Error in END ROUTINE while activating the transformation.

Hi ALL,
While writing an END ROUTINE IN BI, I got no error while saving the code.
But when Activate the Transformation I got the following Error.
" Syntax Error in GP_ERR_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL,row 54(->long text)
Diagnosis:Component called CRM_OBJ_ID already exits "
I have used the above object in the transformation.
Please help me debug the error or highlight on it.

Error while activating the transformation for cube

Hi everyone,
I m working on BI7, & while activating the transformations the system trrows an error saying that 'amount infoobject is not assained' and 'unit of measure is not used' even though I hav assigned both the fields to Amount infoobject.
would plz explain in detail.

Hi,
Are you loading from the Flat File or from ECC?
If you are loading from FlatFile then you have to specify the InfoObject names in the "Template InfoObjects" area in DataSource-->Fields Tab.
Then when you create the Transformation then the Rules will be created Automatically.

ERROR WHILE ACTIVATING THE TRANSFORMATION

Hello Experts,
I am getting the following error when I am activating the transformation between the source (8ZPROT1) and the target (InfoSource for SEM-BCS(Tcube->Datasource) in BI 7.0
" Syntax error in GP_ERR_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL, row 100 (-> long text)"
When I go into the program: GP_ERR_RSTRAN_MASTER_TMPL, here is the error:

Thanks for the response, but unfortunately I couldnt understand what to do with the Tcode you specified. Any how in the update rules I found that the field KEY FIELD OF THE STRUCTURE icon is not there for all the added fields. Is ther any thing to be done with this check box to mke it as key field?

Error in transfer structure while activating the business content

Hi all
we got the following error while activating the transfer rules( business content) :
1)error when determining a number from object BI_TSDTEL and number 01
2) object name can only contain characters from syntactical character set.
3) data element for infoobject WAERS 0CURRENCY could not be created.
can anyone please explain what is this error.

Goto SE37 -> RSAR_TRANSTRUCTURE_ACTIVATE -> Transfer Structure Name -> Execute
If the above doesn't fix then try the below
Goto SE14 -> Transfer Structure Name -> Adjust and activate .
This will fix if there is any inconsistency in the transfer structure.

Data Source 0HR_PA_0 Syntax Error in the start routine while activating

I have migrated the Business content for the data source 0HR_PA_0
While activating the transformation-2 there is errors like:
Start Routine: Syntax error in routine
Rule (target: 0HDCNT_LAST, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
Rule (target: 0AGE_KYF, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
.................... etc
I need help to resolve this issue.

When Data Source was migrated the codes related to COMM_STRUCTURE was missing in the start routinue.
Following codes (in bold) with regard to COMM_STRUCTURE added and then got activated

Syntax Error in Routine while Activating Transformation

Dear All,
I am activating whole scenario for 0SD_C03. we have made transformation for 2lis_11_vaitm, during installation we get below errors:
- Rule (target: 0SUBTOT_1S, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
-Rule (target: 0NET_VAL_S, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine
-Rule (target: 0PROD_CATEG, group: 01 Standard Group): Syntax error in routine

Hi,
I hope there is inbalance in between SOURCE Datapackage and Target Datapackage. So in the start routines pls check it and it not found then add in DATA_PACKAGE...
Check with ABAPer

I replaced COMM_STRUCTURE with SOURCE_FIELDS as suggested in on eof the forum as its field level routine.
Then I got the error as :

Where are you writing this Routine?
Start Routine or Field Routine?
Start Routine:
You cannot use SOURCE_FIELDS. You will have to use SOURCE_PACKAGE.
SOURCE_PACKAGE does not have a header line, so you cannot use it directly.
You can just use commands like Sort SOURCE_PACKAGE or Delete SOURCE_PACKAGE.
Field Routine:
You can use SOURCE_FIELDS.
Check if you have selected the field as your source field while writing the field routine.
Please let us know where you are facing the error.

Error while activating the request of DSO upload

Hi all,
While activating the request generated during upload to Datastore object,it ends in an erroneous activation giving the following error.
'No SID found for value 'BBL' of characteristic 0BASE_UOM'.
Is it because no translation exists,if so what should be done for the same.

it seems unit BBL not exist in your bw system,
you can update the unit master from r/3,
have you performed 'transfer global setting' ?
check in r/3 table t006a (t006*), if exist you can
rsa1->source system->right click r/3 source system
'transfer global setting', in next screen mark 'unit of measurement' (also currency etc) and option 'update table'.
this update should be scheduled periodic, menu program->run in background and schedule periodic job.
if BBL not exist in r/3, you can manualy maintain,
transaction CUNI.

Error while activating the data source.

Dear all,
We are using the BI version 7.00 - i have a problem i.e., while creating the infopackage for the data source
0PM_OM_OPA_2 the following error is displayed.
"No active transfer rule for DS 0PM_OM_OPA_2 and ....source system CLNTDEV400; create first..."
Moreover the data source is found to be in version "M" - while activating the same when in click on the display/change icon , the following error is popped up.
"You can only edit 3.x DataSources using transfer rule
maintenance Do you want to create the transfer rules now?"
What could be the reason for this error. What are the things that are to be done to replicate the data and pull data?
Valid experts comment is expected in this regard.

Hi Magesh,
Replicate your data source in BW and then right click onit and choose Assign Info source, it may take you to BC wherein you may need to install the Transfer Rules and related info objects etc.... Once you maintain this data source in the source system then you can create an info pack withput any extra effort.

Error While Activating the Data Source in RSA5 T-Code

Hi,
When i tried to inactive the data source in 2lis_11_vahdr it shows "Data Source does not exists errror".
So i went to RSA5 T-Code and tried to activate the data source but there it is throwing the error like "Event with errors Extract in Data Source 2LIS_11_VAHDR".
I have checked the above thing with all the data sources every one are throwing the same errors. Can any one please suggest me how to solve the issue.
Or Is this issue related to Basis People?.

1.When i tried to inactive the data source in LBWE T-Code the error is "Data Source 2lis_11_vahdr does not exists ".
2. In RSA5 T-Code while activating the data source the error is "Event with errors Extract in Data Source 2LIS_11_VAHDR".

Error while activating the copy of the standard module

Hi,
I wanted to create a copy of the module material_read_all and so I copied the entire function group.
Now when I am trying to activate it , I am getting syntax error saying that the field does not exist in the global declarations. When I double click on the field name it takes me to another modules of the same function group where the said field is an export parameter.
I cross checked with the standard module and there also no explicit declaration is given. I also tried declaraing the variable again and then activating.But on doing it I got different results from both the modules for the same input and so I had to delete and create it again.
The same thing is happening with other modules also which I am trying to copy.
Can anyone please help me with this.
For copying the function group I entered the main program name in se38 and clicked on copy. It then asked me to copy the modules so I just added 'Z' before the modules to make a duplicate copy.
It is very very urgent.

I have tried activating all the includes individually and then the main program. But still I am getting the errors. While activating the includes on checking for the syntax error it showed error but on clicking on activating it got activated. But same thing sis not working for the main program.
I also tried with 'activate anyway' but even after that syntax errors are there with the field decalrations.

Iam trying to activate 0MATERIAL infoobject.
But while activating the particular infoobject iam getting few errors saying that
InfoObject ZDGTDCODE is used in transfer rules (1CL_OMAT001_BB) of characteristic 0MATERIAL

Hi,
The object has been used in the Material classification Data source as well(1CL_OMAT001_BB) as per ur thread....
In this case.. u need to make sure that the mapping to this object at the transfer rules are maintained properly or not.. if not try to maintain this object mapping properly in Tranfer rules and check the object is been used in the 0Material as well....
Activate the Infosource once u does these changes.. and check 0Material gets activated properly or not..
Also use use this program for activating ur object:
RSDG_IOBJ_ACTIVATE

Please help me out,
I am facing one problem while activating the ODS of 0FIGL. Data is uploaded successfully into the ODS but while activeting the ODS, it gives the following error message :
Error when assigning SID: Action VAL_SID_CONVERT InfoObject 0DOC_HD_TXT

I have also read out all the related post & also applied them in this but still the position is same.
also in RSKC, all the characters are allowed.
