Error in Deductiion of quotas

Hi All,
I have an issue related to quota deduction
My user is having 3 types of quotas right now 1) Leave(a) 2) Leave(a1) current one 3) Standard leave
As per his company rules and norms he delimited the Leave(a) record in the month of March and encashed and after that he created Leave(a1) record.
so whenever employee takes leave it should get deduct from the Leave(a1) quota and start deducting standard quota after completion of Leave(a1) quota. But the problem is whenever he is giving absence in infotype 2001 it is deducting from Leave(a) record which is delimited earlier. In development this scenario is working fine but the problem is in production

Please check ur deduction rule configuration, in that are all the 3 qouta types assigned to the same deduction rule ??
if yes- then only afer the 1st qouta i.e Leave(a) gets over then only quota deduction happens for Leave(a1).

Don't know if your question has been resolved, but check the leave cycle date types on IT0041 and IT0001 and IT0007 should all be aligned.

Now i get "There was an error reading your iDisk quota."

I have updated to 1.1.1 and while I had issues with publishing to my .Mac account, I never had the problem that was supposed to be SOLVED with this, not CREATED - I now get the infamous "There was an error reading your iDisk quota."
Am I the only one? Any solution? Yes, I have reinstalled, yes, I have created a new site and copied the material. I am out of of options here.

I, too, was getting the fatal "error reading your iDisk quota message" and I tried everything I could think of and every suggestion I could soak up here in these forums.
What finally resolved the issue for me was to open the domain.sites package contents (by shift clicking on the file which is located in ~/Library/Applications Support/iWeb) and to delete not only the typical .plist files, but also the "assets.<membername>.groups.<groupname>.plist" file, and the "assets.<membername>.plist" file.
This recommendation came to me by way of Artie from the .Mac Support Team, to whom I am forever grateful! I hope this works for you, too!

I keep getting error message "insufiecent storage quota" when I am trying to upload photos via blogsy, please help !

I am trying to upload my camera's photos to my blog post , using the blogsy app but I keeping getting the error message "insufiecent storage quota" what does this mean? And how can I sort it ?

This may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues, and restore your device on a different known-good computer. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
"may need service" means a hardware problem. In that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Publish Error: There was an error reading your iDisk quota

While trying publish to my .Mac account, iWeb gives me this message: Publish Error: There was an error reading your iDisk quota.
I published earlier to a group and it worked. I even went to my .Mac/iDisk system preferences on the web and alocated more space for my group site.
No Dice.
I just tried publishing to .Mac without the group.
No dice.
I even tried ellimanting some pages
No Dice.
Hmmm. Frustrating. It worked before, now what?

i followed these steps recommended by mac support and it solved my problem. try it.
We are currently investigating an issue affecting some users who receive an error message while trying to publish a page or site using iWeb. The error states: "There was an error reading your iDisk quota."
Before we proceed with the steps to resolve this issue, we recommend that you back up the iWeb data file. If you already have this file backed up, you may skip to "Resolving the issue" below.
To locate the iWeb data file:
1. From the Finder menu bar, select Go > Go to Folder.
2. Type (or copy and paste) ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb into the field and click Go. You should now see a file named Domain. This file may also appear as Domain.sites, but we will refer to it as Domain throughout these instructions.
If you have the Backup application that is included with .Mac, you can use this to back up the file to your iDisk, CD/DVD, or to an external hard disk.
Note: Though there is an iLife plan in Backup, it does not currently back up the files associated with iWeb. To back up iWeb files, you will need to use either the Custom or Home Folder plan.
If you do not have Backup, you can create a copy of the file and place the copy in a safe place. To duplicate the Domain file, click the file once to highlight it, then select Duplicate from the File menu. This will create a copy of the file named, "Domain copy." Move this file to the desktop or any other safe location.
Resolving the issue:
1. Quit iWeb if it is open.
2. From the Finder menu bar, select Go > Go to Folder.
3. Type (or copy and paste) ~/Library/Application Support/iWeb into the field and click Go. You should now see a file named Domain. This is a Mac OS X package file.
Note: A package is a relatively common type of document in Mac OS X; it is essentially a sealed folder. It contains individual items, but cannot be opened in the same manner as a folder.
4. To open the package, hold down the Control key and click on the Domain package file.
Note: If you have a two-button mouse, this step can be accomplished by right-clicking the Domain package file.
5. Select Show Package Contents from the contextual menu that appears.
6. A new window titled Domain will appear showing the contents of the package. Here you will see one file (or possibly two files) named "assets.<membername>.groups.<groupname>.plist" or "assets.<membername>.plist" where <membername> and <groupname> correspond to your .Mac member name and .Mac Group name.
Note: Your .Mac member name is the first part of your .Mac email address, before "@mac.com."
7. If you have either or both of these files, move them to the trash. Then close the Domain window.
8. Open iWeb and try publishing again.

CATS error after delimiting a quota type

Hi Guys,
CAT2 throws error on a delimited quota type 30 on using any active absence 1234.
Quota Type 30 was delimited from 01.01.2006. Now when employees apply for leave in current period (Feb 10) through CATS using active absence type 2000, system throws saying that "No Absence quota type 1/95/30 on 10.02.2010.
The absence type 2000 is not linked to quota type 30 but its linked to 01 but CATS throwing error for quota type 30.
When I directly try to maintain records in IT2001 using PA30, it shows no error and creates infotype.
Then I went back and removed the delimitation for the quota type 30 in V_556A_B and extended till 31.12.9999 and the CATS error is vanished. But the delimitation exists in all the other tables for the quota type 30 and its not usable anymore.
I wanted to know how does the delimitation in V_556A_B effected CATS.

