Error In ESH_COCKPIT while deleting Search Connectors ?

Hi ,
When I am starting the transaction ESH_COCKPIT and then trying to delete the search connectors created for HRTMC*
it is giving an error
"Software component EA-HRGXX has been locked by user <username>"
Although I have deleted all the enteries in SM12 for my user , The error is occuring for any user who logs and tries to delete the search connectors .Hence I am unable to delete the connectors also when I am trying to create new connectors it is giving the same error.
Kindly help me here !

After this we are facing an issue while deleting the contact person in customer master. When we select the contact person and delete, we get a message saying "Specify a valid person use (PERSON_REFERENCE)". When we press enter, another entry (above the intended entry) gets deleted.
The performance assistant shows nothing but message no. AM057.
Based on the couple of OSS notes I have searched, I checked the table ADRVP entries and found two entries for that contact person. Both entries have the client number appearing in the field APPL_KEY.
The first record is having old client number and the second record is having the new client number. I presume, we are seeing two records because the data was migrated by SLO. But what is confusing is, both are having same addr.no. and marked as X for Owner (Flag: Adress owner object reference).
Data in table ADRVP looks as under.

Error HUDIALOG 038 while deleting HU's via VL32N (Inbound Delivery)

Dear All,
We have a situation here wherein we are creating Inbound deliveries automatically from Outbound delivery during goods issue.
As a result the (Handling Units) are also assigned from outbound to inbound delivery.
We want to delete these HU's manually from transaction VL32N but while doing so an error occurs saying
'Inbound Delivery still has HU's assigned and hence cannot be deleted ' .
In order to delete these HU assignments we have implemented sap note 1083602 and 1252930 .
But the error HUDIALOG 038 is ignored by note 1252930 when HU lean status update with non-unique HU numbering (TVSHP-SPE_LEAN_HUSTAT) is set in the system but since our system has the unique ID active as shown above, this error is not ignored and we are not able to proceed any further.
Please help me out if anyone had faced such issue earlier.

Hello Pravin,
To delete any connector in CC 5.x, you need to delete all data related to that.
For that you need script, which is provided by SAP GRC support team.
Create message under GRC component and they will provide you script for the same.
After running that script you can delete the concerned connector.
Remember this script will delete all your Management data.

Error while deleting a row from the Entity Object

Hi OAF Guys,
i am unable to delete the newly created row from the entity object.
let me explain my scenario.
1. i have a table of which some of the columns are mandatory.
2. I am writing the code in the validateEntity to check wether the user really enter anything into the fields.
3. My problem is, when the user creates row and wanted to delete the row without entering any details, the validate entity of the EO gets fired which will not allows to delete the row.
Is there any workaround for this problem.

I am very sorry for not providing you the complete details of my scenario. Here i am explaining
1. what code you have placed while creating the row and in validation method on EOImpl.
while creating a new row i am initializing the primary key of the EO with the sequence value.
2.When you say, you are unable to delete the row, are you getting a error message ? if yes, custom message or fwk error ?
its not the fwk error, its the custom message which wrote in my validateEntity method of EO to check whether the user had entered all the necesary columns or not.
3.How are you trying to delete the row ?
while the user clicks on the delete switcher i am getting the primary key of the row and searching for the row in the vo and finally deleting it.
The problem arises when the user creates a row, and later doesnt want to enter the details and delete it. Here while deleting the row the validateEntity method of the EO gets fired and doesnt allow me to do so :(.

Unable to create search connector for FIORI Factsheets apps (ESH_COCKPIT)

I am trying to create Search connectors via ESH_COCKPIT for fact sheets and analytical apps , but I am unable to do so.
I am following the steps as per the below link but unable to do so.

These type of Internal Errors are all too common in OWB and it's difficult to diagnose the exact problem.
I'd suggest closing the Design Centre, going back in and trying to delete it again, this will often resolve Internal errors.
There's also an article on Metalink Doc ID: 460411.1 about errors when deleting mappings but it's specific to an ACLContainer error, so may or may not be of use.
One of the suggestions is to connect as the Repository Owner rather than a User and try to delete the mapping.

