Error in Letter of Credits

Hi All,
I have an issue in identifying the delivery documents which has created an impact in LOC financial document.
Financial document Value is 299,415.00 and 2 consignment issue documents has been created with value of 149,707.50 (each order). Only partial delivery and invoice has been done for both the orders with value: 136,372 and one delivery document with amount 81489.18 needs to be invoiced.
So Total FD value is 299415.00
Already Invoiced value: 136372
Delivery document to be invoiced value is 81489.18 but the consumption in FD document shows 128177.93 against the delivery.
When I analyzed the system no open delivery documents is found other than one mentioned above, I just want to find the delivery document which consumed the value 46688.75.
Screenshot of FD document attached. Please help me to find out. I checked the T-code: VAX1 to identify the document nos linked to FD but none of those document has created impact.
Regards,
Mythily

I just want to find the delivery document which consumed the value 46688.75.
You need to check the delivery to the tune of 128177.93 and not the above value according to me based on the following calculations:-
The screen shot shows the above Open Value.  So you need to check how many deliveries are generated for that particular customer out of which,
how many are not PGId
how many are PGId but not invoiced

  • A/R Down Payments to Draw Error due to partially credited

Thank you in advance for your help - here is my question:
I have started with a Sales Order of $20,000. I then made an A/R Down Payment Invoice for $5,000.  When payment came in, it was in the amount of $4,980 so I credited this amount towards the A/R Down Payment Invoice which left a balance of $20.  I then went to make an A/R Invoice for the balance of $15,020 but it would not let me use the "Down Payments to Draw" - presumably because the A/R Down Payment Invoice was still Open.  Therefore, I went ahead and issued a credit memo to the customer for the $20.  I was then able to use the "Down Payments to Draw" from the A/R Invoice to view my A/R Down Payment but when I clicked on the row, I received the following message:
11/01/2009  15:50:55: This document was partially credited  [Message 60511-3]
I have not found a way to bring in the payment of $4,980 or how to appropriately adjust my A/R Invoice for the correct amount.  Thank you for your advice on what i did wrong or what I can do now to allow me to reflect the money received in the A/R Invoice.

  • Lost photos and other errors, Complaint letter

I would like to send Apple a formal complaint letter letting them know how greatly disappointed I am with their products. I was a great fan of Apple and I was even considering buying a new Mac but I am no longer so sure.
For a while I dealt with MobileMe Calendar crashing constantly while trying to enter meetings and other important events. I just figured that they would get to it sooner or later. I have lived with the fact that my iPhone and my iPad lose the wifi connection they have constantly without any logical reason. I have ignored the fact that I cannot use many webpages on my iPhone or my iPad that use flash (including pages the US Army has) or are just not compatible like many realestate MLS search sites, I have watched as iTunes crashed and froze many times on my computer, and I have even put up with the fact that backing up my iPhone can take in excess sometimes of 8 hours.
But today I think I have had it finally, I lost photos that I had taken of my 1 week old daughter born July 1st; as well as photos from the US Army Black Hawk flight training course (I am a Uh-60 pilot in the Army). These were photos that I thought had been backed up on my computer by iTunes, these were photo's that I can never get back now, these are memories that I had wanted to keep. For many years before I joined the Army I was a computer systems engineer and I have a B.S. in Computer Info Sys; so I know how to use a computer lets not assume that the error is on the user behalf in this instance.
Thanks to Apple and thier team of programmers, I have lost some very importnat memories that I can never get back. I am sure any parent or soldier that has lost photos like these would agree there is no excuse, especially when you did everything the way you thought it should have been done. I am more than a little angry that Apple cant seem to get it right when it comes to iTunes and the iPhone, if they want people to use the product then make it work so they don't lose things like I have.
Does any know of an Apple email address that I should send this to with someone that would care on the other end? I am just very disappointed and want to be heard.
    From,
    A Very Disappointed Army Parent

  • Not enough storage space error. wont let me back up

When my 4S attempts to automatically back up I get an error message saying there is not enough storage space. I'd like to see whats taking up the space on the cloud, but when I access the cloud, theres NOTHING that could be taking up that much space! (contacts, notes, calendar, reminders.) I cant even see my pictures on the cloud. Which are supposed to be backing up... so I'd like to know HOW to access the things I am backing up, and WHY it is saying there is not enough room when there is, and WHAT I can do about it. Please help!

