Error in login in business one...

Hello!
I'm starting to work in B1, and today i'm not entering in the system with the only user that was created.... msg 131-93
How can i enter now to create or change users?

Once you log into SAP Business One, you have the ability to create new users under Administration > General > Users. You would then also need to assign licenses, permissions, etc. to the user.

Error when starting SAP Business One Integration Server Service

Hi all,
I have a very urgent problem when installing B1iSN:
I'm installing B1iSN2007 for a customer (Windows server2008R2, SBO 8.8.1),
and at the beginning of the installation, after instaling the technology, I have an error,
The Tomcat server can't start.
I get the following error:
Windows could not start the SAP Business One Integartion service on Local Computer. For more Information, review the system
event Log.If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service-specific error code 0.
In the event viewer I didn't find any more details.
In the tomcat logs (Under SAP Business One Integration\B1iServer\tomcat\logs) I find this:

I didn't install EventSender and DIProxy yet, I tried first to upload and deploy the zip files, but I couldn't open the Itegration Application Explorer.
2.
The jvm.dll file is in in the folder pointed by the logs: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\jdk1.5.0_xx_sap\jre\bin\server
and it is also in C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One Integration\jdk1.5.0_xx_sap_64\jre\bin\server
I tried running the file java5w.exe, but I got an error message:
Access is denied
Unable to open the service tomcat5
Thne I managed to open it by "rua as administrator".
the Java Virtual Machine path is points to the java 1.5 version folder.
Is it possible that the reason that the service can't start is related to administrator rigts??
In the properties in the Integration Service (services.msc):
It is set to be run with the local system account.
all other properties looks fine.
in the properties of the tomcat5.exe (and tomcat5w.exe , I tried both)
In the Compatibility tab I tried setting the flag "Run this program in compatibility mode for" to Vista, windows 7, and server 2008
I didn't have the option of Windows XP.
I have also set the Privilege level of: "Run this program as administrator" to true.
But still the service won't start.
What can be the problem?
What else can I check?

Error 1316 when install Business One Integration Server

Hi, i have a problem when i try to install SAP integration Server. i already uninstall the previous version, and when i try to install it again, there is an error message "Error 1316. A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file C:\Windows\Installer\SAP Business One Integration Server.msi"

You can check out this site right [here|http://www.error1316.com/]. It could also be that you aren't the domain administrator as well. Try running it as an Administrator and see if that works before you try anything on the link that I gave you.

Error while installing SAP Business One 9.0 Server Tool

Hi,
Here is my landscape idea: I would like to have License server and application server installed separately. I had License server 9.0 PL09 and application server already installed.
I uninstalled the server tool from my license server machine and tried to install PL10 server tool. However, i am getting a screen where I have to select a filename for SLD backup and hen I click on browse, its all blank. Please could you help?

Open regedit find for SAP
Dont forget to check match whole string only. And click find.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE--> Software --> Wow6432node--> SAP
Delete the sap folder then it works fine

Hi,
Welcome you post on the forum.
Only the file B1upf.xml holding that info you are looking for. You may open that file regularly to check the user connection. Or monitor the file update if you can. The file is under license folder of the server tool.

Cannot start widget - Ensure that SAP Business One Integration Service and SAP Business One Event Sender Service have been started

Dear Experts .
I'm trying to enable widget for my company db but getting the following error :
Ensure that SAP Business One Integration Service and SAP Business One Event Sender Service have been started; then wait 1 minute and try again
I can connect to the B1iF locally and remotely .
I have the db configured in the SLD and connects successfully .
I have the event sender service and proxy started and configured for the company db.
I can access the Dashboard web portal and login with database sap credentials (but I see nothing there)
I've checked that there are no duplicate entries in the SSLD table for SBO common (note : 1619422)
I've also tried to re-activate the xelcious from the B1iF->control.
My Setup :
I'm runing SBO server, B1iF installed locally and B1iSN installed on a 3rd party server.
I'm using B1iF as even forwarder for B1iSN.
I know this has been discussed many times through out the forum and I've tried most of the stuff other than clean install.
I would appreciate any input before removing B1iF completely and re-installing.

SAP Business one Login error?

