issue. The NWBC error is not only for resource but for any master data I want to create its showing the same issue (the page is not loading and its showing a cross mark) whereas it works for other things like freight order creation etc.

LDAP:Mapping Error while creating as per SAP Note No. 784697

Hi,
While configuring LDAP connection for Creating Users in Active
Directory from Employee Data Stored in SAP HR, we are encountering
error while mapping Structure as per the document provided at Link -

Error encountered is - "The filter mappings are not suitable for the
LDAP application USER", while we are mapping structure field as

Steps for Reconstruction
1. Go to transaction - LDAPMAP.
2. Go to EDIT Mode - Select LDAP server, and double click on Mapping.
3. Enter the mapping fields as provided in attached document at Page
No.17, figure No.7.
4.After entering all the mapping fields and when click on "Back"
button, an error message occured as below (error doc attached) -
"The filter mappings are not suitable for the LDAP application USER"

Error during Check-In of SAP-JEE, SAP-BUILDT, SAP-JTECHS

I'm configuring a NWDI track for ESS/MSS using the cookbook documentation.
I'm using a NWDI 7.0 but the ESS/MSS is deployed in a J2EE 6.40 as it is linked to a backend ECC 5.0.
Now, I'm stuck at the check-in step of the cookbook.
I have the following sca available for check-in :

SAPJTECHS21_0.SCA
MSS18_0-10002964.SCA
PCUIGP018_0-20000568.SCA
The components ESS18_0-10002965.SCA, MSS18_0-10002964.SCA and PCUIGP018_0-20000568.SCA have been checked-in successfully.
Now when I try to check-in the components SAPJEE21_0.SCA, SAPBUILDT21_0-20000950.SCA or SAPJTECHS21_0.SCA, I always got the following errors :

Error while creating request list Unable to detect the SAP system directory

We are upgrading SAP BW (NW 7.0 EHP1) to SAP BW (NW 7.3)
source OS: Windows 2008 R2, source DB: MSSQL server 2008 R2 SP1 CU3
I had started the upgrade by running: STARTUP.BAT
I had started the DSUGui on the server (CI / DB on the same server) from: D:\usr\sap\BP1\upg\sdt\exe\DSUGui.bat
I ran both programs (run as administrators).
Once SAP Gui connects and was able to create userid/ password and when ready to start the initialization phase (click next)
gives me the error
Error while creating request list - see preceeding messages. Unable to detect the SAP system directory on the local host
I had tried STARTUP.BAT "jce_policy_zip=Z:\export-import\downloads\jce_policy-6' and still the same error.

Error while creating and opening a ERP sales order in SAP CRM

Hi,
I am getting an error while creating or opening a ERP sales order from SAP CRM.
"Creation of the ERP Transaction failed" this is the error i'm getting while creating. when i try to open an existing sales order I'm getting a dump.
Attached the dump screen shot. From the dump analyasis it seems the transactions are not loaded through LORD framework.
The RFC connection seems to fine as i have tested accessing an ECC RFC FM through a sample program and its successful..
please help..

As a matter of fact, we already use ERP Sales Order and it works fine. But I have recently configured a new sales order document type, and the dump occurs only for this new Z order type.

I have error while testing the system created from a sap business objects template in SAP portal. Error text:

I configure integration SAP portal and SAP BW system. All system requirements are complied.
Environment
SAP Business Objects 4.0
SAP BW 7.31
1.     I configure SSSO between SAP BW and SAP Business Objects Enterprise 4.0
2.     Next I setting integration SAP PORTAL with SAP BW system
3.     I download certificate from portal. Select Certificates and key (http://sapserver:port/nwa) – See scren_
4.     In next window selected Ticketkeystore and Saplogonticketpair-cert( near part window form)
5. Select Export entry button and binary format file certificate for download. Press download.
6.     Save certificate file in local PC folder
In next step need export certificate file to SAP system. Sequence of step:
1.       Run STRUSTSS02 transaction .
2.       Chose certificate ->import.
3.       Select downloaded certificate file
4.       Select Add to certificate list button and Add to ACL button
5.       Inter System ID and Client(000)
6.       In next I download iview sap business objects template into sap portal: System administration->transport->Import. And select and download sap business Objects iview template in .epa format into sap portal.
7.       Result – downloaded iview.
8.       In next step I create system from template. System administration->system landscape.
9. In next step I input parameters for my system in Connector category, Sap business objects and user management categories: See screen _2
10.   When I created the system and test the connection error occurred: See screen_3
This issue is important enough. I would be grateful for opinions and ideas. Thanks in advance.

Report template error when creating new report via SAP menu

Hi everybody,
we have the following error on our system:
When trying to create a new crystal report on a SAP query, using the entry "Create new report from a SAP query" in the SAP menu an error occurs: An error ocurred while generating a new report template
The error message appears after the SAP logon and the SAP query selection.
I think this error is related to the report templates of Crystal...
Is there any default template for SAP integrated queries?
We are using Crystal Report 2008 SP2 with SAP Integration Kit.

SAP installtion stopped - error cant create shared memory

Dear All,
Greetings!
We are trying to install SAP ECC 6.0 IDES system on Windows 2003 x64 Server and DB2 9.1, during the process of installation - in the step of Start Instance. The sapinst Gives Up! the process since the enqueue server is found in stopped state when the instance tries to start up.
I found the below given error message from the Developer Trace files of the enqueue server.

