Error in creating UTL_FILE. !!!

Question

Hi All,
I am using UTL_FILE to create a file. I have a procedure which is having a cursor. In for loop I am trying to print the data into a file and storing it as .html. I am trying to create a table in a file to put the data.
But my problem is It takes only the heading part of data. Inside for loop I am trying to print the values for the heading columns. Which is not printing in the file.
I tried alot. But did not succeeded in debugging this problem.
Please help me.