Based on the message you have, you have shipment cost documents activated. As a result of that, in order ot back things out you need to follow the process through and reverse the shipment cost document if you have one associated to this delivery / shipment process. Look in your doc flow and see if you have have a shipment cost doc associated to the shipment, if you do, back it out. As mentioned earlier, without the exact message and the process flow (docs), it is hard to understand specifically what you are looking for. Please provide more detail if you want assitance.

Error while deleting DC from client

In NetWeaver Developer Studio, while i try to remove a Development Component from Client using Delete option, I get the following error. I have synched the DC, built it and deployed + ran it once. However, there are no open activities. This happens for some DCs sometimes, but not always. Any help/inputs/suggestions will be appreciated.

Do you really mean "Delete DC" or do you mean "Remove from client"?
A Remove from client just removes the DC from your local system, while a Delete DC removes the DC from the DTR!
In case you really want to delete the DC from the DTR, try just syncing the sources without performing a build.

Error while deleting the confirmation- Reason has to be entered for 102

When i try to delete the confirmation for Goods, an error -"A reason has to be entered for movement type 102" is occuring. I have maintained the reason for rejection in the document tab at the line item level while deleting the confirmation.The reason for movement field is mandatory in R/3 system for movement type 102. I have maintained this reason for rejection that has maintained in the R/3 system in the SRM config and able to select that during deletion of confirmation, but still i am getting this error. Please suggest.

When we try to delete a goods confirmation with the Reason for Rejection text in SRM, we get the error "A reason has to be entered for movement type 102" (M7 325) thrown from the backend R/3 system.
Other terms
M7 325, RREJ, Reason for Rejection, MOVE_REAS, c_subtype_ca, LBBP_CFF60, FORM mapping_gr_for_backend.

   I am getting a error when i am trying to delete the contents of two cubes in a Process Chain . The data of one cube is getting successfully deleted but while deleting the second one it results in a error.

I am trying to synchronize Company master data between local BCS system and SAP BW with UGMD_BATCH_SYNC program. In the synchronization mode, Full Synschronization (Write and Delete) was selected.
However, I receive the following error message when executing the program:
Error while deleting values of characteristic /1FB/COMPANY/Company (RFC destination )
Message no. UGMD077
Diagnosis
When writing or deleting values of characteristic /1FB/COMPANY/Company errors occurred in the system with RFC destination . As the changes have already been defined in the local storage location this results in the master data being asynchronous between the local and remote storage location.
System Response
Processing is continued.
Procedure
Carry out a manual synchronization of the master data later using report UGMD_BATCH_SYNC. You can find additional information there under Application Help.
FYI, RFC Destination for my data basis is left blank.
What may causes this error and how to resolve it?

May I know what settings that I need to check in UGMDSYNC program? As far as I can tell, there is only one parameter that we need to specify in the program i.e. Field Name. As I am trying to synchronize from BCS to BW, I have chosen the followings settings:

Interesting thing that I notice after executing the UGMDSYNC program is the following message:
Synchronize/Display Variances Between Systems
     The compound dependencies for the attributes or texts are not defined
     uniformly in the systems investigated.
     Example:
     Texts are defined as language-specific in the local systems and as
     language-independent in remote systems (for example BW systems). The
     same can apply for other compounds such as version or time dependencies.
System Response
     The display of differences between the systems will be affected. A
     manual synchronization will not be completely successful.
Procedure
     1. Ensure that the dependencies for the attributes and texts are the
         same in all systems.
     2. Start the synchronization process again.
Procedure for System Administration
I can check the attributes and texts in BW via RSD1 by specifying InfoObject = 0COMPANY and checking the Master data/texts and Attribute tabs. But how do I check similar settings in BCS Workbench? I can't determine whether the Company text is language-dependent or not simply by displaying specific Company from Process View > Master Data > Consolidation Units > Company.