To note - we had a virus attack on the server recently and an Anti-Virus tool was used to clean the server, after that I found most of the SAP folders in Read-Only mode.
I suspect any causes of the same for the above mentioned ACCESS_DENIED error. Currently I have allocated 28GB of swap size, but the SAP instance is not able to create a shared memory from the same I hope.

Please help me with your suggestions for the workaround,
- How will I be able to enable the swap size of the server to be used by the SAP instance?
- Is this the effect of the anti-virus or an aspect in windows server to change the folders and files to read-only after a virus attack?
I have tried the possibilities of adding more shared memory, removing the shared memory and restarting the OS and assigning back the same, but these dint prove useful.
Kindly help me with your suggestions.

Hi,
I would suggest you to go to run > services.msc
now try to manually stop / start the SAP<SID>_<nr> services. are you able to start it properly? If you get error here, that means SAP services not able to start as it has permission problem.
login with <sid>adm & reregister the service by running sapstartsrv.exe in <drive>:\usr\sap\SID\sys\exe. after you give the parameters and press ok, wait for sometime for the 'success' message.
once its done, then start sap in MMC.

Upgradation error SAP 2007 B to patch 11

Hi experts,
i have been trying to install "SAP 2007 B client" at one of our PC, with operating system as Windows XP sp 2.
Installation get completes successfully, but while upgrading SAP 2007 B from patch 8 to patch 11 gives in an error.
The error says
" ERROR : Error accessing Parser Dll -
C:\Docume1\ADMINI1\LOCALS~1\Temp\{3B7CBDC4-20D1-4E0F-8E36-ADFED7E767E5}\CreatorDll.dll "
If anyone of you have face similar issue please help.

I could find the solution for installation....i tried installing SAP 2007A in one of many PC having "Windows XP sp2" ....i got successful with one of them having able to upgraded the patch level to 11. I dont know how it hppened but was able to get through the patch upgradation.
Next i again installed the SAP 2007 A patch 8 to the earlier Windows XP client PC, this time not running up gradation "patch 11".
Next i copied the C:-> Program Files-> SAP---> SAP Business One folder from the working client PC to the PC which was giving me the error....Its strange but worked for me!!!

Error in connection SAP 2007 B PL 11 client to SQL server

I am using SAP 2007 B PL 11. Whenever i am doing change server on client systems and entering the SQL server name and pwd the system gives error:
Connection failed:
SQLState: '08001'
SQL Server Error: 0
[Microsoft][SQL Native Client]Unable to complete login process due to delay in opening server connection
If i directly punch the IP address of the server then it immediately shows me the company lists. When i select a company and then enter the sap user name (manager) and pwd then it takes almost 3-4 minutes to connect to the company.
Can anybody please help me out on this issue.

I checked it out from SAP. They said that this problem is caused when multiple network card are installed on the sap server. They gave the below mentioned solution as a workaround:
SAP Business One client (not installed on the same machine as the
license service) might take several minutes to log you on successfully due to a delay in establishing a connection with the license server.
After logon, SAP Business One functions as expected.
This is due to the fact that the server or PC on which the license server is installed has more than one network card, or there is a dial-up & VPN interface-configured server.
Note: This can happen when you install the license service on a machine with more than one network card ALREADY installed.
Installing additional network cards on a single network card machine with a license service already installed might not produce this issue.
Other terms
SAP Business One, slow, login, log-in, delay, license, server, NIC, VPN, connection.
Reason and Prerequisites
Application error.
Solution
This issue is a candidate to be resolved in a future release.
Until then, you can use one of the following workarounds:
1.Disable additional network cards in the Network Connections. Also make sure there is no dialup interface or VPN interface set up, and restart the server. Note that you can re-enable the additional network card after the restart. This will resolve the issue until the next restart.
2.Install the license server on a machine with a single network card.
3.Disable all network cards, restart the license server and then enable the network cards again.

markus , this is the first step i made after the installation of Sol Manager : this step have created the RFC SAPOSS ( and is working ).

I am speaking about solution manager , that in basic configuration try to create the other RFC.
yes - I´m aware of that.
I would update to the latest service pack first (SP17 or SP18) before you start with the confiugration. The new SPs have much better wizards. SP12 is pretty old already.

SAP 2007 Patch 08 License error

We installed SAP 2007 and registered the new Hardware key in the SAP channel and applied a single license for installing the addon, profession user, Sdk etc.... After updating the License we upgraded the system to Patch 08. We installed the our Addon.It was Connected Successfully.The addon worked fine for us. We stopped the Addon manually and started once again the Addon. On that time we are getting the error "License was fully used " When we close the SAP application itself and re open the application the addon is getting connected successfully. The same addon is working fine with all other patches of SAP2007. Please tell us what could be the problem

Hi Madhu,
I usually facing this kind of error when SAP B1 client crash and tried to run again the B1 client. This is due to the fact that the license server still record that you are in the system and once more tried to connect to system.
In case of your add on, usually it's related to the terminate process not ended successfully when it was stopped manually. So when you close the B1 client n run again the add on, it works.
If you facing the problem once again, try to stop and start the license server. It will reset the license server to the correct state.
