Error in Photo upload.. pls help

I have uploaded a new photo for am employee, but it is not shown after uploading in R/3

In order to store pictures with archive link you need to customize
objecttype/documenttype -> contrep ID in OAC3 and you need to
customize the contrep in OAC0.
If you don't have an archive system and want to archive images
you need to install the SAP content server. The content server
is delivered with Rel. 46C and you can install the content server
in OAC0 (see documentation).
Also, for using an employee picture in the PA20/PA30 please check that
you have a correct customization for the infotype header.
For further information please have a look at the corresponding
point in the customizing for 'Personnel Administration' - 'Define
Dynpro header'.
You have to check the table T588J and T77S0 (define document type for
pictures). Addiotionally, remember that the photo should be in JPG
format.
Also please go through the note 595563, It should be helpful.

When you are trying to create PO with other than the company code currency system is looking for the equivalent exchange to the company code currency to the given foreign currency.
Before using any curreny we have to maintain the exchange rates in OB08 with the duration then system will take care of further postings

Error message when uploading - need help to fix

I am getting this error message when uploading to ftp host:

how do I fix this?? have already tried to resume,,, tried from scratch. closed program and opened again. does this each time.

I need your help in my program which require executing DOS command from SAP ECC 6.0.
The requirement is "to make an automated SAP program workable with ECC 6.0 which will able to execute DOS command Dir *.jpg -> photo.txt to create a File Photo.txt, Then I need to upload this file automatically into SAP Internal table for further processing" that will lead to photo upload (this part is already done by me).
I am not sure if someone has done some similar things in past if yes kindly guide how to do this.

Firstly you need to create an archive to store the pictures. Then
Goto SM30 or SM31.
Enter the Table/view name as TOAAR_C.
Click on New Entries.
Give StSym as 'A2'.
Give a description ..
In Arch. Path enter as /.
Select the radio button 'File store'.
Save the entry.
You can view the photo through PA20/PA30/PA40 for each employee.
For this you have to add an entry in Table T588J for your header
modification.
The field type of this entry should be 'PIC'.
Then you have to run the report RPHDYNPG for generating the screen
header.
After the initial configuration as described above,
for uploading the Photo
Go to Tcode OAAD -> Create
Business Object : PREL
Document Type : HRICOLFOTO
Click on Create.
System will ask for personnel no and path of Photo

PSE 8 photo uploader freezing HELP

I have pse8 running on windows 7. Within the last 4 weeks my photo uploader has not been able to upload my photos from camera or phone in standard nor advance mode.
I connect my device and click (in organizer) get photos from camera and the dialog box pops up. I choose my device and than it just hangs there on "connecting to device ..please wait" I have to turn the device off in order to get it to stop. It then says "failed to upload thumbnails from device"
My work around is getting to be too much work (manually pulling photos into my folders and then letting organizer find them and bring them into organizer)
To my knowledge nothing on my pc changed in the last 4 weeks and I can not see any reason it is "behaving" this way.
Any help would be appreciated.

to test i'm using the following:-

1) The easiest way to do the update would be to use your DBMSs
built-in date functionality. If date_Return is a date datatype
in your DBMS then there should be a function to add a number of
days to it. For example, in Sybase, you could write your UPDATE
statement as:
"update resources set date_Return = DateAdd(day, 7, date_Return)".
2) If, by UK date, you mean day-month-year, you can format the date
using the java.text.SimpleDateFormat.

Job "SYSTEM"."SYS_IMPORT_FULL_01" stopped due to fatal error at 13:39:48So its basically these 2 issues I want to know how to fix.
1-expdp error cause and fix
2-impdp error cause and fix -Also how to avoid object alreay exists error?
Also for example the package etc. is the same name..but i want new package from LIVE so it means if the same name package, view, etc is there, it wouldnt get updated?
Any way to overcome this?
I need it exactly same as LIVE...(with a few exceptions which is small enough i can do after impdp finishes fine)

Thanks for the links..I applied the tips on each of them but it didnt work.
Also my database is 11g so it is not true that this happens on 10g only.
Things tried:
1)I tried with different values on parallel parameter but same error
2)I applied the following:
alter system set open_cursors=1024 scope=spfile;
alter system set "_optimizer_cost_based_transformation"=off;
commit;
The 3rd link was bit better
I tried to find out where exactly the error was causesusing
expdp attach =SYS_EXPORT_FULL_03
But I cant figure out what the object : PUBLIC
oracle/context/isearch/GetPage
is..?
Does this needs to be excluded from the export?if so, how?
Can someone help how to fix the error now?

There is an error in photo upload?

I have tried unsuccessfully to upload photos from digital camera.
I have removed lots of files to trash and some to external harddrive but it still will not allow me to upload photos

It sounds like your calendar app is showing incorrect information. I recommend first closing all the running apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue again:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

IPod 60 Gb serious errors !!! pls help

my Ipod photo is not mounting on either of my systems (winxp or mac os x) . i tried formatting it but still to no avail. all i get is a folder with an exclamation mark. i reset it still no difference. i tried to reset it through the iPOD updated but it showed an error regarding some wrong hard disk structure. when i tried to format it through disk utility it showed "unknown error:-20"
I woudl be oblidged if u'll cud help.

Formatting wont help. I'd say try on your mac to do a restore. To do that, go to the ipod updater and run restore. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest running Harddisk diagnostics to ensure the harddisk inside still works... to do that go to http://www.finseth.com/parts/ipod.html