    Hello ttclarin,
I think it is trying to tell you that you have used your 5GB of iCloud storage. Check your device for iCloud usage and see how much space you are using there.

  • System Alerts for Bank Guarantees and Letter of Credits

    Hi
My requirement is to get system alerts when the the Letter of Credit(LOC) or Bank Guarantee (BG) is going to be expired.
We are using Third Party software for  master data and other information related to  Letter of credit.
In SAP ,I will  do special GL for LOC and assign to Reconciliation Account as  per standard.
What is the best practice to get system allert, when ever the date is going to get expired.

    Hi,
In case you want to send the last record only, then you can use following qurey
    SELECT TOP 1 * FROM DBO.OVPM T0 WHERE T0.CashSum >= 10000 AND DATEDIFF(DD, T0.CreateDate, GetDate()) = 0 ORDER BY T0.CreateDate DESC
then in Alert u can set the frequency as 1 minute.
    Hope this helps...

    Hi
Bank gtee, Performance gtee and Letter of Credit - all three are statistical postings just like contingent assets or liabilities. It should be excluded from the Financial statement version.
These needs to be entered in the below transaction codes:
F-55 - Vendor statistical posting entry
F-56 - Vendor statistical posting entry reversal
F-38 - Customer statistical posting entry
F-19 - Customer statistical posting entry reversal.
    1) For entering this, you need to create a special G/L indicator like bank gtee recd or given, letter of credit recd or given and perf gtee recd or given for customer and vendor in FBKP transaction code.
For creating the special G/L indicator, you need to create recon accounts for these entries in FS00.
    2) You need to create an offsetting account and provide open item management ticked and post automatically ticked in FS00 tcode.
Enter the entry in the above transaction codes.
In case of reversal entries, in the G/L account column, enter the alternative recon account which you provided in the special G/L indicator, enter customer/vendor number and document number and click edit line items. Set the line item to active, but selecting "+" from the F4 option and click post. This will reverse the document you have made.
Hope it will help you lot

    Hello Pablo,
I had the same situation in Chile. I had to make the procedure manually because:
    - I could not determine with which Banks I was going to use for the LoC
    - I don't know the amount to be paid in each LoC
    - I don't know the payment terms for each LoC.
    - The LoC currency was not always the same
If you solve these problems, may be a Z report which reads the Payment Method and a BAPI for GL document creation could help you, but its very complex.
    Kind Regards

  • Verity Error - Not letting user search with words NOT,AND,OR, etc. Why??

I've meticulously created collections of the music on my ecommerce music site.  I am manually stripping off offending characters in the submitted search criteria with this code:
    Trim(REReplaceNoCase(URLDecode(URL.searchcriteria),"[()<>##""'@]"," ","all"))
Then, if the user has ticked for an "exact word" search, I'm adding double quotes around it, otherwise, leaving it without.  Then submitting it to the right collection for a search with this code (I've substituted ZZZ and XXX for my protection).
    <CFSEARCH NAME="ZZZ" COLLECTION="XXX" type="simple" CRITERIA="#cleanedcriteria#" maxrows="300">
When a user does not tick "exact match" but types in any phrase that includes any of the Verity operators, they get the following error:
If you are using type="explicit", you must use Verity Query Language operators such as "<WORD>" or "<STEM>", or surround your search term with quotes. See the documentation for details.
    Pass Me Not
    will throw the error. but
    "Pass Me Not"
which is passed when someone ticks "exact match" does just fine.
From what I've read, the simple search is supposed to assume the <WORD> and <MANY> operators, but it's like that's being ignored.  What am I doing wrong, and/or how can I configure this so that my users can type terms, submit, and find what they're looking for?

