Error in delta load (Urgent)

hello gurus,
i had loaded a delta form inventory(2lis_03_bf) where it got error while loading to 2 data targets,
then i made the traffic singles to red in the monitor screen to do a repeat .
where after doing ,i got problem ..I'M not able to go and start the repeat in InfoPackage
if i try to do the schedule, screen is taken to ABAP run time error.
Plz help ME in high priority

Delete all the requests from the cube for which the data was not loaded . Try reloading.
Next time, when you get into such problems, instead of mamking the requests to red, just wait for a few minutes for the job to finish and then try to diagnose the problems and you can fix it once and for all.

    Since the exception was not intercepted by a superior
    program, processing was terminated.
    Short description of exception condition:
    For detailed documentation of the exception condition, use
    Transaction SE37 (Function Library). You can take the called
    function module from the display of active calls.
How to correct the error
    If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
    find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
    If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
    keywords:
    "RAISE_EXCEPTION" " "
    "CL_SERVICE_TRG================CP" or "CL_SERVICE_TRG================CM003"
    "SORT_TRANSACTIONS"
    or

    If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error

Error in delta loading from a planning cube

hi all,
I am using a delta load from one planning cube to another.When the changed records are of a magnitude of 100 then it is successful but when the records are of magnitude of 100000 then it stays yellow with no data records sent and eventually fails.the packet size is 20000.

Have you checked that your Request is closed in the planning cube? FM RSAPO_CLOSE_TRANS_REQUEST will do it
It is a customizing issue to tell the infopackage to end "green" when it has no data.
Transaction Spro ==> SAP Netweaver ==> SAP Business Information Warehouse ==> Automated Processes ==> Monitor Settings ==> Set Traffic Light Color. There you have to set the Traffic light on green if no data is available in the system.

Error in delta load of 'Customer Group' from R/3 to CRM

Hi Experts,
I added new 'Customer Groups' in R/3. But this is not being updated in CRM. Do I have to trigger initial load again through R3AS or should I create new Customer Groups in CRM?
The BP delta load BDocs are stuck in SMW01 due to this change. Also, if I need to do the Initial load of Customer Group, which object do I need to do the load for? Is it dnl_cust_sales?
Please help as it is a Production issue.

Hi Pat,
Use object 'DNL_CUST_SALES' to download Customer Group from R/3 to CRM.
Use R3AS4 transaction to execute the same.

Problem with delta load urgent!!

I have a problem with delta load
We have an IP, which loads data from R/3 system daily, its a delta load to the ODS and it updates to the cube with the selection on Company Codes and 0FISCPER
we are in 3.5 system
For a couple of company codes A & B, the init was done for the period 07.2010 to 12.2099 and after tht the deltas are loaded from 07.2010 till 12.2099 and there's no pblm with tht
Now, there was some updation in R/3 system and the data was maintained for the company codes in A& B for the FISCPER 001.2010 to 006.2010, for which init wasnt maintained...
now how shall we need to load the init in this case? dnt ask me how the postings was done in R/3, but my pblm is purely related to the loading data in BW from R/3, as its very imp for the customer to see the data from 01.2010 to 12.2010 in reports, but the data was only available in reports from 07.2010 onwards
do i need to create another IP and maintain the init for 01.2010 to 06.2010? so tht this selection will automatically appear in the ODS delta loading infopackage

Hi Prince,
No need to maintain any Init for this data, It will be enough if you can load the data from jan 2010 to jun 2010 into your Info Cube.
Follow the below steps:
1)create full load IP for this data source.
2) give the selection as A and B company codes and 0FISCPER as 001.2010 to 006.2010
3) in menu bar, click on scheduler --> select full repair request
4) In the next screen check the check box and save
5) Now execute the IP, it will the data with out disturbing your daily delta.
follow the same procedure to load data till to your Info Cube.

we have generated generic data source and assigned delta on Shipment number with lower limit 10.
when we loaded data through initial load it got all the records from R3 and scheduled delta (suppose to get 0 records because no data was generated ), Delta is bringing 6 records with it and getting error while activating in ODS due to duplicates.
1.How these 6 record came from with out generating data in R3..
2.while activating it is showing error by saying below message

we created the Data source from View
and the activated the Delta with Numeric pointer where the lower limit was 10 and the upper limit was empty
Then replicated and started loading init first and delta next.

Hello,
1. The records may be due to Safety delta interval you have maintained in your generic datasource. In RSA7, you can check STAT column for your data source. Click on the Pointer for Generic delta. you would see Shipment Number from which next delta would be pulled it.
2. Have you unchecked "Do Not Check Uniqueness of Data" in your DSO. This may be the cause for activation failure as same records are coming in as per the safety interval maintained.

Error in Delta load; error in source system

Hi,
I'm extracting from 0FI_AA_11.
Performed a full load.
Then initialized without data transfer.
When i run delta (0 records) , it fails with 'error in source system' .
Strangely, when I run delta again in REPEAT mode, it runs succesfully.
this is happening everytime i run delta.
Please help

FI_AA_11 is sure capable of handling delta.
It does have some dependencies with master data and these are pretty awkward sometimes.
I don't know when you are running your deltas (during opening hours from the office?) but in your process chain also the MD objects must be present.

Bdoc error in Delta load

Hi Experts,
I have an issue in Delta processing.
When new customer is created in ECC with complete address information, it is ended with BDOC error in CRM2007. The error is
Incomplete address; enter country AM 216
if i maintain the Vendor ID in ECC, this error is not appearing. As per our requirement Vendor ID is not required to maintain.
Any suggestions for next steps to resolve these errors with out maintain vendor id in ECC? Thanks for any input anyone can offer.

Hi,
I have looked into your issue.
This is a very generic error. General context is, if you have not filled the country you will get this error. But yes there are other reasons for this error to occur:
When you have some user exits in your system, at the time of Main data getting mapped to BAPIMTCS, exits might be defaulting the BAPIMTCS data of Address before it is sent to CRM server.
So this error occurs very much when there are user exits present and which might modify the data before it is sent to CRM and in CRM, when the address data is not present then obviously this is going to be raised.
This has to be checked in your system. I hope this helps.

Error during delta load for bulk upload data object

Hi All,
I am getting the following message in the backend integration logs for one of the bulk enabled data object.
Error message:
Unable to find parent record for record of node 'CHILD2'.
Message : SMMWKGN class 005.
Does anyone know about this error.
I have defined the the fields as key in child nodes which are defined as key fields in Header structure?
Also while executing the getlist and getdetail i am able to see all the related data?
Can somebody suggest?

When I ran the DTP from DSO to Cube, the request turned red and the error message says that there were some error records.
Please let me know how to correct this.

Hi Preethi,
The error occurred because there is error values in some field values,
Check the details and long text of error so that you can get theerror description and error values.
These error records will be collected in error stack. (it is present in the top of DTP monitor)
You can edit the records from there and run the error DTP.

2.While Delta loading...I have the data in Update tables but I didn't find in Delta Queue. How can I sove this problem ?

Error in FI_AP03 Delta Load

Hi BW Experts,
We are loading data for Spend analysis from 0fi_ap_3 to data targets 0fiap_o03 and zfiapglo. But the delta was failing for last 3 days and the error message stating is ERROR WHEN READING FROM THE QRFC QUEUE. I checked for no. of LUW entries in SMQ1 there are 13593. There are 4 LUW's with date 10/19/2004. The init. was done on 01/10/2004.
Please suggest what to do to get the delta records other than initialization.
It's very very urgent issue.

did you already check sm21 (the syslog of your R/3 system) as well as the joblog via sm37 and/or additionally st22. May be there is something wrong with memory options, disk space, the database ....
Let us know the details.

Error while implementing Delta Load

Hello Experts,
I need your help.
I am trying to extract data from SAP R/3 to BI system.
The R/3 system contains data from 1999-2008 fiscal year. I extracted data for fiscal yr 2007,2006 and 2005 successfully and created a delta info package
In the delta info package I didn't specify any fiscal year limit under the Data selection tab.
I started a background job which needs to run daily. Now my issue is the load came up with an error stating time limit exceeded. I believe the number of data packets exceeded. The request showed a warning sign and it got stuck there. I tried to delete that request and consequently delete the whole delta info package and creating a delta package freshly.
But when I tried to start the process of extraction, the following message popped up. Please tell me what I need to next.
Init. select. for field name currently running in request REQU_464F7XQP5TZIEJPIS0MUV32IB
Message no. RSM1070
Diagnosis
Init. selection for field name with the 'From value' and the 'To-value' , is currently running in request REQU_464F7XQP5TZIEJPIS0MUV32IB.
Procedure
Wait until the init. selection is completed; check the load status in the Monitor.

Hello guys,
I tried to delete the delta request by right clicking on the infopack and hitting manage, and then selecting the particular request and hitting delete.
But when I tried to create a new infopack and initialize it it constantly gave me the same error saying that I need to delete the previous request.
There is another place where you need to delete the request from.
You need to double click on the delta infopackage and on the top menu click on
Scheduler > Initialization options for Source System > Now select the particular delta request and delete it.
This solves the problem and helps you to reintialize the delta load using the new delta infopackage
