Error in LSMW with transaction COMMPR01

Hi forum!
I try to do an upload of products (type material) with the 'Legacy' in the transaction commpr01.
In the first step of the lsmw, i wrote the name of the record and the transaction, but when i start to record the moves and the inputs in the transacion once i press over Material botton the record stop and appears the window with the entries, like:

In Asset master -> Depreciation Areas
Double click on depreciation key field in the relevant depreciation area (Eg: 01). In the additional specifications tab tick against 'Negative values allowed'

My client is posting unplanned depreciation with transaction ABAA. He is not able to post in one company code where as he is able to post in another company code. Both the assets have same date of acquisition, depreciation key & useful life
These two company codes have different chart of depreciation, however same chart of accounts
Is there any customisation that needs to be done to rectify the error?
Following is the error message
Transaction in area 01 contradicts the net book value rule
Message no. AA660
Diagnosis
The document cannot be posted, as it is contrary to the net book value rule which is checked in area 01
Procedure
This error usually occurs when you enter proportional values. The proportional values exceed the amount posted, for example, post capitalization of 100 but proportional epreciation to the amount 110.
Check your entries and correct them if necessary.
Please let me know if there is any solution.

LSMW with transaction FS01 to create GL account

I am using LSMW and Standard Batch.... for uploading GL master data....

Till the conversion step the data gets read correctly and i could even see it when i display converted data....
After that when i try to create a Batch Input Session... I get this screen... It shows as information and not an error symbol....

I am also trying to create GL master data in multiple company codes (CoCd) using LSMW with;
- Standard Batch / Direct Input
- Object: 0010
- Method: 0001
- Program name: RFBISA00
- Program type: B
LSMW can't generate the batch session as the GL account already exist in the chart of account (CoA). Can someone give me an example code to use in "Maintain Field Mapping and Conversion Rules" to avoid this error please?
This code should check whether the gl account exist in CoA, if yes, don't create in CoA and carry on with creating in the CoCd. If no, create in both CoA and CoCd.

What happened?
Error in ABAP application program.
The current ABAP program "SAPLKED1_WRITE_CE4_BPS1" had to be terminated because
one of the
statements could not be executed.
This is probably due to an error in the ABAP program.
What can you do?
Print out the error message (using the "Print" function)
and make a note of the actions and input that caused the
error.
To resolve the problem, contact your SAP system administrator.
You can use transaction ST22 (ABAP Dump Analysis) to view and administer
termination messages, especially those beyond their normal deletion
date.
Error analysis
An exception occurred. This exception is dealt with in more detail below
. The exception, which is assigned to the class 'CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB', was
neither
caught nor passed along using a RAISING clause, in the procedure
"RKE_WRITE_CE4__BPS1" "(FUNCTION)"
Since the caller of the procedure could not have expected this exception
to occur, the running program was terminated.
The reason for the exception is:
If you use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert to insert a record in
the database and that record already exists with the same key,
this results in a termination.
(With an ABAP/4 Open SQL single record insert in the same error
situation, processing does not terminate, but SY-SUBRC is set to 4.)
How to correct the error
The exception must either be prevented, caught within the procedure
"RKE_WRITE_CE4__BPS1"
"(FUNCTION)", or declared in the procedure's RAISING clause.
To prevent the exception, note the following:
Use an ABAP/4 Open SQL array insert only if you are sure that none of
the records passed already exists in the database.
You may able to find an interim solution to the problem
in the SAP note system. If you have access to the note system yourself,
use the following search criteria:
"SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DBC
"SAPLKED1_WRITE_CE4_BPS1" or "LKED1_WRITE_CE4_BPS1U01"
"RKE_WRITE_CE4__BPS1"
If you cannot solve the problem yourself, please send the
following documents to SAP:
1. A hard copy print describing the problem.
   To obtain this, select the "Print" function on the current screen.
2. A suitable hardcopy prinout of the system log.
   To obtain this, call the system log with Transaction SM21
   and select the "Print" function to print out the relevant
   part.
3. If the programs are your own programs or modified SAP programs,
   supply the source code.
   To do this, you can either use the "PRINT" command in the editor or
   print the programs using the report RSINCL00.
4. Details regarding the conditions under which the error occurred

