Error in hierarchy presentation

Hi.
In my PRD system, whenever I run a query that has a hierarchy or try do display some data based on a hierarchy (GL), I get the foll error message:
System error in program SAPLRSDRH and form BUILD_VIEW-3-
In addition to that we also get the foll error when we try to choose the filter button in the navigation bar:
CL_RSR_WWW_RENDERER and form GET_FILTER_VALUES_CH
Any ideas?
We recently upgraded our Oracle to 10g from 9 in preparation for an NW04s upgrade.

On March 31, we starting experiencing this issue across our entire domain. We have not made any changes to our network configuration. We are using the same ISP, routing hardware, computer hardware, software versions and group policy settings as we were on March
30.
The issue appears to be related to network connectivity.
Here is what I have found so far:
We have three networks in our building and two ISPs.
Network-A uses ISP-A and is affected by the issue. Network-A is our corporate domain.
Network-B uses ISP-B and is affected by the issue.
Network-C uses ISP-B and is not affected by the issue.
If I take a Network-A domain member and launch PowerPoint while connected to Network-A and ISP-A I am unable to upload PowerPoint presentations.
If I connect the same computer to Network-C, the issue persists.
If I close PowerPoint, connect to Network-C, and reopen PowerPoint while connected to Network-C, I am able to upload presentations.
A non-domain computer is affected by the issue if PowerPoint is opened while connected to Network-A or Network-B, but unaffected if PowerPoint is launched while connected to Network-C. Again, in this scenario, switching connections while PowerPoint is open
has no effect.
The issue appears to be caused during PowerPoint start-up and not while attempting to share a document.
Microsoft is either unwilling or unable to find a resolution and has finally resorted to simply ignoring my calls, voicemails, emails, and ticket requests regarding this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Here is a brief description of our configuration and what I have tried so far.

The problem seems to have fixed itself, the computer may just have needed to be restarted.

Error outside of Presentation Catalog occurred. Error Codes: EUMOQYH6. Do anybody know why I'm getting this error on my dashboard?
This is the another error i'm seeing:

Yes that's correct. When I try to log into the dashboard with that user I get this error. I didn't change any of the user privileges. Below are the errors i'm seeing in the log files:

HotSync error: no card present in SD Card-slot

Tried a regular hotsync on my Palm TX. Error message would pop up periodically saying Install error: no card present in the SD Card-slot. Install to Card synchronication failed. Usually no problem. Still would sync ALL my data. Suddenly, the hotsync ERASED MY ENTIRE CALENDAR forever!! Only thing left is my CONTACTS. Can I get back my calendar data from a backup somewhere? How?? Help!

The two events are most likely unrelated. If you have only synced the time your data was loss then yes you can recover the data. If you synced since then, it's gone. Make sure the Palm desktop is closed. Browse to the folder location. C:/Program Files/Palm/*Hotsync username*/Datebook
Locate the datebook (.dat) file and the datebook.bak file. Rename the datebook (.dat) file to datebook.old and rename the datebook.bak to datebook.dat Then reopened the Palm desktop and see if your data was restored.
If you're using Vista and the newest version of the Palm desktop the process will be slightly different. I'll post those steps if needed.

Some that did open were in a different layout. KEYNOTE and PAGES in the Dock flashed as I tried to open my documents. How can I regain my documents in their original format ?

You do not have the properties in the Bookmarks Manager (Library), but you should have it if you right-click a bookmark the Bookmarks Toolbar or in the bookmarks sidebar.
On Mac you probably do not have it if you right-click an item in the Bookmarks menu (this menu is under control of the Mac OS), but I assume that this should work if you click the "Show your bookmarks" button on the Navigation Toolbar that is next to the star to bookmark the current tab and right-click an item in the bookmarks list that opens.

Error while Creating Presentation variable

Hi,I am new to OBIEE
I am facing this error:
"A numeric value was expected (received "max("Sales Measures".Dollars)").

1.I am using paint rpd.I want to use presentation variable.
2.So i took two column in criteria 1.Region 2. Dollars
3.In Dollars edit formula ,I created presentation variable i.e. @{Doller_presentation}{max("Sales Measures".Dollars)} in the column formula.
4.And In the same column i use filter
Add ->presentation variable->variable exp =Doller_presentation and default =max("Sales Measures".Dollars)
5.I have added this request on dashboard page,but error is coming.
6.Also i have created dashboard prompt,
Set presentation variable to "Doller_presentation"
and in column formula :@{Doller_presentation}{max("Sales Measures".Dollars)}
and took that prompt on the same dashboard page.
so promt with 2 values are coming.1.All choces 2.13087528..may be ths is max value of dollar but on click its showing error as
"Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).

But i have one more doubt i.e if have created the Presentation variable in the dashboard prompt and I want to use it in a report
i.e the scenario is If I have created a new column i.e " Revised Salary " in the Presentation Services and want the values to be entered there dynamically upon end users choice. For ex the end user selecrts value of 1 then the report would display an increament of 500 to all the employees in the " Revised Salary " column and if the end user select value of 2 .. the report would display a decrement of 500 in the " Revised salary column".

Error while creating presentation variable in Dashboard prompts.

I have been going through the guidelines and procedures to create a presentation variable to use it in the dashboard prompt ( mentioned in the previous blogs ) .I followed the below link :

Error while starting Presentation services

I tried adding the following tag in instanceconfig.xml file and restarted the Presentation services.

When i tried to access the OBIEE dashboard link , it throws the following error: *500 Internal error.*Also in the ascontrol.log file, the following error occured:
*[EMUI_10_10_40_/console/ias/logging/logfiles] WARN util.HGridDataSource setSelected.354 - setSelection: key should not be null*
Could anyone help me in this?

Error Activating Hierarchy SAP BW 7.3

I'm facing an odd issue regarding this instructions found in the forums:

Loading Hierarchies from Flat File using the new DataSource and Transformation Technology
While I try to activate a hierarchy based on thiese 2 whitepapare's mathods, I get first this warnings
After accepting the activation with warnings I receive this error messages: RSDS666,RSDS133,RSDS134,RSO404
I'm attaching also a file of the complete activation list.
Please help me to acheive this or suggest me a better way to load a Hierarchy With Time Dependancies from an CSV

I tried this by following steps in the first link I provided, this is, using Flexible Hierarchy and data is coming from a CSV file in my local computer, the only different thing here is that I'm trying to make it time dependant.

1.-The data object "L_S_DATA_0001" has no component called "HIENM", but there is a component called "H_HIENM".
2.-Code line has errors: " l_s_data_0001-hienm = l_s_hie-hienm."
3.-Syntax error in routine "ASCIIHIER " (Conversion method), line 253 of generated program"
4.-Error when activating DataSource ZAI_ORGU_HIE ZLOCALCSV

Error while opening presentation services

Hi,
Currently we have a requirement that OBIEE be installed on a environment where we have OAS as the web application server. Before doing it on the environment, I decided to do the installation on the local system.
As per the process, first I installed the OAS 10g. During the installation process I have selected the option of 'Advanced Install' as I do not need the BPEL, ESB and others. In the Advanced installation, i have selected the installation type as
J2EE server and Web server (476 MB)
Installs and configures Oracle container for J2EE (OC4J), includes HTTP server with SSL support, Oracle Enterprise Manager Application server Control and the Oracle process Manager and Notification Server (OPMN).
Once I am done with the installation, then I installed OBIEE using 'Advanced Install' option and I have provided the path for the OAS.
Now when I try to launch the presentation services, I get the error that 'Page cannot be displayed'.
From the OAS, I tried to launch the console also and I get the same error.
Can anyone please let me know if I am missing anything like port configuration?

Error Message: Adobe Presenter has encountered an unexpected error when working with this pres...

Suddenly, today, three of my colleagues around the US with Presenter 7 licenses can no longer save PowerPoint files or work with Presenter. All of us successfully created courses last week.
We all get the "unexpected error" message telling us to "Try saving your work to a new file and restarting PowerPoint. If the problem persists, consult the Help menu item..." We get the message even if all we do is type one word on a slide and try to save the file.
We cannot open the Presenter Help menu... the same error message pops up.
So now we cannot save a PowerPoint file. We cannot save a Presenter file. We cannot record or import audio in Presenter. No matter what we click on the Presenter toolbar, we get the same error message. Nothing is working.
Help!

The updater will only get you to 7.0.6. 7.0.7 was a major update, that took Presenter from an AS2 application to an AS3 application. I would recomend that you do the update process for 7.0.7, as it is "required" to use with Connect 8.1 and newer. Presentations published wit 7.0.6 and older should still work though.

There is a link to download Product Updates, where you can get the installer for 7.0.7.
There is also the instructions for upgrading to 7.0.7 as a stand alone application or as part of a Suite.

Error Loading Hierarchy Error when updating Idocs in Source System

I am loading hierarchy data using Info pac into 0FUNDS_CTR . I have selected a hierarchy under hierarchy selections tab in the Info pac .
All Partner profiles in WE20 seems OK . But When I loaded data , throwing errrr message as below

Errors have been reported in Source System during IDoc update:

Some IDocs have error status.
Procedure
Check the IDocs in Source System . You do this using the extraction monitor.
Error handling:
How you resolve the errors depends on the error message you get.
When I checked in TC WE05 says that IDoc: 0000000000355113 Status: Error during syntax check of IDoc (outbound) with status 26 .

Actually we will monitor idoc status in BD87 in SAP BI As well ECC , while extracting the data from source sytem if any idoc struck we will manually process in BD87 , But you are telling that while loading the datasource the error occurred , so please check once in ECC side . Otherwise see how many packets are still process, make it red that infopackage and do manually update.

Check Receipt customer in FBCJ error in creating present checks

I am using check receipt tab for the customer payments in cash journal fbcj.
Entering the transaction details of business transaction"Customer payment", check number, check issuer, bank key, customer number and profit center fileds.
after entering the above details i am able to post the document.
Entry generated:
40 Cash A/c Dr
15 To Customer A/c
after selecting the check,
i posted by selecting the tab "present checks" and entered the business transaction " payment to bank" and the bank G/L account number.
here i am getting an error saying "Balancing field profit center in line item 001 not filled" message no.GLT2201.
Diagnosis "The field Profit Center marked as balancing is not filled with any value in line item 001, even after document splitting."

Hi Siva,
Please check possible reasons/solutions:
1) Please check if both GL Accounts are assigned to the same item category i.e. 04000.
Please review note 922743 and correct your customizing in accordance with same.
If not, then consider:
2) This can be the standard design which is explained in note 527179:
"In the follow-on document, however, the system copies this account
assignment to the cash line item.This is not correct since the funds and
the profit centers for the cash line item are to be derived from the G/L
account assigned to cash journal."
So, once the note is applied, the profit center will not be transferred
to the cash journal account. The profit center will be always derived
from the G/L account master record. This is not an error but the
normal system functionality as explained in the note.
You could use a substitution or Open FI to update the Profit Center in
the document posted with cash journal as a possible workaround to solve
this.

"Object Variable or With Block Variable not set" Error on Adobe Presenter 8 Ribbon on PPT 2010/2007

Returning back from Adobe training at KEDRIYA VIDYALAYA no 1 Jalhalli Bangalore when I started Powerpoint to use Adobe Presenter 8 I am getting : "Object Variable or With Block Variable not set " error on clicking any of the menu features of the Presenter Ribbon. My Config are :
i)             WINDOWS XP SP 3
ii)            POWERPOINT 2007 / 2010 ( for both same error is coming)
iii)           MS XML Library 4.0 installed.
iv)           Adobe Presenter 8
I am using all liscenced copies of softwares.
Hardware specs are also as per Minimum Adobe standards.
I Have tried a lot removing Data Execution Prevention Mode , but all in vain the problem still exists
Why is this happening. Please help.
