ERROR in Scheduling via Transaction-IP30

Hello Gurus,
When I am scheduling the maint plan 1234, system is throwing Error message IP202-Maintenance plan 000000001234 NOT scheduled.
I am using following scenario in * ECC5.0*:
I've created a single cycle plan 1234, with measuring point as a counter . The Cycle/Unit is say 1440min.
Tasklist is attached.
Call horizon 100%.
SchedPeriod 365 Day.
And Cycle modification factor as 1.00 Other parameters are NOT maintained.
Counter (Category M) is having character unit as "minute".
Created Measuring document in IK11and started scheduling via IP10. I got Scheduled Called/Scheduled Hold.
Everything is fine up to this step.
Now I want to run IP30 manually for next 30 day but I am getting Error message IP202- Maintenance plan 1234 NOT scheduled.
What is possibility of this error?
This is very strange to me.

Maintenance Plan cycle : Single Cycle Plan with Cycle/Unit 1440 min
Counter: Characteristic (say RUNTIME) with Unit Min
Task List: General task list assigned
Scheduling Parameters: Call Horizon=100%; SchedPeriod 365 DAY;
I've created 4-5 measuring documents.
Initially done scheduling using IP10.... (ofcourse restated number of times)...
Still I am getting same error.
I'll urge please consider I am using ECC5.0
Request you to guide me what went wrong....

Go to T code ST22. here for the user id in which the dump is generated, click on how to rectify. The system will give you a probable resolution for the problem. In many cases, there would be some key words, on which you need to serach for a suitable note of SAP to resolve the dump. Take the hlp of your ABAPER also

[Forum FAQ] Cannot perform a backup schedule via Windows Server Backup and receive "The system cannot find the path specified." Error

Symptom One
You attempt to
schedule a backup every day via Windows Server Backup on Windows Server 2008 R2. At the beginning, the backup works without issue. But after a few days it failed and you receive the error “Windows Server Backup:
The system cannot find the path specified.”
Cause
The issue may occur if there is
no shadow copy storage space available on the backup volume.
Verify
You can use the List ShadowStorage command to check if you have enough storage space to store the newly created shadow copy. If you've reviewed the size of the backup snapshot and discovered
that there is no allocated space for the storage association, you need to resize shadowstorage.
Solution
You could run the command below to create shadow copy storage space on the backup volume:
vssadmin resize
shadowstorage /for=<ForVolumeSpec> /on=<OnVolumeSpec> [/maxsize=<MaxSizeSpec>]

Symptom Two
When you add
another external hard drive to backup schedule via Windows Server Backup on Windows Server 2012, it fails and you receive the error “The System cannot find the path specified.”
Cause
The issue is due to the
Original Destination Disk was not attached to the server.
Verify
You could check the disk status in Disk Management to see if the Original Destination Disk is offline or removed.
Solution
You need to attach
Original Destination Disk to the Server then choose another external hard drive as backup target. After that, you could remove the Original Destination Disk.
Workaround
To work around this issue, please use the WBADMIN command line tool to add disk.
WBADMIN ENABLE BACKUP -addtarget :{ DiskID}
The AddTarget parameter takes disk ID as parameter. It can be retrieved by running "WBADMIN GET DISKS" command.
Example:
WBADMIN ENABLE BACKUP
-addtarget :{ aa123d14-bba0-1dd9-0d93-80aaaa6bbb63}

Pdf error in printing in WEB UI via transaction launcher

Hi Experts,
We have created a custom report program in CRM 2007. We are launching it from WEB UI via transaction launcher. When we try to print the report output, it displays the standard print dialog box. The moment we select output device = LOCL for local printer and click on Continue button,it launches two new windows:-
a) One window is for WEB UI with message-The formatted data will be displayed in this window; wait and do not close the window
b) Second window is ADOBE PDF window with information message-Adobe Reader could not open 'frontend_print[1].pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged.
In the end, user is not able to print the report. Now my doubts are:-
What is the link between print button and pdf? Why is it going to ADOBE? Something to do with WEB UI? If we launch SAP GUI, go to SE38 and execute the report program, we are able to print the output successfully.
Please give me some pointers to proceed forward.

This is already implemented and updated in my 1st message.
Note 978319 - DB6: Incorrectly cataloged table functions
This note can not be implemented due to version issue.
Kindly suggest some more hints on top of what I already did.

Web-UI error message "Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible"

I need some help, I'm not a Basis person but I need to get this connection problem resolve.
This problem is in our DEV ICWeb system. After logging in to Web-UI, I got a error message "Access via 'NULL' object reference not possible". We have 3 clients (100, 220, & 310) in DEV and all 3 clients are giving me the same error message.
From the help.sap.com, I found this topic http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nwes70/helpdata/en/84/43f0d786304e19a652a8f80909a8ec/content.htm
but in the document it asked to go to SM59 to check the ESH_APPL_WS_TEMPLATEENGINE destination. But we don't have that destination setup in all our systems.