you are getting beacuse u are trying to do mass update to database.
Please check that below note are applicable to your system.
Note 453313 - DBIF_RSQL_ERROR_INTERNAL for mass insert
Note 869534 - AFS MRP doesn't work properly with all BOM item categories

i don't understand why the issue because the user has the privileges given by the script and i tried with grant as sysdba but without any result
i don't understand what are the privileges that the collector needs.

Just run the script $AV_AGENT/av/plugins/com.oracle.av.plugin.oracle/config/oracle_user_setup.sql USER_NAME REDO_COLL
This will grant the user some privileges and roles like DBA and CREATE Database Link

LSMW with multiple transaction n multiple files

Hi experts,
is it possible to do data transfer using LSMW(recording) with multiple transaction and multiple files .
Like 3 transaction and 3 files.
I want 1st transaction and 1st file to upload first then
2nd transaction and 2nd file

i think you mean that you want to process first the 1st record of file1 with transaction 1 than 1st record of file 2 with transaction 2
This is possible using recordings(as you asked for).
First Maintain Object Attributes then mark batch input recordings and maintain recordings name.
On the right side are two buttons one for overviewing recordings and one for maintaining more recordings.
Here enter your additional recordings.
Now specify for each recording a own Source Structure and
maintain the Structure Relations and so on...
If you just want to do 1st transaction with all records of file1 than 2nd transaction use three different LSMWs.
You can automize the process by using Data Transfer Workbench(SXDA).

Essbase Error(1003050): Data Load Transaction Aborted With Error (1220000)

We are using 10.1.3.6, and got the following error for just one of the thousands of transactions last night.
cannot end dataload. Essbase Error(1003050): Data Load Transaction Aborted With Error (1220000)
The data seems to have loaded, regardless of the error. Should we be concerned, and does this suggest something is not right somewhere?

Not using a load rule.
There were two other records which rejected based on absentee members. The error message was different for them, and easily fixed.
But this error doesn't tell us much. I will monitor the next run to see if the problem persists.

ABZO Posting with T Type 100 By LSMW ( with Dep areas restriction)

Hi Gurus
I have few hundreds of Assets that are created before the Activation of New dep Areas. Now i have to updated the Acquisition costs to those 10 and 11 Dep areas only. I am able to do the update the acquisition costs to Asset master by ABZO tcode with restricted T type 100 for 10 and 11 Dep areas manually But i have to do it by LSMW process with BAPI method, But ended up in the following error message.
Posting with transaction type 100 is not possible here, see long text

Diagnosis
Transaction type 100 has a depreciation area limitation, although posting is not mandatory in all of the depreciation areas entered. However, it is not possible to select depreciation areas in the current transaction.
Procedure
Check the specifications for transaction type 100 or use transaction LSMW to enter the transaction.
Please guide me the procedure to fix this issue.

Assets - Non AUC assets
Mistake is when i am recording the Session i haven't correctly determined the Depreciation areas. That lead me into error message.
I was able to do it successfully by Batch input recording method instead of BAPI.

Find Error in LSMW

Hi Friends,
during the creation of Materila in LSMW I get the following error.
'An error has occurred assigning data (E1BP_MARA )'
In WE02 I can not find any additional Info to find the reason.
only
"An error has occured when carrying out this operation, possibly due to
an incorrect data type or data format in the segment E1BP_MARA."
In E1BP_MARA I have about 40 fields and is dificault to find the wrong field.
Does somebody has a solution for this?

In WE02 after providing in your message type and basic type execute it .Check for the control record having status 51(red,error) than check with the record what error does it throws ?Check for the error in status record it states the error clearly alternately you can check in BD87 transaction also.Revert Back to forum if you still face any issues.

I got an error in LSMW while I start uploading saying "Enter a Valid Value" .
I am selecting 14 Views in a single LSMW.
Basic Data1 / Data2 , Purchasing , Foreign Trade : Import Data, MRP1,2,3 , General Plant 1/2 , Accounting 1 & 2 , Costing 1 & 2.
Can anybody tell me why I am getting that error.

Perform theses steps
- In LSMW read and convert only one entry from file
- go to SM35 -> select your session with that one entry
- select process , option process/foreground
- choose process
You will have that batch input run in the foreground, so you can see all the values entered to certain input fields and all the actions which take place in that screens. This way you should see which step excatly creates the error.

Error in LSMW execution. Table Lock overflow

HI experts,
I am running a LSMW with huge flat file.
Idocs are created for all the recoreds, but 7 records got error. The error is
"Message Type A: Lock table overflow. Program error: Incorrect
values in interface parameters".
I dont know what kind of error this is.
But i tried to figure it out, but no use.
Could anyone tell methe reason for this error, and the soltion please.
Kindly reply me, its very urgent. Its in QA system, need to move to production.

Symptom
This note describes the subsequent analysis performed to determine the cause of a lock table overflow.

Reason and Prerequisites
The maximum number of locks in the lock table is subject to an upper limit that is set by profile parameters. The enque/table_size parameter determines the size of the lock table in KBs. You can use transaction SM12 -> Extras -> Statistics to determine both the maximum number and current number of entries.
A lock table overflow may occur if:
the lock table configuration is too small
an application sets lots of locks
the update hangs and, as a result, numerous locks inherited by the update task exist
Up to now, subsequent analysis could not be performed to determine which lock types and which lock owners mainly contributed to the lock table overflow.

Ligical Path Error at LSMW

Hi,
I am in process of creating a LSMW with standard object for Purchase Order.
At the step of assigning Input File, system is giving me error as 'No Logical Path has been specified' (Message Number - /SAPDMC/LSMW_OBJ_060046).
Can anyone tell, how this error can be resolved?

When you make assignment for transaction FILE...you have to give the logical file and physical file name..
check assignments properly...

How do I use LSMW with a bespoke dataload program?

Hello data migration gurus, I need your help.
I need to migrate data from a legacy system into a suite of bespoke functionality we've written within SAP CRM. We are planning to write a program to perform the load. However we would like such a program to be reusable, so it makes sense to keep the data load separate from the data formatting, which may vary between customers.
The obvious answer is to use LSMW for the data formatting, calling our load program as the last step. However in LSMW you can only choose from a list of standard dataload programs. Does anyone know how to use LSMW with a bespoke program? It looks like transaction SXDA might be involved, but it isn't too clear. If anyone has done this kind of thing elsewhere, advice would be much appreciated!
Obviously as an alternative we could just write a separate program to format the data - it would just be a lot better if we could use LSMW.

I was going to install a winff package (a GUI front end to ffmpeg for converting between video formats), but when I ran yaourt -S winff and tried to install it refused because it isn't for the x86_64 architecture. So I decided to edit the PKGBUILD and perhaps try to force it anyway, but then I saw that the PKGBUILD is actually getting the precompiled RPM package and as I checked, while there was no precompiled 64bit version of the RPM there was one for a deb version that is offered on winff site.
Since deb's are just archives I ended up, after a few tries, with this PKGBUILD which uses ar and tar commands to get to the binaries inside of the amd64 deb:

So what I basically do is run yaourt -S winff and when it asks whether I want to edit it, I edit it and replace the original PKGBUILD content with above.
It successfully runs the build() commands, finds and installs the dependencies, but when it's time to install the actual new winff package is throws up this:

I don't get it. It installed all the dependencies (and I even checked whether winff works in one of the earlier tries when I manually installed gdk-pixbuf when the binary asked for it). What does it want now?

I tried doing it without changing the package name to winff-amd64, but same thing happens. What's going on?

Ahh man, and that's it! It works.
I'm just wondering now how can I contribute this PKGBUILD to AUR, but I can read that in the wiki too.
