Error in Partner Profile

Hi,
I have done the partner profile configuration.But still i m getting the error like this."Partner profile inbound not available" .
How to resolve this problem?
How to configure the Partner profile to resolve the problem?

We are connecting our SAP ECC 6 ( Ehp 4) system to 3rd party system Mincom via SAP PI, to send PO Creation message (Outbound) and receive Vendor Invoice message( inbound). We already done all the settings..Output determination procedure, Partner Profile ( WE20) , Port creation , Condition Records, EDI settings in SPRO for invoice..etc as below:

Here PO Creation is working fine . IDoC of PO outbound message have below details :

Sender information:
Port : SAPEDA ( donu2019t know how it created..but in WE21..it is not there)

Just started testing, our PI team is sending the IDoC, with wrong information on partner & other data, so inbound IDoC failing with error u201CEDI: Partner profile not availableu201D. Oaky. I reprocessed these failed IDoCs by changing Partner data just opposite (i.e. Sender info as Recipient info & vice versa) to successful PO Creation O/B message in WE19 in EDIDC and when I click on u201CStandard Inboundu201D, then another window open giving error message u201CPartner profile not maintainedu201D and creates new IDoC with status 56

An inbound partner profile could not be found with the following key:

This involves the key fields of table EDP21:
-SNDPRN partner number of sender

-MESCOD logical message code
-MESFCT logical message function
-TEST    test flag
Procedure
Please check the inbound partner profiles.

I am not getting exactly what inbound partner profile could not be found or what is the problem here . Can anyone suggest me what should be the problem and solution on it ?

We just installed CRM and BW servers and trying to integrate them. After creating CRM Source system in BW, during Activation its giving following errors:
1. No Partner Profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key: /CLNT001/LS//RSSEND////This refers to the key fields in table EDP13: (RCVPRN, RCVPRT, RCVPFC, MESTYP, MESCOD,TEST)
2. No Partner Profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key: /CLNT001/LS//RSINFO////This refers to the key fields in table EDP13: (RCVPRN, RCVPRT, RCVPFC, MESTYP, MESCOD,TEST)
3. No Inbound Partner Profile could be found with the following key: /CLNT001/LS//RSRQST//// Key consists of following fields (SNDPRN, SNPPRT, SNDPFC, MESTYP, MESCOD, MESFCT, TEST)
4. A Partner Profile could not be found with the following key: /CLNT001/LS/, This involves the key fields of table EDPP1 (PARNUM, PARTYP)
Please let me know how to resolve these errors. I'm unable to solve these as i've very little experience with both CRM and BW.

Hi Vikas,
Please check your partner profilesin the transaction WE20. Check if there is a TRFC port connected to your client system in transaction WE21. If not maintained, you will have to ask basis team to maintain these settings. If they are maintained, check your trfc connectivity in SM59.

File2Idoc - Error [EDI: Partner profile inbound not available]

I am executing file to Idoc Scenario, It is picking the file from sender & delivering to Idoc as well (fields) in R/3 system and showing chequered flag SXMB_MONI.
But If go to WE02 in R/3 : It is showing that Partner Profile not availbe , I have already mentioned in We20 - R/3 system.

Diagnosis
An inbound partner profile could not be found with the following key:
I checked in Idoc - Control Segments - > It is shwoing Wrong recipient Partner No & Type
Recipient Information :-
Partner No - CLNT_300              Expecting   100008
Partner Type - LS                       Expecting     LI
Where are to maintain these entries ?

But I am getting error in R/3 - WE02
I checked in all entries in We20

I am creating Idoc to file scenario i.e KU to LS
I have already created an outbound partner profile using transaction WE20.
SNTPRT- Partner number - 1100024 RCVPRN Partner number - PEVCLNT100
Partner Type- KU RCVPRT Partner type - LS
It is showing below error in We19 :-
Entry in outbound table not found
No partner profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key:
/PEVCLNT100/LS//DELINF////
What could be the problem ?

Error creating partner profiles using we20

I am trying to create a new partner profile from an existing one..but it giving me an error "Please enter a permitted partner number"... but when i give another number its accepting....
can someone help me understand what am i missing?

assign the partner profile number in fi12 and save then click on the partner profile button and copy the partner profile u want and create a new one and save.

EDI: Partner profile Error

Dear All,
I was trying to load a Hierarchy from R/3 to BI 7.0 . I get an error "EDI: Partner profile not available". When I go to R/3 TC we05 I get under Inbound Docs> RSRQST > status 64 for Idocs specifying this error. I donot find RSRQT partner profile under outbound Docs.
When I go to BI TC we05 I get Inbound Docs empty and Outbound docs > RSRQT I donot find the above Idoc numbers having status 64.
What does this mean?How can I successfully load this hierarchy?

Error while posting Inbound Idocs-"EDI: Partner profile not available"

Hi,
I am getting the error "EDI: Partner profile not available" Status -56 while creating inboud Idocs.
I have done the following steps so far
1.Created IDOC basic Type and Message Type. (Custom)
2. Created process code to process the IDOC.
3. Use the FM IDOC_INBOUND_WRITE_TO_DB to create the inbound IDOC.
4. Use the FM IDOC_START_INBOUND to process the IDOC.
Is ther anything else that i have to do inorder to post the idoc sucessfully.

