Error in KSU5

Hi:
I am facing an error while executing KSU5 in production run, (in test run results were produced without any error). It is saying that GL account xxxx is not defined in XYZ COA ( Message no. F5507 ) . Now i am confused where will this account has to be assigned and from where it was picked by system while posting actual run. Please guide me. Setting are in place in OK17.

Please check if Reconcilliation Ledger in CO is active and Real-Time-Integration between CO and FI is active as this is where the error comes from.
See transation FAGLCOFIIMG - > the first activity 'Define variants for Real-Time Integration'. Here you will see an indicator called
"R.-Time Integ:Active"
Real-Time Intergration is the replacement for the reconciliation ledger. It avoids the manual work previously associated with the recon. ledger.
You must maintain the account determination for the secondary cost elements in transaction OK17 to resolve the error.

In KSU7 i created an assessment cycle with start date 01.02.2012 to 29.02.2012 but in KSUB when i execute the same cycle for posting it gives error
Cycle xxxx is not valid for complete period
Message no. GA535
I am not able to understand what has caused this error when all parameters have been met.

You are referring to the T CODE KSU5, but in the error message, you are explaining about KSUB.
Just check where you have created the cycle and where you are executing it.
KSV7 or KSU7?
KSU5 or KSUB?
Verify them first

When testing on a cycle Apportionment QAS in the version 603, had configured in the 'Baseline receiving' Fixed Percentages, ran months March/2010, April/2010 for the month changed the 'Baseline receiver' for Parties Planned Variables and Statistical Index.
I created the index and I planned for the year 2010.
When I run the KSU5, GA733 is the message, saying there is no receivers for the segment.
But the recipient is registered under the 'transmitter / receiver' Cost Center Group and each cost center of this group have the planning done in the statistical index KP46.
What should I do?

Nicolas found the error was in the "Base ref receiver, " was filled activity and statistical indexes erase activity and it worked.

Error while running Assessment of Costs(TCode: KSU5)

Hi Experts,
I am facing a very critical situation which needs your immediate attention.
While running an Assessment Cycle using TCode KSU5 i am facing an error which says :
"No account is specified in item 0000000001
Message no. F5670
Diagnosis
No account was specified for account type "S" in item "0000000001" of the FI/CO document.
System Response
The Financial Accounting program cannot process the document.
Procedure
A system error has probably occurred in the application you called up. Check the data transferred to item "0000000001" of the FI/CO document."
I am unable to understand why this is happening as the FI document is getting posted properly and data has also flown into the Cost Center from where the assessment will be made.
Also while doing test run the results are "Processing done without errors" but while making actual posting the above error appears.
I have to cover this transaction in UAT and hence needs your immediate attention.

Please refer to OSS Note 740312 - ALLOCATIONS: GA733 with tracing factor plan . Its related to program error.
Please check your replease pack before implementing it.. there are also many other messages related to this error. If the aove is not suitable.. search others .. or raise an OSS Message to get the appropriate one

KSU5 Assessment cycle execution error

Hi,
I am getting an error while executing the assessment cycle through KSU5.
I have defined the sender from one Cost center group and one cost element group. similarly assigned a receiver cost center group.
while executing the assessment cycle in test mode getting the error " .... does not include any senders.".
Can some one suggest the pre-requisites for KSU5.

do you use CO-FI realtime integration?
It looks like that for item 0000000572 no account determination can be found (T-code OK17).

Upload transaction data for transactions like KSU2/KSU5,KB31N

We are trying to upload transaction data for transactions like KSU2/KSU5,KB31N etc using batch data processing within LSMW. We are facing couple of problems as mentioned: 
We have to upload data, which has a single header record with 200-300 line items record. How to define target structures to represent header & line items. Currently we are able to upload header data with 1-2 line items depending upon the recording. The present recording gives us option to load 1 line item per document. 
Can excel be used instead of text file for uploading data in LSMW? 
During processing of transaction, User clicks on button and checks a value. Based on this value the future course of action is determined. How can we do the BDC recording or do customization (Write a custom code) 
If errors occur during upload of data, will the processing stop at that line item or will it ignore the error record and continue processing of the remaining data. 
How can we write custom code to modify the data during BDC session and not before session? 
Immediate pointers to this would be very useful. Let me know if more information is required.

