Error in Production Order print

Hi PP experts
I am trying to print a production order using co02. It gives the following error.
[Element_ROU_TEXT_SHORT window MAIN is not defined for form PSFC_PRINT_LAY]and
I am using PSFCCOBJL program
and using PSFC_PRINT_LAY form
please suggest what can be done

Dear Rajesh,
Smartform PSFC_PRINT_LAY has error. It appears that Element ROUTEXT_SHORT has not been defined but is used.
You can check this:
Go to transaction SMARTFORMS -> enter SMARTFORM Name -> Choose execute -> It will take you to funciton builder with a function name (Smartforms generate a Function Module when activated) -> Execute -> Provide values -> Execute -> It will display the error.

I am copying prodcution orders from version 000 to unconstr version through Report I am getting following error.

when I am executed in background it is giving following error.

It seems there is an inconsistent PPM FG100203.01 exists
in your planning version from which you are copying.
Check the possibilities of repairing that PPM and retry
copying. Orelse In the /SAPAPO/VERCOP transaction,
under the product selection criteria, exclude that item and
try copying the version.

Costing Error in Production Order

Hi
I am facing costing error in production order, so I checked the corresponding sales order and checked the costing it gives the error message.
No itemization available for the corresponding material on the plant.
Note: I checked the sales order its not pulling the routing for the material [Configurable] can you tell me please how to link with sales order.

If you are creating first time production order for the material using standard price you have to do standard cost estimate using ck11n
In that screen you have to enter material no.. costing variant mostly PPC1, In the next tab page costing dates from and to and execute..Here only system asks for Itemisation.. Just press enter.
After that Update standard price using ck24
mark and release your standard price for the materail..

Error during Production Order Confirmation

I get a real wierd error during production Order confirmation. The error message is
"Additional items are not allowed
Message no. ZOAL010"
Can anyone throw some light on this?

you can check the user exit for confirmation.
check in transaction code CMOD/SMOD for CONF*

Production order print out

Hi friends,
i would like to know the configuration setting required for shop floor paper print out like producton order, confirmation, time ticket etc. i have checked execute printing in opkp. in control key, print, print time ticket, print confirmation are checked . in co04, and co04n i am not able to get the production order print out.
in opk8 please tell the required confirmation in detail (step by step)

Production order Printing status

In which table , the status for the production order printing is stored, say , it printed n times or never printed etc,,

Hi,
The table JEST stores the status PRT indicating that order was printed (Original), any subsequent printing is only a reprint.
There is no logging of reprints.

Production Order Printing has no WBS Reference

Dear Sir,
We have Make-To_order scenario and using PP & PS both . All our Production Order have Assignment as "WBS Element" . In the Production Order Print , we are not getting WBS Element printed . We need that WBS Element also must be printed on the Production Order Print .
I request SAP experts , to kindly guide me as how can we resolve the problem .

Error on Production Orders Add-on when 2 or more users at the same time.

Our add-on creates special production orders (SAPbobsCOM.BoProductionOrderTypeEnum.bopotSpecial) with no problem when used by one user, but if there are two or more users everyone on his own SAPBO session it starts to throw different errors, we think it may be a concurrence problem due to several transactions.
Here a short brief of the code sample and the process:
(error handling and object members not included in the sample)

If the oDoc.Add() is correct, We get the last production order created and release it:

oDoc.GetByKey(Me.sKey)

Then we go for an inventory Entry:

And Finally to close the production order:

This works fine when only one user is using the add-on, but in the end there wil be at least eight users simultaneously working with this add-on
The test:
We have four users creating production orders with the add-on.
Two of them get the usual success messages and the created documents in SAPBO are all correct.
The other two users get diferrent errors messages during the process.
If they wait and try again to run the process it works fine.
Repeating the test get errors on different users depending on which one started the process first.
Our client needs to generate beetwen 900 and 1200 production orders per day, so they can't wait until the process is free for each user to work with it.
The common erros detected are:
Changing the status of the production order:
-5002 - The warehouse is not defined for the item.
-4002 - To generate this document,
first define the numbering series in the Administration module
-1029 - Field cannot be updated
Adding the production order and inventory entry:
-2038
-1116
-5002

The start transaction model didn't Fit well with all the process we are doing, but the idea of locking or holding the other users seems to work pretty fine, we are now using a flag to determine if someone is doing the process and put in hold the new ones.

Despatch sequence error msg- production order

While creating production order, error message is executing "Dispatching sequence: Structure KBED is not currently supported" . Message no - 831 , Application area - CY. Plz clear me why this message is executing.

As per ur suggestion i had checked the OPJK transaction result is without mention error. One more thing want tell u i have assigned overall profile SAPSFCG013, but in config in capacity requirement>Evaluation>profile>Overall profile , with this path i checked the assign profile which is not maintianed in profile. This profile i assign as STD requirements. But same is given in drop down of OPJK capacity overall profile.
But one more query, with the same order type and plant when m checking for another materials it is not giving any error. This error is executing for only one material. so what is the reason?
Plz suggest any solution.

Reg. Account determination error in production order

Dear Experts
I am doing production order confirmation in CO11N in which 261 input and 531 output, then I am getting the following error
" Account determination for NHCA GBB ____ _____ 3003 not possible ";
how to solve this problem. when I try to save then the above error occured.
We are using 2 company code and two chart of account,I don't know where I did the mistake.pls help me

Error during Production Order release

Hi Experts,
When I am releasing one production order follwoing messege appearing.
Error during availability check for order xxxxx (see log)
co02>goto> logs--> release
Date 22000504 lies after the end of the valid factory calendar (please correct).
I have checked routing, pv, bom etc. availability check indicator 02 is alreadly maintained in mm03. Earlier we have confirmed several order of this material in the past, now suddenly this error is appearing.
Kindly help me to solve this problem.

01. Timings in Routings/Factory calender
02. Chk for all components in order . It may be possible that one of component is having some MRP elelment dated beyond factory calender
03. Also chk all receipt /issue elements with dates .

Error in production order at saveConfiguration for instance 000000000000000

Hi pp friends,
I am getting an error at save ''Configuration for instance 000000000000000000 was not found'' in CO01 while creating a production order for a material variant . If i am forcefully saving a runtime error is coming..
But when i create a planned order and then i converted to production order for the same material variant this error is not coming.

As such no Control cycle is exsing for this combination. We are in an Upgrade Project from ECC 5.0 to 6.0 . I am wondering, how this is working in ECC 5.0 with out control cycle as well. Will there be any other possibility

Production order print out in CRTD status.

Dear Expert,
Please guide me for how to take print out in CRTD status for production order.Has a work around I try to create status profile but still not able to make it.
I dont want to change the settings in BS22,since its effect globally.Please let me know how to create the status profile for the same to allow system to take print out in CRTD status,since I read the others thread mentioning that it is possible with status profile.

This is not possible without changing system status in BS22 for business transaction RMDR for status I0001.
Check below SAP note 157422 - PM/SM: Printing orders in status Created for more details.
And I do not think this can be done with Status Profile in oder.

Transacciu00F3n MFN1 - Error KA465: Production order with an actual activity up

I am executing transaction MFN1 with "Update of Activity Consumption in the Quantity Structure" = 2 and the following error ocurrs: "KA465 Production order with an actual activity update.".
I changed the customizing "Update of Activity Consumption in the Quantity Structure" to "Activity update not relevant to price determination", after this I exectuted transaction MFN1 again and the error didn't occur.
I need to understand what is the impact of changing this customizing, and if I set the "Update of Activity Consumption..." equal 2, the activity actual values are revaluated in the CKM3N? If the answer is yes, in what point of the CKMLCP this value is revaluated?.

Hi,
please check CKM9 for the relevant plant how you define the Activity update. Please note KA465 is justified to avoid posting the credits and debits twice if the indicator is '2'.
If you are using activity update '2', the differences between planned and actual activity prices are not distributed to the orders but via multilevel price determination directly to the materials.
The system determines the actual prices by means of the multi-level price determination in the actual calculation.
In the actual calculation, the system also already debits the materials and credits the cost centers or vice versa.
In this case, the revaluation must not be executed because otherwise the system posts the debits and credits twice. In this case, the system ought to display error message KA465.
Note 686588 explains under what circumstances error KA465 may be raised, that is, if you have activated Material Ledger/Actual Costing with Activity Consumption '2'. Please check your Material Ledger settings in relation to note 686588.
If you use activity update '1' then revaluation is done via the orders and no longer via Material Ledger.

I have a problem with Production Order. I have created a Planned Order. While I type a Planned Order number and Order Type, SAP shows an error:
"Text ... ID PLPO language not found". Is this a problem of language settings in material or something else?

It seems to be a long text issue on of the position in Operation Details (Change routing). Reading could not be carried out. Reena was right about that. I will try to correct that and let You know. I hope that's the issue.
