Error in interpretation of keyframes

Hi there,
today I want to report something, that look like an error in the way, FCPX interprets keyframes, which I set for moving a clip on the screen. This happens with FCPX version 10.1.4 and at least 10.1.3 (for earlier versions I am not sure, if it happens, too).
I wanted to "drop" a clip from the outside top of the screen to the middle of the screen quite fast and then continue the way for a short way quite slow. For this I did:
1. Created a fresh library, and a fresh project, which is the only content of the library.
2. Added a clip to the timeline. For testing purposes, I took the standard title generator (name in german: "Eigene", in english supposed "Custom"). Length was set to 5:00.
3. Did not make any changes in the generators settings in the inspectors "Title" Tab.
4. Switched to the clips "Video" tab in the inspector.
5. There, I changed the y-position to 540 (Text just disappears at the upper border of the screen). Saved this to a keyframe on 0:01.
6. Went to timecode 2:13. Set an other position-keyframe with y at 0.
7. Went to timecode 4:13 and set a third position-keyframe with y at -40.
Viewed the result. I expected the clip to move from the upper border to the middle, which is 540 pixel in 2:13 seconds, quite fast. Then continuing its way quite slow (40 pixels in 2:00 seconds.).
But, what happened, was:
The clip moves from y=540 to y=0 in 2:13 seconds, as expected.
Then the clip continues sinking, but goes TOO FAR (deepest point with y=-83,5 at 3:07, which is NO keyframe) and then goes up again and reaches the wanted final point (y=-40 at 4:13).
This behavior can be reproduced and I am sure, that there is no error in the settings I made. There are exact 3 keyframes which only define the y-position at 540, 0 and -40). No other settings where changed in the inspector panel and no more keyframes are set.
This error is not linked to the Title-generator, the same happens to any other clip I want to animate this way (Tested with a still and with a background generator, always the same).
Strange. Does anyone have an idea, what's going wrong?
Regards, Peter

Activate transform in the viewer and right-click on each of the three keyframes that appear and make sure it's interpolation is set to linear.

I have enhance the Component BP_HEAD_SEARCH under some enhancement set in my development system. I have copied the repository.xml file from the development and again transported it to Quality system, even then the same error is coming.
Could anyone please suggest how to remove it Quality system, the error is not coming in Development system.

    Hi Pankaj,
    Try as above said
find the enhancement Z_* bsp application ,compare it with SAP bsp application.
    if the XML file lost,
add the xml file toZ_* BSP application..
If it doesnt work leave it as it is.It will not affect your system. In our system also there is a  same error .

  • [SOLVED]Pacstrap causing error "bad interpreter"

    Hi,
I am not "extremely" new to Arch as I've installed Arch on a machine(not mine) a couple of years back. But I don't exactly remember the steps. I used Lubuntu in my machine(HP dm1z) for a long time and I can be considered as a newbie here. So I went through the Installation Guide and started installing. Intro over.
So the problem is when I try to install the base system using pacstrap:
    pacstrap /mnt base
    it gives me the error
zsh: /usr/bin/pacstrap: bad interpreter: /bin/bash: no such file or directory
The installation media I use is a USB stick and I used Win32DiskImager to burn the image on to it. I tried the iso on vmplayer in my windows machine and was able to install it successfully.
    What could be the issue?

I failed to mention it but I was checking the beginner's guide also. There seems to be not much help in the beginner's guide too, if the error I mentioned above occurs. I googled as vast as I can but failed to find a solution.

  • Jni error message interpretation

    Hello all,
I am using JNI and I am receiving an error here and there.
I would like to interpret the message that JNI launches when this
error happens. In particular it would be good to understand this part:
An unexpected exception has been detected in native code outside the
    VM.
    Unexpected Signal : 11 occurred at PC=0x4D03B46E
    Function=_ZN7MyLibrary5mysock6SelectEiP6fd_setS2_S2_P7timeval+0x278
    1) What is the unexpected signal number 11?
    2) I have understood that the function that crashes is situated in
MyLibrary, class mysock, function Select and that an object fd_set is
crashing within the function. But where? and what are all those
numbers in the function? and what does that timeval mean?
    Thank you for the help.

    1) What is the unexpected signal number 11?Segmentation violation. You tried to access memory outside of the program's address space.
and what are all those numbers in the function? and
what does that timeval mean? The error location breaks down to known_function+offset. So, it's saying that the program counter was at an offset of 0x278 bytes from symbol (known location) ZN7MyLibrary5mysock6SelectEiP6fdsetS2_S2_P7timeval. All the numbers are simply a way to differentiate overloaded methods.
Another poster mentioned using nm(1) to dump out the symbol table, but I'm not convinced that this will get you much, as segmentation violations tend to be separated from the code that actually made the violation happen (ie, you step on memory, run for a while, then try to use that memory).
I'll assume if you're doing C++ programming that you're familiar with using a regular debugger (such as gdb, the GNU Debugger). If yes, then one good start is to run the JVM in the debugger, look at the stack trace and surrounding code when the SEGV happens, then hopefully discover the piece of memory that's getting stomped on. Build your JNI code with the -g flag turned on.
If you're running on Sparc/Solaris, and have the Sun development kit, then you've got an even more powerful tool, since the Solaris debugger can do run-time checking of memory references (which often means that you'll see exactly where the memory gets stomped).

