Error in "Daily ASH Statistics Chart"

Hello,
If you look at the query underneath that chart, you'll see the chart is ordered by "HH24:MI". When you run the query accross 2 days, what you get in an unordered resulting chart. Changing that by trunc((sample_time),'HH') fixes the issue. However, if I do it from a copied report that's ok but I cannot change the original.
Can you change that?

Error 500--Internal Server Error in a Project Gantt Chart portlet

Hi All
I am getting Error 500--Internal Server Error in a Project Gantt Chart portlet of Corporate Dashboard.
We have recently installed the Primavera EPPM 8.1, here are the steps we followed to setup the Primavera EPPM 8.1
1) We have created the database schemas by using automatic database setup(by clicking on dbsetup.bat on the media files)
2) Installed Weblogic server 11gR1(10.3.4)
3)Created web logic domain as admin server
4) Installed P6 Web access and deployed on weblogic domain
5)Made changes to setEnvDomain file of weblogic domain to increase the Java Heap size and to locate the location of p6.war file
6)Reastred the weblogic domain
Now we can access the Primavera but in one of the portlet we are getting Error 500--Internal Server Error.
Please le me know if I miss any thing while installing or should I modify P6 configuration settings through p6 admin confiuration console.
Also it would be greatful if any one provide me th best practice to setup Primavera EPPM 8.1.

when i am assigning chart of depreaction to company code it was geving the following error.
NOTE: i copied chart of dep form USA and names as 999 and my company code is 1234
Inconsistency between FI company code 1234 and chart of deprec. 999
Message no. AC481
Diagnosis
You tried to assign chart of depreciation 999 to company code 1234. According to its Customizing definition, this company code manages parallel currencies.
The chart of depreciation does not contain a corresponding depreciation area for each of the currency types that are defined in the company code.

1. Check the currency types of the company code.

Why do I receive Offending Operator Error when opening illustrator created charts??

I have created a pie chart in illustrator and after I save and close I receive Offending Operator errors when reopening and my chart information is gone. This has happened to me twice between a six month period. I thought it was just corupt files, but sure enough I am having the same issue when trying to create again.
Can anyone offer suggestions as to what i am doing wrong?

Why do I receive a "forum site unavailable" error almost daily?

Assuming the path to your links is correct, sounds like it could have been a server glitch. Normally, if the page is not found, you receive a 404 error. If the server is down or your internet connection times out, you'll get "site is temporarily unavailable."

Insatallation error at create database statistics..

Hi all,
I am trying to install ecc6 abap+java on win 2003 sp2 and oracle 10.1
I got error at create database statistics..When i checked in brconnect.lon it says that "BR0484I BRCONNECT log file: O:\oracle\NAG\sapcheck\cebiwbzb.sta
BR0613E Database instance NAG is shut down"
But when i cross check the oracle it is working fine ..up and running..
i checked it by executing "SQL>select name,open_mode from v$database;"

I restarted the server,but stil gettng the same error...
Three days back i installed using the same dump installation was perfect without a single error.(( used oracle 10.1 without the patch )

what you are pointing is right i gave wrong sid henct the error.
How evre i am facing some diffent error,this one i am facing error at same "create database statistics' it says that particulr sid is shut down.
when tried for sqlplus "/as sysdba"----

The errors are occurring due to a unique constraint (i.e. duplicate values being loaded)

...And your error limit is set to 50, so sqlldr will quit after 50 errors. See the docs on how to set this parameter

Error 1077 in Sub VI chart node property code

Hi all,
I've finally worked out how to be able to change the data that is plotted in a strip chart, the code I have below works fine if it is added into my global loop, however it takes a lot of room and I'm trying to place it in a sub VI. However, when I do this I get the 1077 error on one of the property nodes, if I click ignore it moves onto the next node etc. I read in other posts that the problem had resulted from the order in which the code was executed, but I can't see where I could have gone wrong. If someone could point it out to me that would be great.
As for what this sub vi does, the max and min arrays store the max and min values of the y axes to be configured on the front panel, there is 6 strip charts and 20 data strands which can be plotted. When the user selects the data they want plotted in the strip chart, the property node of that strip chart is used to hide all the plots except the one selected and adjust the axes to the required scale. If someone could point out where I have gone wrong here that would be greatly appreciated!!

