Error in executing report in portal

Dear all,
From the query designer while am executing the report in the portal,
the pop showing the web application will therefore be ended,
If i try to allow temporary not resulting screen showing no results,
am executing report from multiprovider,which is combine from 3 cube 2 DSO having data around 10000 records,
But when i executin in the portal "No data avaialabale"
even i tried either by directly entering a URL in the address row of the Web browser or by navigating to another site in the SAP Enterprise Portal also does not giving the diffrence,
plz clarify...

I dont have CKF and RKF but am used filter as charecteristic restriction,
should i know bcoz of these filter only ,am not getting data in Portal?
if yes wat is the logic behind to be caused like this?
i can able to enter in portal and i able to see the content, but i cant able to see the data even i have lakes of data in my datatargets,....

Hi Sneha,
Please check the default trace log file in NWA. Also verify that BI System and portal system should be same SP level.
If there is any mismatch in the SP level then issue might comes. So check SP level for Bi and Portal.

I think this is something to do with the bex web 0ANALYSIS* objects not being installed in your BW system.
I would try and do the following:
- Goto RSA1 > BI Content > BEx Web Template (BTMP)
- Then double-click on Select Object.
- Highlight all objects that start with 0ANALYSIS_PATTERN
- Click on Transfer Selections, and then Install.
If you can't do the above in prd, do it in DEV, then transport the objects to prd.
After all this, try re-running your queries.

Error while executing Report in BI7.0

Hello Friends,
My BI7.0 system is a fresh installation.
I have created a query using Nw2004s Bi Frontend-Bex Query Designer.
After saving the changes when I click on Execute Button (in between Saveall & Check buttons) I am getting an error in the browser
The page cant be displayed. & the URL is

Is this URL correct one? Or do i need to make any further settings ? If so what are those settings & where they need to be done?
Why am i not able to execute the Bex report in the browser?

Further to what Manjunath has pointed out..
Note Symptom
After pressing the "Execute" button in Web Application Designer, Query designer or Report Designer, the url is not valid. Possible variations are:
The server is not included
The port is not included
URL is like http:///irj..... (missing server & port)
Other terms
URL generation, Execute Query, Execute Web Template, Execute Report
Reason and Prerequisites
Missing configuration of the portal. Check following:
      1. Start the transaction SE37
      2. Call the Module RSWAD_URL_GET
      3. Fill the parameters as follows
           I_ACTION: NEW
           I_OBJTYPE: QU
           I_TECHNAME: QUERY
      4. Execute and check the result
      5. E_URL=http://<your expected server>:<your expected port>/irj/...&QUERY=QUERY
Solution
If the result is as you expect, the problem is not in the configuration. In other case please do following:
Run the transaction SE16
View the table RSPOR_T_PORTAL
Execute it (expand the width to see the parameter URL_PREFIX)
Check if there is a prefix for your portal maintained
If not, correct it editing this table directly.

I am using a customer exit in my query to calculate the year to date numbers for current Fiscal Period and prior fiscal year (via offset -12). When I execute the query it works fine but when I save it to my portal favorite and re-execute from the favorite, it throws an error:

Thanks for your replies. The format of Fiscal Period in the first variable screen is correct with the Concatenate statements that I originally had in the customer exit. It displays an interval of 001/2010 - 005/2010 which is what I want.

I created another i_step = 2 variable with 'ready for input' unchecked and added it to the original i_step = 1 variable within the RKF. As I have limited knowledge of coding customer exists, I added the following code for the 2nd variable that I found on SDN as seen below. After applying this code and executing the "saved report on portal favorite", the original error message went away and I get to the variable screen but the format that displays now is 201/001/ - 201/005/. Why does it work the first time it is executed and why does it mess up the format when executed from portal favorite, really confused.

Error while running reports in Portal

Hi ,
While running a crystal reports in portal a pop-up appears with the following error message
" Sorry = you are not logged into this server. Ensure that your user name and password, as well as the APS name are correct. "
Can anyone help on this?