    Thank you for the help.

  • Error: bad interpreter: No such file or directory

Solved....if you ever executing any file from the $iAS/bin directory and get the "bad interpreter: No such file or directory" then all you do is edit that file in vi or whatever, the look at the first line where it said #!/bin/ksh (in by case, it uses Korn shell I guess to interpret the script, in fact I don't have ksh install) and check to see if you have that particular file in /bin directory. If not, all you do is just make a sym link to /bin/sh under the name of /bin/ksh (assuming you have bash shell installed). The problem will be solved then.
Hope this help some of you out as it does for me as a newbie in Oracle products. :)

  • ITS service interpreter failed error code 0x2101

    Hi!
I am trying to access a transaction without a user having to logon manually. When opening the following link in the browser I am able to access the transaction without manual login:
    http://itshostname:port/scripts/wgate/cv03n/!?client=010&login=username&password=test&language=DE&draw-doknr=10000009472&draw-dokar=999&draw-dokvr=02&~okcode=/0
However, the user and passwort are shown in cleartext and I do not want that for security reasons. AFAIK the way to achieve this is setting the parameters in a service file on the agate. Put the file cv03n.srvc in the service directory:
    ~client         010
    ~login          username
    ~password       test
    ~language       DE
    ~transaction       CV03N
After restarting the agate service and opening the follwing url I expected to see the same transaction as before when I put the parameters inside the url:
    http://itshostname:port/scripts/wgate/cv03n/!?draw-doknr=10000009472&draw-dokar=999&draw-dokvr=02&~okcode=/0
Instead I got the error message:
    Interpreter Failed
The Internet Transaction Server failed to generate the response for current request.
    Please contact the system administrator.
    Internal error code: 0x2101
I also tried to crypt the password. Additionally I tried to set only one parameter in the srvc file (client). Always the same error. Does anyone have an why I get this error as soon as a parameter is put into the service file?

    Hi Christian,
as far as I can see you did anything right. Do you find further hints in your trace files when this error occurs?

    EDIT
I just saw you created this service new? If yes you need to copy the other values from your webgui.srvc to your new service file, too (esecially ~webgui 1)

These crashes were related to memory corruption (probably caused by a driver).
Please run these tests to verify your memory and find which driver is causing the problem.
If you are overclocking (pushing the components beyond their design) you should revert to default at least until the crashing is solved. If you don't
know what it is you probably are not overclocking.
Since it is more likely to be a driver please run verifier first.
1-Driver verifier (for complete directions see our wiki here)
If verifier does not find the issue we can move on to this.
2-Memtest. (You can read more about running memtest here)
If you cannot boot after enabling verifier reboot into safe mode

    Hi Mayank
I had already delete my enhancement set using SM34 -> BSPWDVC_CMP_EXT as mentioned. However, I didn't find any Z classes created using SE80 -> BSP application.
I had wanted to enhance component BT130I_OPPT -> ItemDetails view but somehow the standard repository got deleted and now I hit this 'Error when interpreting the runtime repository' message whenever I tried to enhance the view.
In addition, the customised fields I created using EEWB, which used to appear under context node BTADMINI, is no longer there.
Are you able to help? I can send u screen shots if necessary.

  • Interpration of DBVerify zero block  errors

    Hello Oracle-experts,
after DBVerify check on my Oracle DB 10.2.0.2 i get the several following errors:
Completely zero block found during dbv:
    Page 286685 is marked corrupt
After these warnings I get the error:
BR0398E DBVERIFY detected corrupted blocks in /oracle/<sid>/sapdata4/sr3_8/sr3.data8
    Question:
    1) How should these zero block errors be interpreted?  Is my database therefore corrupt or can these errors be neglected?  If not, what is the approach to solve these errors?
The problem is that I have a lot of these errors and do not have a valid backup.
Any helpful information information will be very appreciated!

    Hi Holger,
didn't you like the replies of your other threads?
Block Corruption (BR0398E DBVERIFY detected corrupted blocks in /oracle/TS2
BR0398E DBVERIFY detected corrupted blocks in TS SAPSR3
Honestly, handling corruptions is really not that difficult.
You figure out what kind of data is supposed to be stored in the corrupted blocks and take your actions accordingly.
So if you can regenerate the content (like you can do that by rebuilding indexes), you do that.
If you cannot regenerate the content, you need a backup.
That's it. It's all lengthly described in the SAP notes on corruptions. Maybe you should read them ...
    > Question:
    > 1) How should these zero block errors be interpreted?  Is my database therefore corrupt or can these errors be neglected?  If not, what is the approach to solve these errors?
    > The problem is that I have a lot of these errors and do not have a valid backup.
Ok, having no backups always puts you in dire straits. It's the single one error no DBA is allowed to make.
However, what you should do is to perform a FULL consistency check.
    That is:
run ANALYZE TABLE VALIDATE STRUCTURE CASCADE on ALL tables
run a FULL db export to /dev/nul
run DBVerify/RMAN validate on the complete database (looks like you've already done that)
Don't skip a check, don't shortcut - just do them.
Maybe the "completely zero filled blocks* don't belong to any object and you've no data loss.
Then you may (as I already told you in the other thread) reorganize the tablespace to get rid of the warnings.
If there was some data in these blocks that you cannot regenerate then you have to face it: you lost that data.
It's gone and won't come back.
    regards,
    Lars