What can I do?
■If the termination type was RABAX_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination in the system CD1 in transaction ST22.
■If the termination type was ABORT_MESSAGE_STATE, then you can find more information on the cause of the termination on the application server CRM-DEV_CD1_00 in transaction SM21.

File not found error from scheduler

Hi,
We have a scheduler file with .cfa extension in the cf scheduler which trigger some mails to certain recipients on execution.
At the bottom option fo the scheduled task, we have checked the option to 'save output to file' and has given the file
path. On direct execution of the given url, the file is executed successfully and mails are fired.
But while trying to execute the same via scheduler it is not firing the mails. On investigation of the output file,
found the error message 'File not found'.
Is it possible that the file get executed when directly browsing the url and shows 'file not found' error
while executing via cf scheduler?(CF 8 is used.)

To be more specific,
the url format given in the cf admin scheduler is like this:
"http://www.domainname.com/myfolder/myfile.cfa"
A file path to log the output is also given to publish.
If we copy the above url to a browser and execute, the file gets executed and mails are fired.
If we set the interval or run the scheduler from the administrator,mails are not sent.On examination of log file given in the scheduler section, it is
showing error '/myfolder/myfile.cfa' file not found.

While using query extractor (rscrm_bapi) I am getting error message "Error when scheduling the query(JOB_CLOSE)".
Could you please find what this error is?

This problem can occur if you changed the query definition.
In this case the query definition would be inconsistent with the existing extract structure.
Certain Meta information is maintained with each extract defined using the RSCRM_BAPI. If the definition of the query is changed and you need to use the same extract table then you need to delete the extract using the report RSCRMBW_DEL_ALL_EXTRACTS selecting the extract you want
to delete.
After this you could use the same table name for any further extract that you need to create.
One caution is that the extract table should not be deleted through any other transaction before you run the report.

Pues ahora tengo este problema, este sap nos esta sacando canas verdes!!
resulta que cuando se esta realizaondo una factura y aparece la ventana donde se ingresa el numero de folio del documento y se da el OK aparece ese error

cuando lo aceptamos solo cierra SAP, ingresamos de nuevo yse puede facturar durante el dia se presenta de manera aleatoria!!
siento que es grave el error.. asi que espero que me puedan ayudar!!

Mi estimado, ese es un bug segun nota 1401013 de SAP, ocurre cuando dos usuarios estan trabajando simultaneamente.

You work in localization where folio numbers for documents are used.
Two users are working simultaneously on SAP Business One (either via SAP Business One application or via an Add-on).
Both users are creating Invoice (or performing any action when max folio number is retrieved from the numbering table NNM1).
It may happen that one of the users will encounter deadlocks while working, usually with one of the following error messages:
'-2038 Internal error'
'Error (-1200) DBMCconnBase:: EndTransaction - Error -1 detected. auto rollback flag is off. throwing exception'
'Internal error NNM1 2038'
The deadlock can appear on NNM1 table and OINV table.

HI,
While defining an action condition, we have an option of Error Free Flag in the Container where we give the condition definition.
Where can we see this Error free flag in the transaction?
If i set the condition
&CRM Lead.ErrorFreeFlag& = X
What will the system check and where?

In action condition Error Free Flag refers to transaction should be error free, if you define this condition in Lead action (&CRM Lead.ErrorFreeFlag& = X) definition system will check the transaction should be error free, if in transaction system find single error it will not schedule or execute the action definition defined by you.

Error in schedule data refresh in Power BI

Hi everybody,
I have errors in schedule data refresh in Power BI.
In fact, whenever i plan an refresh, it says to me that there is an Error on Site (OnPremise): Sorry, the data source of this data connection is not registered with BI Power. Ask your BI Power Administrator to include the data source in the Administration
Center Power BI. An error has occurred while processing the "X" table. The current operation was canceled because another operation in the transaction failed.
I don't know what to do, please help :)

Have you configured the Gateway and the data source and they pass test connection on the Power BI admin side?

OAWD - Error calling app. via OLE

OAWD is a new transaction for my users. We are in testing and are receiving an error message "Error calling application via OLE ...".
ST01 trace is clean, but a workflow item does not always route to the mailbox. Functional consultant says it is a security issue. S_OLE_CALL is assigned to the users with required values (does not appear in trace). I have already checked the standard role SAP_BC_SRV_ARL_USER and the Archive link documentation with no success.
Any suggestions? Have you seen this error before?

I have teh same problem, when i am trying to attach a zip document in transaction ME53N.
I am getting the following error:
" Error Calling Application via OLE ALVIEWER.APP"
Could anyone help me with this issue?.

can we schedule call transaction program for data transfer? how?

Hi,
You can schedule the call transaction method, you have written a custom program which is using a call transaction method and that custom program can be called in a scheduled background job as well.
You can create a document with the help of a call transaction method and if the document is not created with some error, then we can create session for that for future processing as well.
You can use it in either ways.

Have you tried Cancelling the release before adding the version?
Select the active version of the IDOC Segment and cancel its release first. Only then you will be able to add a version.