Hi experts,
A customer was unable to login to SAP Business one. He gets the error,"Internal Error".
I uninstalled SAP and reinstalled it. He was able to login and work and after two days he can not login again.
He keeps having the same error.
He has been using SAP on his machine for a very long time without this error.
Urgent Help is needed.

Error while 'Crystal Report for Sap Business One' addon started

Hi,
I have try to install Crystal Report for Sap Business One (Addon Versione number 2.0.0.7).
The installatione finish succesfully, but when I started the addOn i retrieve this errore message: External Connection to the dataBase failed. Sap Crystal Addon may not function properly. Please re-run the account setup with superuser login.
I'm logged in Sap with manager (super user), so maybe I have forgot some step in the installation?
I have see the Demo in the Channel Partner Portal, I have note that I have to isntall the CR_Runtime_12_0, but I don't find it, I don't know where I can download this file. I have just installed SapCrystalSetup.exe and registered the Addon like a normal Sap B1 addon.
Where is the error??

You must configure in each cliente Pc the connection with the DATABASE.
You must Know the Database Super User (In SQL Server usually sa, and its password, the standard form SAP Business One is SAPB1Admin)
In Administration > Crystal Reports Administration > Account Setup
The CR_Runtime_12_0 is only necesary to view reports, but isn't necesary to start de addon.

Error: No SAP Business one application is running

I got error "No SAP Business one application is running" when try to start our Add-on from SBO Client using remote desktop.
Problem Description: Add-on has been installed on server successfully. I want to access remote desktop of the client machine, and when login remotly to the client machine and open SBO client and start our addon from addon manager then it gives the above error.
If we dont access the client machine remotely and login to the client machine directly then addon connected well.
suggest me what to do to resolve this error.

I was just approached by someone else with such an issue...
We use Windows Terminal Services Client to access training systems - without issues.
Do you use sth like Citrix with load balancing?
There such issues might happen, but I don't have a real good idea what the issue might be in your case.
Maybe someone else has experienced the same problem - and resolved it?

SAP BUSINESS ONE SHOWING ERROR IN WINDOWS 7

This is the configuration of my client's laptop
operating system : windows 7 ultimate.
system type : 32 bit operating system.
ram : 1 gb
processor : inter (r) U1400 @ 1.20 ghz
i have installed sap business one 2007 b patch level 19.
then i choose company , in server it shows MSSQL instead of MSSQL 2005.
i click on change server to select the approriate server .
but even though it throws me an error saying that
" INTERNAL ERROR ( -1002 )"
AND MY SERVER IS INSTALLED ON WINDOWS SERVER 2003.
M CONNECTING THE CLIENTS LAPTOP THROUGH LAN.

Business One Client - Automating DB login..

Hi, my apologies if this is the wrong area to post this, please feel free to move to the correct section if here is incorrect.
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a way to setup the SAP client so that a new user doesn't have to enter (or have entered) the Database server, and SA username/password before they get the choice of companies.
Currently, we are running the client on a terminal server, yet if a new user connects, someone has to configure/enter the db servername and username/password.
I'd like to be able to set it up so that when a new user logs in (and their profile is automatically created), that they are automatically connected to the correct database server within the Sap Business One client.
I've had a look in the %userprofile%\Local Settings\Sap... folder, and a quick poke around in the registry, but I can't find where it saves the information so I can either replicate it for the default user profile, or add a regmerge on login to enter it.
Can anyone help?

I'm not sure what you mean, the checking feature is a fairly standard thing for script files, to ensure it's only been run once. Ie, you don't want it running every time they login in case it modifies something unexpectedly.
As for it needing security proceedures, as far as I can tell, there are none, that automatically configures the Database Server it will connect to, and enters automatically the SA username and password for every single new user that connects to the server.
If I was going to have my security hat on, I'd be concearned about it, but since we limit access to the terminal server by usergroup, it's only authorised SAP users that are able to log on in the first place, and since our SAP consultants usual proceedure is to then enter the SA username and password for them manually, and configure the DB server, this is no different. (Except now she doesn't have to anymore).
Anyway! for those that are interested, I changed it slightly, now there are no manual xml creation steps.
I simply take a generic XML file, and modify it with a vbs script using a batch file that runs on user login.
Here's the batch file:
