i created my own page format in spad , size 400 mm and 700 mm.
that page format assigned to my smart form . when ever iam trying print . issue output could not issued giving error .

Check in the driver program .when you calling the Write_form for this text element is the name proper ,check out the sapscript is activated .

Urgent: Error in script output "output could not be issued"

Hi Experts,
I am using transaction VL02N and issuing output then it is giving error "output could not be issued" in development server.when I productionize it in production it is giving the proper output when no of line item is upto two if it exceeds it again give error message "output could not be issued"

s i agree that there are some data available in devpt server as well...
I'm listing u all the possibilities of error ... please make sure that ur doc satisfies these things
1.check whther the entries are there for the corresponding billing doc no...
2.Now suppose if you want to some data to be displayed in one
page and the rest of the data in another page i.e you want to force the data
to move to next page then use this sap script command
/: NEW-PAGE[page_name]
This will force the data to move to the next page.
3.assuming that u r using two pages(FIRST,NEXT) in the layout...
the statement that displays the line item should probably be inside the loop and corrosponding form and end form.. so that if it exceeds the page it'll automatically display it in the next page..
4.Try to expand the main window size so that continous line item
5.Make sure that u have alloted the corresponding output type for the billing document issued...
6.check the form name and the driver program name)in NACE transaction

ERROR when I issue output

the error log:
At the time of output determination, the archiving parameters for RD00 (App V3) were incorrectly maintained in Customizing
but where can I change it, I can not find in IMG!!!!!

second, if I run VF03, in initial screen of VF03, I can issue output, but if I enter a Billing document number and enter detail screen, the "issue output to" is inactive, WHY??????????

This specific error can be ignored, but the more prudent solution is to modify
the concurrent program definition in order that it does not try to print anything
by default.
1. Log into Applications with the System Administrator responsibility.
2. Navigate to Concurrent/program/define and query up the concurrent program.
3. In the lower right corner where the output options are listed, clear the
checkbox next to the word "print". Leave the "save" option
checkmarked to avoid an APP-00088 when running the program because it was
unable to delete the output file which was never created.
4. From the menu bar of this same form, select "Action/Save and Proceed".
as per oracle metalink saying we have to checkbox next to the word "print". Leave the "save" option because this is daily sales report they have to print daily baisis

CS5 Error with Animation Output

Running CS5 on a Mac 10.6.4
Every time I render, it gives the following error message:
An output module failed. The file may be damaged or corrupted. (-1610153464)
I've tested the files on a different machine and they open and render out fine.
I did some searches and for some it was the dreaded Optical Flares plugin from Video CoPilot causing this same problem.
I'm having these issues and I don't have any plugins installed.
Re-Installed everything 3 times, trashed preferences, removed plugins from the Application support and still no luck.
The only thing that works for me is outputting to a PNG or JPEG sequence.
If I try to render using the Animation preset, It gives the error message.
I also have been getting a weird "MooV" error message when I try to import certain types of quicktime files. Not all just a few random ones.
All of this leads me to believe it may be an issue with 32 bit Quicktime.
Any suggests on how I can get the Animation preset working again?

Sure, I had the exact problem posted at the top of this thread. Spent two days reading all the posts regarding anything that had to do with this Output Module error. I finally came upon a post of someone who was having a similar issue as I with the hang at start up. However, the post was replied to by a guy who said "Repeat the hang with only AE running, then go to the Activity Monitor and select the QT32 Server process. Then press the "Sample Process" button at the top of the window...It looks like both of you are having a similar problem with a third party AVI codec. Please remove or uninstall any third party AVI codecs such as DivX, XVid, etc. from your system and try AE again."
"You can also temporarily disable these components by closing any QT related apps and then dragging components out of the Library/QuickTime folder on your boot drive. If that works, try adding them back one by one until it fails again. That is the problem codec."
So I removed AviImporter.component from Library/Quicktime on the boot drive and these two problems were solved.

Whew, generally those errors would indicate a serious Hard Drive problem, but possibly RAM or Logic Board... any other drives connected?
See if the Disk is issuing any S.M.A.R.T errors in Disk Utility...

Error in 'Screen output w/o coonection to user' function BAPI_APOATP_CHECK

Hi Experts,
I am trying to create a new condition record for pick/pack time (Transportation and Shipment Scheduling) in APO, by creating a entirely new condition table & keeping highest access sequence no.
But after creating this & moving it to staging system, we are getting error of "Screen output w/o coonection to user" in creating Sales order in R/3 & check for ATP.
RFC connections are working fine.
Could you please help, I consulted with BASIS about system vs dialog users, but that's not issue according to them, as the client set-up is quite old, it won't be necessary.
Could you please help me in this?

