Error in Feature while saving

When I modify a Feature, I am getting the below error. Can anyone please help me on this ?
E: The total field lengths of the decision operations are too great

Diagnosis
The length of the field values of decision operation fields located in a path of the hierarchy tree, with one byte of space to separate one field from the next, is greater than 18 bytes.

Hi Mohan,
I have used the Company Code, Personnel Area, Employee Group and returned the value for a Employee Subgroup in very few cases. But for most of the cases, I have returned the value for Personnel Area.
Does this have any issue related to the Bytes used etc ?
Below is the diagnosis and procedure given which I am unable to understand.
Diagnosis
The length of the field values of decision operation fields located in a path of the hierarchy tree, with one byte of space to separate one field from the next, is greater than 18 bytes.
Procedure
Check that the field contents actually correspond to the field length.
Example 1: You need a decision operation for the FCODE field. As of Release 4.0, the field has a length of 20 bytes. However, all of the contents expected for FCODE consist of just four characters. In this case, enter your decision operation for FCODE with a length of 4.
Example 2: The field contents are not completely different each time. Instead, just two characters differ as of the third character. In this case, enter your decision operation for this field with offset 2 (offset = position - 1) and a length of 2.

An unknown error has occured while saving to .ai file

After reading through tons of topics about "An unknown error has occured" I still can't find any suitable sollution for the problem.
So, my observations are:
I have both 32- and 64-bit versions of Adobe Illustrator CS6
The error occurs only with the 64-bit version,
The error occurs only when saving files containing text objects.
Unchecking "Create PDF Compatible File" doesn't solve the problem.
Reseting Illustrator's settings also doesn't help.
If somebody has solved this problem, please help. It's pretty much time taking switching between the two versions and I also have files pretty big enough that require opening in the 64 bit version.

I have the same error, I'm working with Illustrator CC on my MacBook Pro Retina 15" (late 2012 model) with OS X Yosemite, my video card is NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M.

Getting an error "bad parameter" while saving

Hi,
I am trying to open a particular pdf in IE9 browser from my application and trying to save PDF file to my computer. I observed that Save option is disabled for that PDF file in IE9 browser. When I try to save the same file using Ctrl+Alt+S option, I am getting an error "bad parameter". I am not getting any further details on this issue. I am able to save same PDF in IE8 and mozilla browsers. Can you please help me in solving this issue.
Please find below my environment details.
Os: Windows 7
Browser: IE9
Adobe Reader Version: 11.0.03.
PDF template is created using Adobe PDF Creater 11.0.03.

Two things I would try:
update to Reader 11.0.5
try saving the PDF without opening it in Adobe Reader (right-click on link, then Save target as...)

Reduced Sized PDF - "An error was encountered while saving the document" - Adobe Acrobat 11

I have users randomly getting this error when trying to File > Save as Other > Reduced Sized PDF.
There's nothing unusual about the PDFs. They're not encrypted or secured.
I've tried creating "Preferences" and "PDF Optimizer" folders in their profile folders but that didn't fix it.
Issue is just intermittent and I'm not sure what to do to fix it.
Users are printing and using a scanner as a work-around which is not ideal.

There must be something about these PDF's that are not meshing with Acrobat.
This is not a specifically known issue. Would you mind sharing some specifics about your workflow? How were these PDF's originally created? What software was used?

Getting error F5 080 while saving Goods Receipt in VL32N

Hello all,
A user has created an Intercompany Purchase Order (i.e. The vendor is
an Intercompany).
The vendor mentioned in that PO has different partners for presenting
invoice (i.e. Partner Function PI) and for suppliing goods (i.e.
Partner Function GS).
The trading partners of those PI and GS vendors are different e.g.7000
and 8000 respectively.
Later on user has done Inb. Delivery by VL31N and posted invoice (Here
the goods receipt is based on Invoice).
And then, when he tries to post Goods receipt by VL32N it gives him
error "Consolidated companies 7000 and 8000 are different.
However user was able to save Goods receipt for another similar PO
which has same PO Doc.Type, same vendor, material and same Org. Data
also.
Please help us to resolve this problem.

Thank you very much for the reply.
But that SAP Note refers to error during Invoice creation. However in this case the error occurs during VL32N Goods receipt.
Also another thing is that when we replicated documents in Quality system, it is not giving error but gives error to user in Production system.

Or else the field status group assigned to GL account in FS00 has cost center field as mandatory - check the attributes of field status group in OBC4. Make cost center field as optional with help of FI consultant.

Error in PR while saving

Dear Gurus
For Service activities in CJ20N, when multiple UOM is used in service details tab, then systems throws a message that
1) With multiple acct assgd,enter distribution indicator and partial invoice indicator
2) PR cannot be updated
3) Not possible to determine consumption account
Can anybody help me out with this issue

Graphical Mapping Error: Unexpected Exception-While saving Mapping Object

Hello,
Try to check locked objects in NetWeaver administrator <pi_host>:<pi_port>/nwa on Intagration Repository Tab. If your MM object locked just unlock them and try to save again.

To set an error while saving the order when the item categor changed in CRM

Hello SAP Gurus,
As per our current system set up, whenever the order created in CRM once replicated to ERP should not change the item category in CRM .If the item category is changed( allows the system) and saved, it gives an error as u201CItem category should not be changedu201D. We have been encountering this type of issue since long back
To avoid this type of issue, an error should through while saving the order when the user changes the item category in CRM.
Can someone help me to achieve this.

Error while saving MIGO

While saving Goods movement (MIGO) in IDES server for SAP ECC 6.0, I am getting following error:

Shipping instruction is a condition that u specify to the vendor that the materials should be sent in compliance with ur shipping condition. for ex for polished goods u can say shipping instruction as " scratch free" in the PO.
So while doing MIGO u have to manually check for the scratches in the materials and enter the same in the GRN. This feature is automatically checked by the system during MIGO since it is specified in PO.

Error while Saving the report

Hi,
i have created some reports which are working fine,
but now i am facing some errors while saving the files.
Also the reports does show only one record while there are many records in the database.
The error messages are as follows:
REP-1051; Unable to save document to file ' F:\Database\Reports\report1.rdf '.
REP-1070: Error while opening or saving a document.
Please help me to find out the exact problem.
Also tell me how can i show all the pages of Database records in a report( while one record on each page)

As for the error while saving, you have only one possible thing to try. It it doesn't work, you're sunk.
Assuming the report was not being newly created, i.e. that it was opened from a file on your system, then rename that file to something else (Report_001_OLD.rdf, for example). Then try to save it - Reports will think it is a new file to be saved rather than an existing file to be updated.
Again, if that doesn't work, and if you do not have the auto-save option turned on, then you're sunk. You will have just lost all of the work you've put into that report.
As you'll discover, Reports is not the most robust application ever written.