Hi,
Check in WE20 if the partner profile is configured for the idoc type and the message type. That might be the cause of the error.
Also make sure the same partner profile details are sent to the control record. Partner profile details are stored in the table EDP13.

Bu t, I am getting the error 56 "EDI: Partner profile inbound not available"

Hi Sam,
When you process the inbound IDoc using standard inbound button, the system will perform validation for a given IDoc control record against the partner profile and file port setup. In your case, there is no inbound partner profile setup (WE2) for the corresponding message type. Therefore, you got an error message 'Partner profile not maintained'.
When you process the inbound IDoc using inbound function module button, the system will NOT perform validation against the partner profile and file port setup. The system will call directly the inbound FM to process the inbound IDoc. You may get an error based on validation of IDoc data record within the inbound FM.
In production environment (real case), the system will always validate againts the partner profile and file port setup for incoming IDoc.
Therefore, it is important to have ALE and IDoc corretly setup for inbound and outbound message types.

Error in IDOC load for BBP_PCSTAT Partner Profiles

We use BBP_PCSTAT to load p-card transactions in to SRM on an inbound IDOC. This has worked fine for two years & now suddenly we are getting problems!!
the first record in the interface file loads fine - the idoc succeeds with a status of 53. Each subsequent idoc fails with status of 51 and the following error:
No partner profile (outbound parameter) could be found using the following key:
/0000000000/LS//////
This refers to the key fields in table EDP13:
RCVPRN Partner number
RCVPRT Partner type
RCVPFC Partner function
MESTYP Logical message
MESTYP Message code
MESCOD Message function
TEST Test indicator
Procedure
Please check the EDI partner profiles.
Has anyone seen this before?? we are a bit stuck now!!!!

Hi yes, as far as i can see our SRP and ERP systems are in existance in WE20 under logical systems.
We are using a bespoke program to load these through, as part of the parameter process we have a variant the defines the sender and receiver systems. This variant has not changed & nor has the We20 entries as far as we can see..
We ran the process one month ago and everythign was fine.
I dont suppose you are the same Keith Wood worked on the project here at the isle of wight are you?!

Getting EDI:Partner profile not available.

I am a newbie to SAP XI. As I am doing File to IDOC scenario, I am getting error - EDI:Partner profile not available.
My Scenario details:
1. Created RFC Destination, RFC port, logical System and Partner profile in both Sender (XI) as well as Receiver(SAP R/3) systems.
2. Created SWCV, Technical sys, Business Systems in SLD. I used the Logical system created (for SAP R/3) on XI system in my business system.
3. Created Data type, Message type, Message interface, Message Mapping and Interface mapping in Integration Repository and activated them.
4. Imported IDOC from SAP r/3 system during Namespace creation and used it for mapping.
5. used Integration Directory wizard to create Communication channels, Sender & Receiver agreements, Receiver Determination, Interface Determination.
6. Creaed a new business service for sender and added "Adapter Specific Identifier with Logical system created (for SAP R/3) on SAP XI.
7. Activated all Standard Change list items.
The file for the above Scenario has been picked up amd i am getting "Chequered Flag" on both ends in "SXMB_MONI" monitor. When i change over to SAP R/3 to check idocs created (i.e., T.code - we05) my scenario idoc status is 56 and it says.. Status; Idoc with errors added.
I have gone through many of the forum suggestions and blogs regarding this issue, but still not able to resolve my problem.
can somebody suggest me solution please.

BTW, if you get chequered flag in XI, then idoc data is sent from XI. Can you check all the data from XI is populated in the idoc structure in SAP R/3 in we05...by clicking each segment.. if so, then there is no problem from XI..
check WE20 ..partner profile configuration in R/3 also check inbound parameters are given

Partner profile activation

hi,
basis team did some work(replacing logical system of r/3 dev system) and i checked whether bw objects configuration is fine. i'm unable to see datasources in datasource level of rsa1, but able to see in infoprovider(data flow) level of rsa1,eventhough i replicated datasources meta data. i tested on bw dev system whether full update or delta updates are working or not. i'm getting same error message: partner profile not active. after error analysis given by system: xxx(parner number) entry, check edpp1(parmer profile) table'(partner number & partner type). Checked particular entry xxx partner profile is inactive status. how to make partner profile active? can basis or abaper do this work?

Partner Profile not fnd (file-to-idoc)

Hi,
Idoc in r/3 failed with 56 error. Partner profile not found.
partner profile was set up (between XI logical system and R/3 system) in R/3 server.
Control record of idoc is showing sending system as MDMSBX01 with port SAPXI0. Actually, MDMSBX01 is the source sytem(file server). I can't even find this port SAPXI0 in IDX1. Not sure, how this got picked up.
I was testing the scenario by using "test message" in Integration Engine(RWB) since I do not have access to FTP server. I am sure this is causing to pick up wrong source system(instead of XI server system as source). Please clarify.

Hi,
as explained by Ahmad, see the Partner profile os created or not in , R3 system,
At the same time in receiver Idoc adapter select the apply control record from payload checkox .As per moni , the parner profile is in xml, so try to see the partner profile is created in R3 by TcWE21,check for inbound messgae type the said Idoc is existed or not and the corresponding process code is selected or not..