Are you sure that there's no deduction rule configured for this absence? In PA30 does it work? The period you're inputing in CATS does the quota exists?
Check..
1. view V_554S_Q.
2. T556C (where you link the quota deduction)
Try to change the counting rule from V_554S_Q to another one you have in your system and let us know your results.

Error while creating a quote/quick quote

Dear Experts
While creating a quote/quick quote, the system is showing an error, and save also fails. The error is: "Your current credentials do not grant access to this product"
Kindly help to reolve this.
I am using the system to configure certain demo scenarios.

Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I suppose the problem has to do with the Industry solutions incorporated in scoping.
I selected Insurance, and excluded retail (the initial selection).
Now I have reverted the changes, and everything is working fine.
Though I will keep on working to resolve this issue and once successful, will share at this forum.

Error in Generating Absence Quotas.....Time Management

WRT TM
1)In the step SE38 using RPTQTA00 i get an error saying Generation rule is not selected for this Personnel Number.
2)If i try doing thru PA61, when i select the Absence quota defined n click create i get the Standard Absence Types rather than the ones i created...
So wat cud be the reason for it,,,,n how to rectify??

Hi,
The error is solved wrt SE38 Generating Absence Quotas,but the output window displays the quotas i have defined as well as the standard leave(system default) which i hav not defined and the quotas are displaying multiple times i.e the sick leave is displaying 7 times n paid leave is displaying 8 times.
So the total for Sick leave is 7X7 = 49days and
for paid leave 30X8 = 240 days, n when i select subtotal than i wont get the total numbers instead the quotas get displayed multiple times.
So wats da solution, thanx for the past suggested solutions n for the future ones too.

Error while passing parameter(quoted string parameter ) to sql script

Hi all,
I have a master script insert_attribute_single.sql which takes 6 parameter. when i am using in sql prompt
SQL>@@INSERT_ATTRIBUTE_SINGLE.SQL 'LEED PROJECT START DATE' 7 'N' 27265185 '7'22'008' NULL;
then it is giving error for the 5th parameter. and i need to pass 5th parameter '7'22'008' in this.
in the master script it is giving error - ORA-06550 here.

can you please help me to resolve this with single quotes in string.

Error While Generating Absence Quotas

I have facing a problem while generating absence quotas, It show message "
E     81000001     No validity interval for key 1 81 01
E     81000001     You have not selected any generation rules
E     81000002     No validity interval for key 1 81 01
E     81000002     You have not selected any generation rules
E     81000003     No validity interval for key 1 81 01
E     81000003     You have not selected any generation rules
E     81000004     No validity interval for key 1 81 01
E     81000004     You have not selected any generation rules
Why this error show,Let me know where i have mistake in customisation.

Hai Maha,
You did not assign the validity interval for the quota.
1 is Esg grouping
81 is Psg grouping
01 is quota type no.
in selection rule table you did not maintain the proper data for particular quota.
for that go for V_t559L in this table maintain the validity and deduction intervals. There you can select the start of validity interval field and end of validity period and same to deduction interval start and end deduction validity..
And also check the QUOMO feature and PSg grouping for time recording.

Error Number 82 in QUOTA

Hi All,
I am trying to generate annual leave quota, and i have configured all the nodes pertaining to it. Like generation rule for quota rule selection and base entitlements etc.
While running the TM04 from pt60(RPTIME00), ia m getting the error in QUOTA function, the error is "error no. 82". I am not sure how to rectify this error, any help on this would be highly appreciated.

I tried checking personnel sub area groupings, seems all are fine. I checked the generation rules as well, but i could not get any clue for misbehavior.
I am using RPTIME00 for getting the annual leave quota(using QUOTA function in the schema TM04). I am seeing the QTBASE tables getting updated properly, but the table ABQNTI is not getting updated. There only i am observing the error called "entry error no. 82". Can you suggest anything which might have caused the problem. I will try your suggestions.

Idoc error meesage contains empty quotes ' '

Hello All,
We are generating Picking confirmation to customer delivery Idoc using E1VPDLH segment and extended this segment to include Vendor/Creditor
For triggering a workflow for an error message, I entered a non existing Vendor through WE19. I expect the error could be "Vendor not exist" or something like that.
And reprocess the IDoc through the program RBDMANIN. Now the Idoc has status 51 and returns a message ( ' ' has not been created).
I think SAP tries to fill a message in the empty quotes. Can someone explain about this? Why it is giving an empty ' ' quotes

1) Check the Autorization & Security Roles
2) Might be due to error in the Application / Web service is not able to process the request message.see that the request message you are sending to the applicaton is valid .

Error when Duplicating the Quote

Hi,
when i am duplicating the Quote it is giving the following error. "Quote total must be a positive amount".
But when i execute ASO_QUOTE_HEADERS_PVT.update_quote_total(..) procedure I am getting positive value.
If it is negative value only the error should come.
Dont know why it is displaying that error. Please help me out ASAP. Even there are no RETURN lines in the quote.

There are incorrect groupings for this pernr in his PSG and ESG for his PSA!
check V_001P_ALL
check rpeort rptquota_check
