Error in GS01 - Creating a hierarchy of accounts

I created a set of accounts with T. GS01, with name  ZTEST,  by copying an existing set TEST (with the EC-PCA GLPCT table, field RACCT). In the set ZTEST,  i changed the hierarchy of the accounts and saved. I launched a report with Report Painter, inputting ZTEST as  group accounts.
The error message is as follows:
The Set ZTEST should not be used (message number GS076)
Diagnosis:
In this transaction, only certain set classes are permitted: Account group.  ZTEST, however, belongs to set class Group.
System Response:
The entry is Rejected.
Procedure:
Use a set from set class  account group.
In fact, looking with SE16N, SETHEADER the table, we see the deference between fields and SETCLASS SUBCLASS original set TEST (SETCLASS = '0109 '; SUBCLASS =' Copy ') and the set created ZTEST (SETCLASS = 0000; SUBCLASS ='    ') .I understand that "0109" is the group chart of accounts and "Copy" is the chart of accounts.
My question are:
Why these fields are not copied from the original set TEST into created set ZTEST? Perhaps this is due to the permissions?
How to solve this problem?

Let me add that I have the same issue when I try to create a set of accounts with the hierarchy, without copying an existing set. This is SAP ECC 6.0.
Launch GS01 and enter  the data:
Set Name: ZTEST
Name of a table: GLPCT
Indicator: a single-Set dimensions
Field: RACCT
I enter the hierarchy of accounts and save. Launching a Report with Report Painter, inputting ZTEST as group account.
Number of error and 'GS076 (the same as before, with a copy)
I look with SE16N the table SETHEADER. Fields SETCLASS and SUBCLASS are not set. Values are: SETCLASS = '0000 '; SUBCLASS =' '. If i understand it should be: SETCLASS = 0109 '; SUBCLASS = Chart of Accounts
My questions are these: Why the T. GS01 does not set these two fields? I have to set these fields? If so, Where? How do I create these sets with the hierarchy of accounts? Any way is fine for me.