I looked at simplifying your code as a challenge. Attached is a VI (LV 8.2.1) and a screenshot of the block diagram. Since I was creating from scratch, I didn't have your actual rings or waveform charts. I just created 2 rings and 2 waveform chart references. These can be scaled to as many as you need.
If this is going in a subVI, you may want to make the rings and references as arrays, so you won't need numerous connector terminals for each ring and reference control. If you do that, you can eliminate the build array functions for those before the loops. It would also make the subVI more scaleable.
I also broke the property nodes into 2 loops. As it was, you were setting the property nodes 20 times for each of 6 charts. Only the active plot and visible? needed to be looped through 20 times. The actYscale, Max, and Min were the same for each of the 20 iterations, so they only needed to be done once.
One other possibility would be to do a defer panel updates before, then allow them after the code, so there aren't as many screen refreshes while the loops iterate.

Error while activating BI statistics Process Chain

I have faced the problem below. Please advise.
I am doing BI content activation for BI admin cockpit, from SPRO -- Activation of BI content of BI admin cockpit , i ran the activation but it got failed. The error message says:

go to table RSLDPIOSH enter the infopackage technical name you have mentionned.
take note of the OLTPSOURCE name
then go to rsds replicate and activate.
After that take the technical names of the process chains go to business content installation and reactivate theses chains (with option only necessary objects)
This will solve you issue
The reason of your error is the following, some master data datasources from the bi statistics business content is delivered in 3.x and some other with 7 therefore you have a mix up with the dataflows.

Its been a little while since I used Web Analysis but I remember that there are issues if you have more than 1 dimension in rows or columns. What I cannot remember is whether it automatically shifts a dimension to the page or whether as you suggest it just doesn't display.
Pie charts can only display data from two dimensions (1 rows, 1 columns), you can filter using dimensions on pages. If that doesn't give you what you need then I'm afraid you need to stick to a different chart type.

Error when using Project Gantt Chart in Production Weblogic Server 10.3.5

I have an application utilizing <dvt:projectGantt> Project Gantt Chart. I have tested it in intergrated weblogic server and it is working correctly but when I deploy it in Production Weblogic server, error occurred with NullPointerException on the ViewObjImpl -- class not found exception. I have look into each library used in the ADF runtime on the production server, all the library used are installed and deploy to each server target.

I really am in need of assistance on these matter. I have read several article on the web about clearing cache on weblogic server, bundling the required ADF library with application and not mixing JDeveloper version with Weblogic server version, but it still not working in production weblogic.

Dear Arun,
The WLS server is the same for (integrated WLS and Production) . For JRF template I'm sure it is the same. I have deploy another application that used BC, and it work fine in production.

Error in F-02 : "No chart of accounts could be determined for Company Code

When we tried to post an Journal Entry it is giving the error message as "No chart of accounts could be determined for company code".
Could you please help me with the reason & resolution for this.

Error with cursor position on Chart

Hello
I'm getting an error with a simple Chart. I'm trying to show the chart position (using labels and a crosshair) and I'm getting an exception ONLY (it seems) when the program starts up with the cursor above the chart. If I move the cursor off to
the side or something I don't get the error.
Error: PositionToValue method cannot be called prior to calculating position of all chart area elements.
The error occurs in the MouseMove event handler.

For whatever reason if the cursor is above the chart at start up I get the error but I don't know how to prevent it long enough for "calculating position of all chart area elements".

Yet the event DOES work as long as the cursor is not within the chart boundaries at start up. ???
It happens to, but I would rely on the documentation. However, you can set a flag to true in the Paint event of the chart, and in the mouseMove handler, exit if the flag has not been set yet.

During DB installation at Update database statistics Installation error.
Error shows that

brconnect.log error
/usr/lib/hpux/dld.so: Unable to to find library 'libclntsh.so.10.1

i would suggest:
1. add the directory of libclntsh.so to you path
2. try to execute the following command in shell: "/sapmnt/C11/exe/brconnect -u / -c -f crsyn -o SAPC11"