KSU5 Assessment can't use Functional Area as a sender?

I have created a assessment cycle using cost center ,functional area and cost element as sender.
When I entry the functional area as sender in KSU1 and then execute KSU5 will has the message u201Cno valid receiveru201D
Anyone has the same issue?

if I let the function area empty in sender,it won't have the message and get the receiver.
ex. I entry CTR 1000,function area "admin" and cost element "400000"as the senter and receiver CTR "1100" and "1200"
It will have the error message "no valid receiver" when I execute KSU5.
But if I remove the functional area as the sender.the cycle can get the receiver CTR "1100" and "1200".
The problem is I need to use the Functional area as the sender too .

Batch Input. Transaction KSU5 and KOK4

Hi,
I would like to execute transactions KSU5 and KOK4 in background.
The system generates this error message 00344: "No batch input data for screen..." When the batch input session is processed online the error does not occur.

Cycle is executing with errors

Hello Gurus,
I m practicing to execute the cycle i created with taking of cost element in sender n cost centre in receiver section. After i executed cycle in KSU5 in the screen its showing me as sender 2 and number as receivers as 0 , where as i guess i m giving only on sender which is cost element and one It is showing me processing completed with errors.
can anyone help me please,

Assessment Cycle: ERROR asking FI period needs to be open to run cycle

Hi,
I'm trying to run the cost center assessment cycle using KSU5, but an error pops up asking the FI period needs to be open.
This is what I did:
1.       Just created two cost centers (one sender, one receiver).
2.       Posted an entry using FB50 to one of the cost center (sender) [Expense GL a/c Debit, Bank account credit]
3.       Created the assessment cycle
4.       Blocked the FI period using OB52
5.       Ran the test run u2013 worked perfectly (values all went correctly)
6.       While running the Real run u2013 an error popped up, saying FI period needs to be opened.
Dont know why I'm getting this error. Would really appreciate if anyone could help.

Thanks for your reply. But we know that FI period needs to be open. Just want to know if we could run the cycle without opening the FI period.
Eg. Our FI Period closes on the 4th of every month. We get all the SKFs for the cycles only on the 10th of each month. So, when we run the cycle FI period is already closed.
Is there no other option of running the cycle without opening the FI period?

Error in starting Adobe Bridge in Photoshop CS2

I've just installed Photoshop CS2, however upon opening Adobe Bridge this error message appears " The application has failed to start because libagluc28.dll was not found. Reinstalling to application may fix the problem"
I have reinstalled and click repair but to no avail
I followed Adobe Support Knowledgebase solution and run CMD and this appears:

then i entered the command

but an error message appears - 'cacls' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or bathc file
I also entered the next command

still the same error as above appears, Please help, have I miss something or was my procedure correct...

Windows Vista: Ipod Error Message, no longer read by PCs

Hello,
I have a 5th generation black ipod video with 30GB of memory.
The other day I hooked it up to my laptop (Toshiba, 4 months old) that it's been functioning on with no problems whatsoever. This weird error message flashed twice about it not being able to sync because of some software problem.
Eversince then, the only thing I can charge my ipod on is the family treadmill in the basement (~_~) as no other computer in the house recognizes it. I can't even charge it through the wall sockets, either.
I have changed the ipod cord, still no luck. I've also reset the device about 3 or 4 times and uninstalled, restarted the laptop then reinstalled itunes. I would like to reset it back to factory settings but that's impossible as computers/laptops don't pick it up. I live very far from a Mac store...
What's a girl to do? I can't live without my Busta Rhymes and Wu-Tang Clan!

Error while offsetting a variable

I want to display the data for last 5 years in my query. So I tried using the SAP exit variable Current Calendar Year (0CYEAR) and the offset it by 5. However, I am getting the following error message for the query "System error in program SAPLRR12 and form REP_ASSIGN_INITIAL_OPT-01"

But I would appreciate if you help me clear my understanding of offseting a variable.
Say if the Current Calendar Year variable returns 2008, then will offseting that variable by 5 return me the data for years 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005 , 2004. Or, will it just return me the data for 2008 - 5 = 2004 only.