Language problem..while issuing output

Hi,
When I click on the print preview buttion while issuing output for a invoice, I get the following error..Invoice is in Japanese

if you want to see then change the language into JA in message at VF02 Transaction..
goto vf02 and give invoice number and hit enter..
GOTO-HEADER-output
change the language into JA

I was also facing the similar issue
it has very simple solution to it
in the window where you are printing address and passing the address no(ADRNR)...that correct address no(adrnr) is not being passed to it thats why you are facing the problem
for this firstly check if you declaring the address no variable in both input and output paramters in the code of that window and secondly check
if your address no(adrnr) is not coming as blank
this will surely help you

This is because an alternate Address Details are being Pulled and the form errors out Since there is a validation in the smartform which needs the NAME1 field to not be Blank.
I had this issue Printing, emailing a Smart-form for a Purchase Order. It turned out that the Storage location address was maintained for the Storage location in the PO.
I Deleted the Storage location address in the IM. Enterprise Structure > Definition > Materials Management > Maintain Storage Location for the Storage location.
Table view (V_TWLAD)
Now that the Alternate Delivery address is not checked , the issue does not arrive anymore. Note: If the Storage location address is needed, the NAME1 field for the address should not be left blank. Once the NAME1 field is specified, there will be no error printing the Smartform

Issue Output Billing

Hi all,
In the Invoice output, when i take medium as Printout and save, then i cld able to c the print preview of the billing document (vf02, billing doc-issue output-screen).
For the same Invoice, when i take the medium as External and save, then i cld not able to c the print preview for the same.
Is this a standard? If yes, can v control it so that i can c the print preview even when my medium is External?
If this is not behaving correctly, where must be the error? I dont think we have an option of customising for the same to get the print preview when my medium is External.
And the Programme and Form used for both the Medium (Print out and External are same)
This is a urgent issue plz revert back taking a small pain.

Hi Anil,
See what i feel is you will have two output types for your invoice document.
1) with transmission medium 1 = printing
2) with transmission medium 5 - external send (email)
Now when you go to VF04 and save the invoice, you must be trigerring your email since you must have assigned option 4 - send immedieately.
But for your print output type, you can choose option 3 (send with own application)
Go to VF02, click on header icon , output, and see whether your print output type is getting listed. If not, then enter the output type for print output and say save.
Now if you go to VF31 you can easily see the print preview with processing mode 1.
If you had option 4 - send immedieately also in case of print output and you would like to see the print preview again, then in that case when you go to VF02, header icon, output, make sure the print output type has status green, now click on that row and say repeat output, and save.
Now go to VF31 and use processing mode = 2, now you can see the print preview again. Now you wont get the message " No message for repeat processing exists ".

OCR generates error while generating output

I have trouble finding solutions for the following issue.
When I run OCR text recognition as a normal user, it ends up generating an Unknown Error, while generating output.
If I do the same thing as an administrator everything goes well.
I tried to find which steps OCR takes and in what locations, temperary content is being processed.
I suspect there is an acces violation involved.
Does anyone know a way around this error?

This might be the problem of Adobe Acrobat Reader. what is the version of Adobe you are using ?? If it 9.0, then uninstall it and reinstall 8.0 and then check .
Could you please check your installed SAPGUI component? If component 'Engineering Client Viewer' is installed, please uninstall
it. And try to call same transaction again.

BI Publisher - PO_DISPATCH Error generating report output

Hi everyone,
Sorry for my bad english... having said that...
I need to modify the Purchase Order print. First, I wanted to see the standard version to get an idea of how much different it was. Well, I don't know because it doesn't work.
Error:
Error generating report output: (235,2309)
Error occurred during the process of generating the output file from template file, XML data file, and translation XLIFF file.
I know there are several topics on the web, but all of them are about new or custom reports, this is a standard one. When I preview the report on the report definition it works fine, so I assume there's a problem with the XML file generated. When I preview the report specifying an alternative XML I get the same error. The XML file I choose was the one generated by PeopleSoft when trying to view the printable version of the PO online.
So, I start cutting portions of the XML File. I started leaving only de Header Data and it works OK, when I add the Lines it failed. I add the Line Fields one by one to detect what was the problem... And finally it failed when I add AMT_LINE_MAX. Why? No idea, is it because its value is '0,000' instead of '0.000'? I don't think that should be the problem since there are other numeric fields on the header, all with ',' as a decimal separator...
Am I missing some configuration?