Can you provide more information about the SDK, product version, application server, etc. that you are using?
That error message indicates that you are trying to retrieve a report from BusinessObjects Enterprise without entering the authentication information.

Error in viewing reports through Portal favorites.

I am facing some issue in viewing reports in my portal.
I have kept some of my reports as portal favorites,but when i try to open those reports it is giving me an error saying page cannot be found or it may be unavailable.

Kindly check in the report's external link in KM.What is the iView its using?
then check in content administration whether that particular iview is available or not?
If that iView is not available then change the link.then it should work.

Error while executing query on portal-SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

Hello all,
I have created a quey and executed it on portal and everything just works fine. The query has few input varaibles at the start like fiscal year and some other inputs. I saved the query in my Portal favorites and then when I try to excute it from there it gives me a runtime BI error.
Termination message sent ABEND RSBOLAP (000): Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION MSGV1: SAPMSSY1 MSGV3: UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION
I guess it errors out because of the variable input part at the start of query.
We already have note "950992" in the system so wonder what next now.

We are having the same issue too - we are SP13. Our query is built on a Infoset, and the problem comes with 0FISCPER variable, when we try to do a input help (F4) in Bex. this happens only when I use fiscper on queries bulit on INFOSETS, and it works perfectly alright with all other cubes.

REP - 300 Error while executing report from Application

Hi,
I have report in Report Builder & for the same report form is there in Form Builder in which parameter page is designed. From application where I am calling report is internally calling form & in form Procedure Run Report is there which is calling report from Report Builder. Both report from builder & form form Builder are compiled . Also query is executing fine in Toad without error. Also all query fields are present in database.
But when I am trying to excute report from Application it is giving error as "REP - 300 Invalid Identifier " & it displays whole query.
Note - Report & it's Form are in ORACLE - 10g. Also the user through which I am executing report from application is ADMIN user , so it has executing permission.

looks like error in parameters. check out the value of variable that you are passing through to report from form. Put a messages to see variable values before execute report.

Error when executing report with large data selection in Infoview

This is regarding Error we are facing in BO system.

When we are trying to execute report in BO INFOVIEW on production system, we are facing following error (After 10 mins of execution).

Please note: We are getting data via Crytal report. Only, execution in infoview is giving error.

However, when we execute report with more data (6 months data) then we are getting attached error after 10 min of execution time.

Error while execute report MB5B

Dear all,
I try to execute report MB5B in client 350 . all input data is correct format .
But when i execute this report i get a error like
" Combination is not possible: VALUATED_STOCK and NO_CANCELLATIONS "
So can u please help me how can i resolve this problem .
or my input is may be wrong or any other problem in this execution .

Hi Keyur,
There are a lot of notes about this tcode, for instance, you can see SAP Note 195786 - MB5B: Collective Note to have an idea about this issue. In coding for AT SELECTION SCREEN you have a lot of coding and you can see in commnets a lot of notes. I suggest you to do a debugging session with the purpose to identify the source of error message. Seach the message in tcode SE91 and set break-points to do it, because in my opinion the problem is caused by the selection.

Error when executing report in background

Hi experts,
I developed a new report. In that report I am getting data from KRMI transaction. For getting data from KRMI I have all the program and transaction and function modules under KRMI transaction to Z program, transcation and function modules and by using Call Transaction on ZKRMI and using Import and export parameters I am fetching data from KRMI transaction.
By doing this I dont have any problem while executing report online and when I am executing this report in back ground I am not getting in the above mentioned case.
Can anyone advise me in solving the issue

As already said....the import and export wont work in background...however what you can do is import and export in shared buffer

Hi All,
When I am executing from query designer, I am getting following error.
Even I can't execute it from another portal where i created source system of BI server.
But i can execute queriew from Query analyser and t-code RSRT.
When I execute from Query desinger the url is as follows.
