Actually u have asked a basic question "Error In Quotation" with out knowing the forum rules,insted of posting u might have search in google or SDN.
Actually, you are right but an other rule of the forum is to write in plain English words, so SMS style like using "u" instead of "you" is also forbidden...

Error in Quotations

Error in Quotations.
When a Quotation Id(Hyperlink) is clicked in the result list, the overview page is not displayed. That is, The Quotation details are
not displayed. This issue is reported when Webui is logged-in with a different login user id.
If the webui is logged-in with my own login user id, I am able to view the quotation details.That is, the above reported error
does not occur with my user id.
Note : This issue is reported in 2 specific Quotation Ids only. For other Quotations, We are able to view the overview page irrespective of the login user ids.
Can anyone please help me in this issue?

Hi Karthikeyen,
Unfortunately, once the view configs are changed, the changes can not be reverted.
When a personalization is done, actually it is a config change but to to the specific user for specific component/view.
I guess you are on CRM2007 where this issue is more commonly seen.
When you delete the personalization, you can give USE, the component, view etc details too in that program so that it does not delete all changes to the user.
Once the personalization is deleted and error is gone, User can certainly redo the personalization , but manually only.
I am unable to recall at this moment if there is any utility class of function module handling personalization.
If i get any more details, i will post it.
We faced the same issue around 2 years back and we deleted the personalization because the fields in the personalization where no more there in the new config changes and it resolved the issue so i suggested it. That time , i had put the break-point in view-config-determine method and debugged it deeper till the point dump was raising and had found that it was getting for the personalization maintained views .

Error in Quotation upload to R3

hello experts,
we are working on CRM 5.0 & ECC 6. im having problems when uploading a quotation to R3. after the quotation is released, it is saved, then it shows that the doc is being distributed when i try to enter change mode, but in SMW01, it shows a single bdoc in yellow status 'After qRFC step (intermediate state)' . strangely there is no issue while transferring a sales order. can anyone shed some light on this.

all settings are maintained in table SMOFPARSFA, this error seems to have cropped recently, as i was able to replicate this till this morning. i had been getting an error which said ' R3 adapter is called'. but now the bdoc ismt even showing that.

Replication Error in Quotation from CRM to ECC

Hi All,
This is regarding the Replication error which we are getting in the Quotation/Orders in the CRM server, when the Quotation/Orders is getting replicated to ECC server.
Let me explain the process,
We have the Internet Sales Application (ISA Version 5.0) implemented with B2B Scenario.
Dealers create Quotes from ISA for Configurable materials. The Configurable material has a "knowledge base" version already created in ECC in the table "SCEKB". Based on the configuration of the material, the knowledge base version of the material gets updated time to time.
When dealers create Quote for Configurable material from ISA, the latest "knowledge base" version gets determined in the Quotation. As a process, a new knowledge base version for the configurable is created for the material subsequently.
When Dealers are creating Orders for the Quotation from ISA, the order gets created in CRM server but does not get replicated to ECC due to the following error.
Internal error in communication between configuration and sales doc.CONFIGURATION_PROCESSING (Notification A V1 854)
Item 000100 does not exist (Notification E V1 331).
We suspect that the Order when getting replicated to ECC, is trying to determine the latest "knowledge base" version in the system for the material and since there is a mis-match between the Order and the "SCEKB" table, the Order is not getting replicated to ECC.
Can someone tell me how to suppress the above error and get the Order replicated to ECC without any issues.

Errors in Quotation

Hi guys..
In Quotation (AG) the system is not automatically taking the sales office,sales group,ship to party,bill to party,payer and contact person.
What could be the reason?
What are the steps we need to take to solve these errors.

Hi,
Do following steps
1.Maintain Sales Area+Sales office +Sales group combinations in your organization structure (PPOMA_CRM)
2.Create a sold to party & assign sales areasales officesales group.
3.I assume you are using standard Quotation AG (So all settings have been mainatined already)
4.When you enter sold to party system will automatically pick Ship to party,bill to party & payer.
5.Mainatain contact person in Sold to party "Relationship Tab"

Error In Quotation - ASAP

Dear All,
Our all item are excisable. When user select this item in quotation and try to post it we get the following error:
There are Excisable Item(s) with non-CENVAT tax code [Message 140080010-13].
In quotation client will never select the CENVAT code. How to solve this problem.
Any solution will be highly appreciable.

check the tax code which you have selected for particular row,
error says there is excisable item with non cenvat tax code , you cannot select a non excise tax code for excisable item
if the scenario is where in you dont weant to calculate tax still you are using cenvat tax then create a tax code with zero %

Quotation missing error in sales order

Hi ,
While saving the Sales.Order in crm i am getting the error "Mandatory Quotation Missing", i have preceding document as Quotaion and billing doc replicated in r/3.
How to solve this error?? i have checked every thing.

Did u check your Quot. Determination has assigned to your salesorder transaction type
you have to assigned following quotation determination to ur sales order transaction type
     No Quotation Determination
E     Only at Item Level: Assign Immediately if Unique
F     Only at Item Level: Always With Selection Option
check Copying Control for Business Transactions

SQLCMD throwing error with multi-line queries

I get the error "Unclosed quotation mark after the character string..." when I pass multi-line queries to SQLCMD via a SQL Agent Job. For example, the following command fails:
SQLCMD -E -S MyServerName -Q "PRINT 'Hello';
PRINT 'World';" -b
SQLCMD seems to be only processing the first line, ignoring that there is more to the query. The actual error in this case is:
Msg 105, Level 15, State 1, Server MyServerName, Line 1
Unclosed quotation mark after the character string 'PRINT 'Hello';\n '.
Msg 102, Level 15, State 1, Server MyServerName, Line 1
Incorrect syntax near 'PRINT 'HELLO';\n'.
Where "\n" is actually an unprintable character for the line terminator.
What am I doing something wrong for passing multi-line statements to SQLCMD?

You can use sqlcmd to run a Transact-SQL script file. A Transact-SQL script file is a text file that can contain a combination of Transact-SQL statements, sqlcmd commands, and scripting variables.
To create a simple Transact-SQL script file by using Notepad and save the file as myScript.sql in the C drive.
To run the script file
1. Open a command prompt window.
2. In the Command Prompt window, type: sqlcmd -S myServer\instanceName -i C:\myScript.sql

Personalization Issue in Webui

Hi Experts,
Previously I had posted a thread Error in Quotations (Posted on 28th Dec 2010).
Quotation details(Overview page for Quotations) of 2 specific Quotations could not be viewed in Webui using one login-user id.
But it can be viewed by another user.
Eventually, this problem was solved by executing the report BSP_DLC_DELETE_PERSONALIZATION .
Obviously, this report will delete all the Personalization data , which can be reset to default by the user manually.
Now, another issue arises. That is, as soon as any personalization is done the problem is back ( Quotation details could not be viewed for the 2 Quotations ) unfortunately !
Could anyone propose a solution for this problem?
It will be very useful, if you give your valuable Suggestions. Thanks in Advance:)

First of All, Thanks very much for your valuable suggestions : )
But, now the problem is only with a field Creation type of Assignment block Items in the Overview page of Quotations.
Eventhough when the Field Creation type in AB Items is moved from Available Columns to Displayed Columns through "Personalization" and Saved, it is not being displayed.
When we go back to Result List and click on Quotation Id(Hyperlink), Overview page is not being displayed.
For more Information regarding this Thread, Please go to the Thread Personalization Error in Quotations (Posted by Karthikeyan on 3rd Jan 2011).
Please let me know, if you have any findings.

Error while creating a Quotation in dp81 with simulation

hi Guys,
My client has a simulation for an operative project. First a quotation was created through sales pricing in dp81. its rejected. now he wants to create another quotation with simulation. when the inputs are given its gives error as " The reference has already been completely copied or rejected". Can anyone explain why this is happening and what is the solution.

This is might be due the completion rule of the item category of the inquiry.
Check first the item category of the inquiry sales document you are using. Second go to Tcode VOV7, completion rule field of the item category you are using should be empty in order to be able to create more than one quotation from dp81.

i am creating a quotation referring an inquiry of type ZINO and the quotation type is ZQTO. while saving the doc i am getting a error
Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZQOE is missing.
I am not able to fix it kindly help asap.

U check for which condition type U have created condition record in VK11.
Also check for the table while creating condition record (fields in condition table)
Check once while manually entering the value for the condition in sales order, If it works.....create condition record for the same combination in VK11.

Error while adding custom fields in ERP quotation

I am trying to add custom fields to ERP quotation. So picked up ERP_H and added view BTCUSTOMER_H/CustomerH to its views. I have added the relevant custom fields to BTCUSTOMER_H/CustomerH. Now when I try displaying this, I get the following error..

i am trying to give value for pr00 while creating a quotation in conditions tab at item level for a sales bom. its shows me an error saying requirement 2 not fulfilled for condition pr00 in pricing procedure(item category tap), where as the same material holds good while creating a order. need help.

This is because the Pricing Relevance field in Item Category of Quotation (AGN) may not configured properly.

Error while creating ERP Quotation from CRM Opportunity in CRM WebUI

Dear all,
We have implemented Best Practise Scenarios but have a problem in the following: C63-Opportunity Management-Creating ERP quotation from opportunity
I have maintained all necessary customising mentioned in Best practises documnet and could select a quotation(AG) as follow on transaction from Opportunity, but get an error message " Material 23 is not defined for sales org.1000, distr.chan.10, language ENu201D in the ERP quotation screen even though material 23 is created in ERP for Sales Org 1000 & DC 10. I have downloaded the material from ECC and it is available in CRM also.
The weird thing , when the error message pops up in the ERP quotation screen if I delete the material and enter the same material, I get no error.
If I have 3 materials in opportunity then the error message is there for all the 3 materials when I create an ERP Quotation & after deleting all the 3 & reentering I get no error and am able to save ERP order.
We have CRM 2007 connected to ECC 6.0
Please help resolve the above error.

have you created org from middleware thorugh r/3. Is your hierarchy and category same as that mentioned in best practice documents?

Error while creating SO w/r to quotation

Hi All,
When I create a sales order with reference quotation the following error occurred. In selection list also Quotation number was not displayed.
Copying is not possible because an entry is missing in Table TVCPL: LO TA TAN

Dear Ganesh Babu,
Eventhough you have mentioned that you are copying from quotation to sales order,the error message you have given suggests thats you are facing the error while creating the delivery as TVCPL is the table for copying from sales order to delivery.
Hence kindly check in VTLA giving your document types (sales order and delivery) and check whether your item category TAN is included.
If not , check OR-LF copying control and you will find TAN.
Create a new entry for item category, enter TAN and maintain the same settings as you see in OR-LF copying control.
Check and revert back.