I think I finally understand, and am posting the solution here for others' benefit.
Apparently the simple search is in fact behaving properly and will recognize AND OR NOT as operators instead of part of the search string.  The work around for this is to enclose those words in double quotes.  So that's what I've done.  If the user has not specified an "exact match" search (where I enclose the entire string in double quotes), then I single out these three words and put double quotes around them.  It appears to work beautifully.
QED, and am happy to have had a complete uninterrupted discussion with myself.
    <cfset cleanedcriteria = ReplaceNoCase(cleanedcriteria,"and","""and""","all")>
    <cfset cleanedcriteria = ReplaceNoCase(cleanedcriteria,"not","""not""","all")>

Try to start Firefox in [[Safe mode|Safe mode]]. This mode disables all extensions, user customizations, hardware acceleration, etc. temporarily for diagnostic and troubleshooting. If Firefox works fine in Safe Mode, then this is likely an add-on issue. Restart Firefox in normal mode, then type "About:addons" (without the quotes) in the address bar. Disable your extensions one by one, restarting Firefox between each one, until you find the trouble maker. Once you do, you can disable that add-on and report the issue to that add-on's developer.
A few other basic trouble shooting things you can try is this:
Run all Windows Updates, install all needed service packs, etc.
Update your graphics driver (Firefox uses your graphics card for some rendering, and an out of date graphics card driver can cause problems. [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-do-i-upgrade-my-graphics-drivers].
Update all your plugins (Flash, Java, etc.): [http://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/ http://www.mozilla.org/plugincheck/].
Download and Install MalwareBytes Anti-Malware, run a full Scan. [http://www.malwarebytes.org/ http://www.malwarebytes.org/]. This helps check that there are no viruses on your computer causing issues. You can uninstall this program after you clean off any infections.
After doing this, try to open Firefox and update to Firefox version 13

Check the model number by holding down the option/alt key while selecting About this Mac under the Apple menu. Select System Information and it will tell you the model number.  Compare it to:
    Model Number - iMac
You can then check against the link mende1 provided.
If you then go with Niel's suggestion, you can check here.

You also might want to check applications compatibility since neither lion or Mountain Lion support PowerPC applications.

  • [Solved] HP Omen 15 - Slow SSD after IRQ 16 error

    [EDIT]
Sorry for wasting everyone's time. It turned out that I had only tried installing nvidia/bumblebee without the nomodeset option..and apparently that didn't work properly for some reason.
So if anyone else runs into this problem here's the solution:
    1) Boot your installation media with the 'nomodeset' kernel option (this is especially important for live images (fedora,ubuntu,...) which are completely unusable otherwise
    2) With nomodeset still enabled, install the nvidia driver, bumblebee and bbswitch
    4) Enable bumblebeed.service
    3) remove the nomodeset option
Also I updated the microcode on the CPU, but as far as I could tell that didn't affect anything.
    [/EDIT]
    Hi everyone,
I bought a new HP Omen 15 laptop. In Windows everything runs fine, but on Linux I get an IRQ 16 error after which SSD reads become so painfully slow that the system becomes mostly unusable. This issue has been posted by someone on the Ubuntu forums, but nobody had a solution there.
Hopefully one of you will be able to help me, because right now I'm stuck on Windows for doing my work...and I get absolutely no joy out of that
    Hardware:
    i7-4710HQ
Nvidia GeForce GTX 860 and Intel® HD Graphics 4600
    512GB Samsung XP941 SSD (M.2)
Currently the system dual-boots with Windows 8.1, secure boot disabled, using gummiboot on the windows UEFI partition.
The actual error that (I think) leads to the performance hit is

    [ 13.608873] Disabling IRQ #16
What's interesting is, that this problem does not occur if I set the 'nomodeset' kernel option. So probably it's somehow related to graphics. The performance drop is quite visible:
    With nomodeset:
    hdparm -Tt --verbose /dev/sda
    /dev/sda:
    Timing cached reads: 21006 MB in 2.00 seconds = 10513.48 MB/sec
    Timing buffered disk reads: 2378 MB in 3.00 seconds = 792.36 MB/sec
    ...and without:
    hdparm -Tt --verbose /dev/sda
    /dev/sda:
    Timing cached reads: 12274 MB in 2.00 seconds = 6140.85 MB/sec
    Timing buffered disk reads: 8 MB in 3.20 seconds = 2.50 MB/sec
So just about 0.3% of the original speed.
The above information are form a fresh install without any additional packages installed. Installing nvidia/intel/bumblebee did not help either, so I've left it in the fresh state to be debuggable.
Here are various outputs from some commands that might be useful to determine the error source, let me know if you need anything else!
    hdparm /dev/sda
    /dev/sda:
