Error in new tab in MM03

Hello,
A problem is occuring in a subscreen added in MM03. Initially someone had added a subscreen in the Additional data button in MM03. The subscreen calls a webpage to be displayed. That is working fine. But once on the screen if we click on the MAIN DATA button on the application toolbar, to go back to the main screen, it gives an error that Z1 MAIN is not maintained in T133E.
If i have a look at the table that entry does not exist in the table.
I am given this at this stage so I have no idea what was done on it. I think it has to do with screen sequence. Should I delete the existing screen sequence Z1 defined and re create it. If so what is the procedure to do so. I have not done this prior to this. A new screen 1002 has been created(subscreen for the page) in the main screen 4300 . Or should I create a new tab and do the whole process from the beginning. If so what will be the steps involved, from creating a new tab to configuring it.
It would be helpful if I can get the steps on how to configure this. I believe we may need to use the transaction OMT3C.
Please suggest
Thanks and Regards
Sachin

Hello,
In my case someone had written a code o call the link using a method for a class, which was not required as once the web page is loaded the control will be with the page and we need not to refresh the page with the new URL from the clicked link.

Sachin

  • Why are internal pages giving the error message "The address isn't valid" (New tab and session restore)?

Upon restarting firefox today, I was met not with the usual session restore page to which I have grown so accustomed, but an error page stating:
    "The address isn't valid
The URL is not valid and cannot be loaded.
Web addresses are usually written like http://www.example.com/
Make sure that you're using forward slashes (i.e. /)."
This also appears when I open a new tab. I've lost all of former tabs (of which I had a TON) and my easy access to my most visited sites that new tab usually gives me. Manually punching in about:sessionrestore, about:welcomeback or about:newtab all give this same error message.
I've already tried restarting in safe mode, and have reset firefox through the troubleshooting page- neither helped in the slightest. In fact, I "fixed" the about:newtab by changing it to :blank instead, and that got reverted in the Reset. Did the most recent update change how the internal pages are handled or something?
I'd like to fix things back to how they're supposed to be. I end up having to reset Firefox about 5 times a day whenever it gets greedy with my memory, which has never been more than a minor annoyance thanks to the good system restore. But if I can't repair this then it may be time to move on.
    Any ideas?

    Hi.
I stated in my initial question that I already went through safe mode (and had also tried the theme thing), but regardless, I have tried again. No dice. They're still not fixing the problem.

  • Open new Tab error

When i open a new TAB in mozilla firefox I always have this error:
Erro na análise do XML: entidade indefinida
    Localização: about:newtab
    Número da linha 116, Coluna 47: <button class="launchButton" id="settings">&abouthome.settingsButton.label;</button>
    How can i solve this?

hello, this is likely caused by an outdated extension. please remove "accelerate tab" in case you have it present or disable other tab related addons to test if the issue goes away then.

  • My home page is google and it works but when I open a new tab it displays an error message :Firefox can't find the file at chrome://quick_start/content/index.ht

I've made sure a dozen times that my home page is set correctly, and when I hit the home button next to the search bar it works and takes me right to google BUT whenever i open a new tab i get the error that my page cannot load and the web url that it keeps trying to remember is in the error message:
Firefox can't find the file at chrome://quick_start/content/index.html.
of course the last dot is not the url anymore but the end of the sentence for the error message, but i don't ever use chrome ever on my laptop only my cell so what is going on????? help fix god please!!!!!!

Do you have the FastStart extension?
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
*Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
*Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

  • I get a "JavaScript Application - Reference Error: XPCSafeJSObjectWrapper is not defined" error every time I try to open a new tab.

Just like the title says, starting with Firefox 4 Beta 6 or 7, I forgot. Any time I try to open a new blank tab (sometimes even when I start up Firefox and the app tabs load) I get an error that says "JavaScript Application - Reference Error: XPCSafeJSObjectWrapper is not defined" If I close it everything works as normal again (until I open a new tab) but it is very annoying to have to do this. Is there any fix for this or is the bug just still there?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
    * Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

  • Clicking + for a new tab gives an error message.

After updating to Firefox 32 yesterday, any time I click on + to open a new tab, I get an error message: XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
    Location: about:newtab
    Line Number 116, Column 47: .....
    Why?
I can enter a URL or search a topic and everything works as it should.

hello, this is caused by the acceleratetab addon that you have installed. please go to the firefox ''menu ≡ > addons > extensions'' & disable or remoe it.

  • IE works, Firefox has no connection- no error message- just continues to say "new tab" and "go to a website," when something is entered, it thinks for a moment, but then nothing happens. Chrome shows error 137 and safari cant find internet.

Firefox and Chrome stopped working for apparently no reason. IE works. Have tried proxys, firewalls, and restarting. NOTHING WORKS. Firefox is the oddest as there are no error messages, but just shows practically no movement. Only movement is a quick "loading spin" in the address bar, but then nothing. The tab continues to read "new tab" and the address bar says whatever site I typed in, but goes no where. Chrome shows error 137 if that helps.

It's not just you, I can't authorise my phone. It seemed to go down just after I started the update (it wasn't my fault though). I am using chrome, and it does not seem to be a firewall issue, or the bannerblock issue that I read about else where, since I dont have that program installed. Strange though how the support forum is still running. If I go to http://www.apple.com/support I get nothing, but googling topics allows me to see em.

  • When I open news or other sites in tabs, I get "Problem loading page" errors on all tabs that I attempted to open.

I just upgraded to Firefox 20.0 as you "suggested" and now whenever I try to open a new site in a new tab, I get the error "Problem loading page". However, if I open them in new windows, they come up just fine. What have you done to a reasonably running browser?

I can't think of any reason for a new window to load well but not a new tab. It could be the second try effect. Firefox sometimes seems to give up on a site instantly, but if you reload, everything is fine. Could you try a reload in the same tab the next time and see whether that works? Not that it's a good workaround, but just to get a better idea of what's happening.

  • IE 11: Widget script error every 10-20 minutes and every new tab opened

So as of recently, Internet Explorer has started popping up these errors every 10-20 minutes and every time I would open a New tab. I've tried disabling script troubleshooting in the Tools section but I still get them. I haven't downloaded or edited anything
in the past couple of days before I encountered this problem.Any help is greatly appreciated.
Here's the error I keep getting:
    Line: 12
    Char: 13
    Error: No access
    Code: 0
    URL: http://widgets.xrosview.com/widgets/1.4.2/shared/windows/hyperpop/background.htm?v=1&name=mpvFloatingWind39160076644830740&id=ivdmpvep&url=http://widgets.xrosview.com/widgets/entryPoints/ivd.js?v=2&hrdId=008edbb000000000000000ffc0f6e141&vrsn=1%2E8%2E20%2E0&smplGrp=none&afltId=5&tlbrid=base&age=285&instlDate=15878&toolbarLoaded=false&loader=pagePlatformLoader

    Hi Chillom,
Please also check the Event Viewer to see whether there're some more information recorded.
Regarding to the Widget, it might be an application installed in your system or for your web, I'm not sure what exactly it is referring to in your system, so have you ever installed any software or IE add-ons mainly related with "Widget"? I suggest
you test IE in no add-ons mode, run %ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe -extoff
    Meanwhile, run a security scan.
Or test this issue in clean boot mode, if it disappears in this mode, then we can narrow down to find the culprit

  • New Tab in PPOME: Subscreen not found error

    Hi guys,
I've created a new hr infotype( I followed the guide ), and customized the 2000 screen so it fulfills my requirements. Then I created a new screen, 7000, as a copy of 2000.
I've add an entry at T77OMTABS table and T77OCTABUS. After this step, a new tab in ppome is shown. But this tab only has a text line with " No subscreen found ". Does anyone know what I may did wrong, or if I miss something?
    thanks.

    No, I did not.
I deleted the FCODE name, and changed the type for subscreen.

  • New Tab script error prevents other functions from working. How do I remove "New Tab" content (sponsored links, etc)?

I actually found the settings for it in the top right corner of the page, but figured I'd report it anyway.
Basically, the New Tab Tiles have been causing script errors (prompt to stop script) that disable a few navigation controls, like being able to close a tab. Any tab that is open or opened after the script error will not close. I have to restart Firefox for the controls to start working again. I have found that the tiles that have been causing the problems are the one's that Firefox provides, as it still happens when my internet history is clear and not loading any tiles from my history.
It doesn't happen every time, but it does happen regularly. I just changed my settings from "enhanced" to "classic" and will see if this helps, otherwise I will just turn it to blank if its still an issue.

If it does happen there are other add ons that block scripts like No Script.
However for script errors, general troubleshooting can be found: [[Warning Unresponsive script - What it means and how to fix it]]

You have or had an extension installed (MegaUpload toolbar) that has changed the user agent from Firefox/3.6.6 to Firefox/3.6.3.
You can see the Firefox version at the top and the user agent at bottom of the "Help > About" window (Mac: Firefox > About Mozilla Firefox).
You can check the '''general.useragent''' prefs on the '''about:config''' page.
You can open the ''about:config'' page via the location bar, just like you open a website.

  • When I open a new tab I get the following error message: Firefox can't find the file at /C:/Users/Tanisha/AppData/Local/TNT2/2.0.0.1128/pinnedSearch.htm."

I can still browse websites, but I want to know what is causing this error message.

hello tanisha625, it looks like some program has overwritten the default new tab page. you can either install the [https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/searchreset/ searchreset addon] to get rid of the problem or manually reset the page that opens on each new tab.
enter '''about:config''' into the firefox location bar (confirm the info message in case it shows up), search for the preference named '''browser.newtab.url''' and double-click & change its value to '''about:newtab'''.

  • When following your instructions on setting a blank new tab, I get and error message "invalid url", even though the sting entered in the config is as you state.

I would like a blank new tab to open, but have followed the help guidance to modify the about:config.
However, for all strings shown, I get a consistent error message "invalid url", even though the string has been copied correctly.

This issue can be caused by an extension that isn't working properly.
Start Firefox in <u>[[Safe Mode|Safe Mode]]</u> to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
