Error in Setting up JDeveloper

Question

Dear all,
I am unable to create a page in OAF.
I will tell the steps i followed and the error i am getting.
1) Seeing the Correct version of OAF
By clicking About this Page i found the information as
Product/Component Version
OA Framework 12.1.1
Oracle OA Extension 10.1.3 - build 1089
Business Components 10.1.3.3
UIX (Cabo) 2_3_6_5
2) Download JDeveloper
Oracle Apps version is 12.1.1
From Metalink i downloaded the JDeveloper "*p8431482_R12_GENERIC*"
3) Setting up Environment Variables
Variable Name : JDEV_USER_HOME
Variable Value : H:\JDev\jdevhome\jdev
4) DBC File
I have downloaded the DBC file from server by seeing the path from the Java System Properties tab.

5) Now i opened JDeveloper and the DB connection was created Successful.
6) Now i created Workspace, Project, AM(ApplicationModule) and Page.
7) While running the page i get warning message as
Warning: Non-qualified Host Name Detected
The non-qualified host name "10.1.3.3" is being used to refer to the
embedded OC4J server. The host name is missing a domain suffix.
Depending on your network configuration, a fully qualified host name may be required
to properly run the Oracle Applications. Fully qualified host names must include
the short name and the domain suffix (for example, myhost.us.oracle.com).
To change your hostname settings, choose "Tools | Preferences" from the main menu,
select the "Embedded OC4J" node, select "Specify Host Name" and enter a value
into the "Specify Host Name" field.
Do you want to continue running the embedded OC4J server using the non-qualified hostname?
The target FirstPagePG.xml cannot be started.
Please help me to solve this issue.

Go to Jdeveloper Tools-> Preferences -> Embedded OC4J
select "Default Local IP Address" radio button.
