Error in prod category delta replication

Hi, I'm using EBP 3.5 and when I created a new site with the SMOEAC in order to replicate the product categories, the system ask me for user/password in the R/3 backend system. I completed this information but when I try to start the replication with the R3AS, the EBP system ask me again for user/password and the queue has a SYSFAIL error: "It isn't possible enter the system with password; too many...." (the log text is truncated)
I checked the R/3 connection with SM59 and it is ok. In other landscape and systems I had a normal behavior.
Could you help me please?

Hi
RFC user should have SAP_ALL and SAP_NEW profiles.
It should not be locked. Both the SRM and R/3 systems have same RFC userid/password and should not be in locked state in the system.

Error when trying to replicate the Catalog( Delta Replication)

Dear All,
We are getting a problem after upgrade of Trex.
We have CRM 5.0 on SP8 along with ISA & TREX 7.0.
We upgraded TREX 7.0 from SP05 to SP30.
After upgrading the TREX to SP30, the developers are getting a dump
when they try to do
replicate the catalog (delta replication).
1. When they go to Catalog Maintainance.
2. Select a catalog.
3. Then after maintainance,they choose menu -- > goto --> Replication --> Delta Replication.
4. They get a dump here, Raise Exception(attached).
5. Even when they tried to select Catalog again --> Start Replication --> they are getting the same dump.
Please help us in getting this issue resolved.

Delta Replication for Customizing object from ECC- CRM

I need help on delta replication activate for customizing objects from ECC to CRM. I finished with initial load with product replication and everything worked weel. The problem is that product hierarchy continuely changing in ECC everyday, so the delta for the products error out due to incorrect product heirarchy in CRM becuase the delta is not working for DNL_CUST_PROD0, and DNL_CUST_PROD1. Please show me how to activate the delta for those DNL. What business transaction do I need for those so the delta will work for them too? Rewards points if helpful

I think you need to do Request downlaod for the Product Hirearchy when ever there is new one created in ECC.You can do request downlaod by creating the object using R3AR2. Exeute the object though R3AR4 and monitor the status using R3AR3.

Scheduled delta replication from R/3 to CRM

Hello Experts,
we are planing to download customer master data from R/3 to CRM. It will be a completely one sided connectivity and we dont want to upload anything from CRM to R/3. And we are planing for Initial load as well as Delta load from only R/3 to CRM. How can I set this?
And the delta down load, we want to perform automatically once in day at a specified time..so is it possible?if yes how?

If You are using the Administration Console to deassign a site from a subscription or a subscription from a site, or to delete a subscription.
The type of the related publication is simple intelligent (sync), simple intelligent (msg) or simple bulk (msg). As a consequence, changes (insert, update, delete) of a BDoc instance are sent to a site only if the site has been assigned the corresponding subscription. The assignment or deassignment of such subscriptions will not trigger a synchronization of the site database.
Example:
Your site Back-End is of sitetype R/3. It has been assigned a subscription for a BDoc type. The type of the publication is simple bulk (msg). The creation of a business object (for example, business partner) with identifier 111111 ensures that this business object will be sent to site Back-End.
After deassigning the subscription in the Administration Console all changes in business object 111111 will not be sent to the site Back-End. In addition, a newly created business object with identifier 222222 will also not be sent to site Back-End.
As you reassign the subscription, the following inconsistencies occur:
Business object 111111 has not been synchronized in the R/3 back-end.
Business object 222222 is not available in the R/3 back-end.
And for scheduling background job for delta replication from R/3 to CRM, i am not sure about it.

Anzett,
There is no standard BDOC object that does ECC to CRM delta replication. Honestly I don't know why this wasn't provided as we built a custom BDOC to handle this on CRM 40.
The other programs you mentioned, probably will have to be "copied" and modified to suit your needs. However honestly they personally don't work that great and are slower than dirt due to the reading the change document tables on the ERP side.

Dear Ram,
For the product/locations you are checking, it appears that ATP objects in the liveCache are missing which normally are created automatically when products and locations are created in APO.
I would advise to recreate all needed products and locations.
In APO, i.e. make again an initial data transfer of the master data from R/3. Previously the existing ones should be deleted to be sure that they will be created again. Then the problem should be solved.
If this does not help please check the the connection and LC settings to LDA and please try to restart the livecache. A potential explanation for the error would be an incorrectly maintained LDA connection to liveCache. Please check this by running transaction /SAPAPO/OM13 and selecting the 'checks' section.
The problem with the LDA connection could be e.g. very simple. If you check the table dbcon, which contains the description of the liveCache connections , if the liveCache names for LCA and LDA are different you should ensure, that the connections LCA and LDA are setup for the same liveCache (con_env in dbcon).

Error in table while createing replication

I have a 2 sets of database ORCL1 and ORCL2 and i am trying to replicate from ORCL1 TO ORCL2. Both the databases have have same tableS .Out of 432 i have been able to create the replication of 400 Structure ,but for 32 tables in ORCL2 It shows the status of the tables as ERROR .In ORCL1 the status of the tables are shown as Valid . Can any body tell me what can be the problem

It should be possible to obtain more information about the error by running SQL scripts to add replication for the problematic tables. If these tables don't have primary keys, then you could get an error adding them to the replication group. You may try writing the SQL commands to add these manually - please look at the link below for examples:

Please advise for an ITS error in Prod

We are receiving foll errors in PROD ITS after install on new servers, we have verified all the config & it looks good. but we get following script errors in IE.
scripting Errors are as follows in sequence :-
1>'mySessionInfo' is null or not an object
2>'self.myOnloadhdlF2' is null or not an object.
3>'self.myOnloadhdlF1' is null or not an object.
4>'ITS_Frameset' is undefined.
We have done ITS setup many many times, but never came across this error. please advise.

Hi all,
we had nearly the same errors.
But not after installation. We try to call a R/3 transaction from the portal with an iView. This works all the time. Since a few days the described errors came up.
I don´t know what to do, ´cause nobody did any changes.
@Chandra: Could you fix your problems in the meanwhile. If yes, who did you do that.

Initial replication will replicate the full catalog
Delta replication - The replication will be based on teh change pointer that have been updated, so only the items that have been changed since the last initial replication will be replicated. This should result in a quicker replication time.

Error in Product Category Replication

Hi Gurus,
We are trying to replicate the product category from R/3 4.7C system to SRM5.0 system.
All the relevant table settings have been done in both the systems and we have successfully loaded objects: DNL_CUST_BASIS3 and DNL_CUST_PROD0 from R/3 to SRM system.
Now, the problem is with loading of the object DNL_CUST_PROD1. When we start its intial upload, the outbound queue in SRM system shows that the status of the queue is "SYSFAIL". The details of the error message show : "Filter criteria invalid. See note 0419752". We have set filter for T023 table for MAKTL field, so that only one material group is replicated from R/3 client.
We have checked the relevant release versions mentioned in the note, but our systems are on a higher version release.
Could anyone let us know which correction patch to implement in this case?

OK. GO to R3AR2 AND CLICK THE PENCIL And click new entries
now you get requester name

Error while resetting the delta in ODS (BI 7.0)

I have an ODS-1 which has target cube1, cube2, cube3....One week back a new target has been added as ODS-2....All complete data from ODS1 has been piped into ODS 2..(Note.. ODS2 has many more inputs from other cubes/ODS too)
NO issues till now....
I found a data problem in ODS-1 which got loaded 15 days back..... I have removed all 15 requests from cube1, cube2 and cube3... Now I am trying to reset the delta in ODS1...
I am getting the following error....Infoprovide ODS2 still contains request... Delete this first....
Since ODS2 has many other data alongwith ODS1... If I try deleting request from ODS2,, I need to clean it totally and redo... I dont want to do this...
Is there any way to disconnect this delta link between ODS1 - ODS2..... So that I will reload the data in ODS1 and populate into all targets...

I dont think you can disconnect the link. just delete the requests originating from ODS1 in ODS2 and you can leave all other requests intact that are from other dataproviders and do a reinit.

Error while setting up Transactional Replication

I am getting below error while configuring Transactional Replication.
Specifically, when I started configuring the distributor that when I am getting below error. I am getting this in GUI as well TSQL script as well.
SQL Server could not configure 'TEST-PC\SQL2K8' as a Distributor.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Background of the error.

I installed 3 sql instances of "SQL Server 2008 Developer edition, SP3 (x64)".
I started configuring a remote distributor using one of the instance and error started popping up.
Initially I had the replication running fine and I removed it and tried to reconfigure distributor thats when the error starting popping up.
The folder physically exists and the service account has full permissions and I have logged in as service account and trying to setup Transactional Replication.
He is local administrator on the box and also sysadmin login at sql server level.
Not sure why this error is popping up.....
After wasting a lot of time. I tried to install 3 new fresh instances with same service pack level i.e. sp3, but still the error remains the same.
Appreciate if anyone can guide me resolving this issue.

Error while deleting category and hierarchy

Hi All,
I am not able to delete the categories and hierarchy. It is throwing a message products are still assigned to categories. But when I go to maintain products and click on start it is not showing any product. I created another category also. It is showing another error certain set types can be assigned to base categories. I went to se38 and given the program COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_SINGLE also and deleted every product. Still I am not able to delete category.
Again when I delete some set types from the category it is showing another message that products of subcategory already exists. Set type cannot be deleted.
Can anybody suggest me what should I do?

Hi Saravana,
If you have tried COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_SINGLE, then I'm guessing that you must be aware of making an entry in the table COMC_PR_TOOL_REG wherein you register the system program that you want to execute for ex: Delete Product, Category etc.
Ensure that there are no entries in the table COMM_PRODUCT. You can also try program COM_PRODUCT_DELETE_ALL to delete all products in the system.
In order to delete Product hierarchy you could use program COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_ALL or COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_SINGLE which would delete Hierarchies with All Category Data.
Also, in order to delete Category-Set type relationships, delete entries from the database table COMM_CATFRGR.
