     i have little problem in creation of p.o. that system shows error
     <b>((co. code is not assign to country or calculation procedure is not defined for co co. ))</b> can you help me for this problem.

Hi,
From the message it seems either you are using wrong company code in Organisation data of the PO or the company code need to be assigned to country in spro-enterprise structure-Financial accounting-edit copy check company code.
Please check this.

your picking strategy does not find the bin where the material is.
So you need to check what value you have entered for picking in WM view of material master.
then you have to check where your material is (storage type and bin)
then you need to check customizing to where what storage types are included in the picking strategy that is tight to the material master entry.

I am getting an error while moving material from sl0c2 to sloc1 which is connected to wh by mvmt 321. the document is getting posted and the stock is coming to sloc1,but the error is
"Error during creation of transfer orders for mateRIAL.how to correct the error.

Hi,
The material is maintained at the Warehouse level, hence warehouse transactions have to be completed, by creating a transfer order and the confirmation of the same will create a transfer posting from SL1 to SL2 in the system. This is trigerred automatically depending on the sytem configuration.

Price error - In creation of sales order

Dear ALl,
When i am trying to create a sales order with the t -code VA01 and enter a material i get a warning saying
"000010:: Enter Pricing".This happens only for one customer ,for other customer with the same material there is no warning.
Can some one guide as to what is missing for this customer.

Hi,
You have to maintain the CONDITION RECORDS for the MWST condition type in the transaction code VK11
Alternatively you can also do some configration to make the MWST as Optional
In the Pricing procedure V/08 uncheck the MANDATORY and check the Manual option which will not display the Error.
During the Sales order processing you can enter the MWST price as some percentage.
Please do the above and revert back if you need any other details

No task list with in validity period of production version , how to resolve these error

Check your validity in your routing and BOM , and also check the lot sizes are matched or not in these two master data, in C223 check the production version you will get the error if it does not matches, check and revert back.

Error while creation of PUrchase order by using BAPI.

Hi All,
We are creating a purchase order thru BAPI ("BAPI_POEC_CREATE") and we are passing the following parameters ( I_PO_HEADER , I_PO_ITEMS , I_PO_ACCASS , I_PO_PARTNER and I_PO_ORGDATA) to the bapi and after processing we are getting the following error and Abend messages.
Messages:
1) Enter at least one item or one limit ( we have added line items in I_PO_ITEMS structure).
2) Incorrect interface data for set 78 in method C.
3) Interface data contains errors.
Can anyone help me in fixing these errors inorder to proceed further.

while creating a sales order Pricing error, mandatory condition papu is missing...
when i am entering then it shows condition records for condition type papu can only be entered via agreement...pls solve the problem....

Go to VK13, give PAPU and execute so that the system will ask you select a combination. Most probably, you would be maintaining for the combination of "Customer / material with release status". Select that and see whether for that particular customer, pricing is maintained. Since you have not maintained the pricing for that customer and material, you are facing the problem. Maintain price and then retry.

WM error while creation of production order.

I am trying to create a production order . I am getting below error in log as"Movement type for production supply missing in whse 112, storage type SHP" .

In OMK0, click on Assign & check if you have assigned mvt. type 319 for the w/h - storage type combination.

Error with Creation of process order

HI,
I am trying to create a Process order, system throw the error message "No valid task list for material XXXXX plant XXXX for sel.criteria". MAster data has not been transferd. I have checked in Recipie and BOM Nothing is missing, evry thing is fine. But as for my best of knowledge, it has been mantained correctly.
Kindly tell me what could be the problem & how to resolve it.

The problem could be the validity dates or Lotsizes or status.
Most often faced problem could be that you would have created the recipe valid from todays date, but you may trying to create a Process order back dated. You can go to the master data tab in the process order display transcation(COR3) and check the Explosion dates, and check in C203 your master recipe header valid from date.

Hello all,
When I am trying to create a Production Order with Material & order type PP01, I am getting an error. I am providing Qty & finish date & type is "Backward", then I am getting an error as " Price is Zero for order or BOM Item". The error message is 00208 with no more diagnosis.
Please suggest how to proceed as I am unable to create.

Error while Creation Compatible Unit Order

Hi,
I am generating Maintenance Order from Compatible Unit Design.
I am able to generate Order for design type D i.e.standard design.
But when i try for design type T i.e. Standard design template, I am getting the following error : -
*"Assign to CU Order" is not allowed (CUD 00000000000000034508)*
*Message no. BS007*
*Diagnosis*
*The current status of object 'CUD 00000000000000034508' prohibits business transaction 'Assign to CU Order'.*
*Procedure*
*To process business transaction 'Assign to CU Order', you first have to change the status of object 'CUD 00000000000000034508' to allow the transaction 'Assign to CU Order'.*
*This gives you an overview of the system and user statuses that affect the transaction. A transaction can only be executed if there is at least one status that allows it and there is no status that forbids it.*
I checked the config settings for Design template 'T' but could not find anything.
Has anyone come across this. Please help

The same system status exists for design type 'D' and i was able to generate Order. But SAP does not allow me to generate order for design type 'T' not sure why. And there are no user statuses in the system.

Error in creation of sales order bu using BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2

I am trying to create sales order by using bapi.
after passing all the parameters to bapi iam getting message as shown below.
SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully
SALES_ITEM_IN has been processed successfully
<b>Order receipt/delivery not possible, credit customer blocked</b>
I had passed scedule line data ,and BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT
also still iam getting this message.
please help me out of this problem.

I guess the message is just a warning eventhough the order is created. The warning message states that Auto-Delivery can not be created.
Please check below to understand how the customer is blocked:
1. Manual Block -> Transaction XD03
-->Menupath: Extras->Blocking Data
2. Credit Block -> Transaction FD33
--> In the overview screen check the difference of value between Credit Limit & Credit Exposure
I guess in the case whereby Credit Limit value is less than Credit Exposure also this can happen.
Please try using a different Customer. Also simulate via transaction VA01.

Standalone Scenario - Error during Creation of Local Purchase Order

Hi All,
I am trying to setup Standalone Scenario, i have created all the master data locally, i am able to Order SC, but after workflow approval SC goes into error 'Error during creation of local purchase order from shopping cart XXXXXXXXX'
I have created following configuration setting for local PO number
1) In SPRO -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Number Ranges -> Define Number rang. for Schopping Carts and Follow-on Doc. --- i have number ranges for PO follow-on doc. i.e.
inrerval No = PO, from number = 0004000000, to number = 0004999999, ext. = unchecked
2) In SPRO -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Number Ranges -> Define Ranges per backend system for follow-on documents PO, PR etc
3) In sourcing (SPRO -> Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Sourcing -> Define Interactive Sourcing for product categories) --- sourcing is never carried out.
Can anybody help?

Following steps are must for Local number range
1) Create number range for local PO
2) Maintain your logical system in 'Define number range per backend system for follow on document'
3) Define Transaction Type for BUS2201, define document type (e.g. EC1)
4) Assign Document type (EC1) in Org attribute BSA.
