Error in SICK or SM28
Hi All,
I had restore my data in test server. But when I check the status in t.code SICK or SM28, I am gettgin error as follow.
" can't establish connection to message server on zybiwprd (sapmsZEP). evere problems were detected during initial system check. Please, do not use that system before fixing these problems."
Please help me how to solve this problem.
Regards,
Nisit
As per your query please check dispatcher status. your any work process is not working also check your oracle services all services should be in aut mode
@Anil--I don't think your answer is relevant to original post, user is trying to execute SICK (SM28) means already he is logged in.

using time warner road runner. when I try to open up safari to home page I get error message that this version does not support the "community toolbar" can't proceed until closing the error message. sick of seeing it
That toolbar/ct plugin seems to cause problems for all who install it!
Close Safari, then locate and delete the following files and it should be gone:
/Library/Application Support/Conduit
/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader
/Library/Receipts/ctloader.pkg
/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg
/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle
/Users/<User name>/Library/Application Support/Conduit
where / is the root library on your Hard Disk.
If you are running Snow Leopard you should also look here:
Library/launchAgents/com.conduit.loader.agent.plist
Library/Application support/conduit plugins
Also, as mentioned by Gilli2000:
Library/Receipts - If you read it, it has information in it at the bottom referring extensively to "CT" and "community toolbar".
Maybe it is harmless, but trash those items anyway!
Note: Safari does not support any third-party toolbars except those supplied as an extension to Safari via the Extension Gallery. -
how can I just get my old itunes back. I am not going to continue uninstalling and reinstalling the new version. I had it on my computer, and for some reason it crashed and I started this commotion. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the help of Fix It and advice from many people. Every time I get a new error. Sick to death of it. I only need it to sync my apps to my phone and to use iCloud.
If anyone can get me back to some other version that I can use, I would really appreciate it.
I have Windows 7 on my PCIf you really want to roll back to 11.4 uninstall all iTunes/Apple components, restore the pre-upgrade version of the library as described inEmpty/corrupt iTunes library after upgrade/crash, then download and install from one of these direct links:
iTunes 11.4.0.18 for Windows (32-bit) - iTunesSetup.exe (2014-09-09)
iTunes 11.4.0.18 for Windows (64-bit) - iTunes64Setup.exe (2014-09-09)
If you have trouble uninstalling or reinstalling see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates. The same tip should help you get iTunes 12 installed properly if you want to give it a try.

Hi team,
Here iam applying Support package SAPKB70014. I have applied the support packages from SAPKB70007 to sapkb70011. but when iam applyin the support package SAPKB70014, it gives me an information saying that " SAPKB70014 REQUIRES KERNEL RELEASE 700 AND PATCH NUMBER 0133.".I have cheked the kernel it is release 700 and patch level 111.
Can some one assist me how to apply kernel.
Now my patch level is 111. now to bring it to 133 schould i apply in all the patches consequently which are coming in between 111 and 133(112,113,...).Iam very new to apply kernel. some one kindly assist. this issue is very urgent . Instant replywill be appreciated.
Thank you.HI Everyone,
Kernel upgradation is done to increase the run time performance of the system. It contans 3 types of executables, OS,DB,SAP. Mainly kernel upgrade is done for latest update version of TP, R3trans,disp+work,Dpmon, saposcol.
While we are starting a sap system sapcpe.exe is trigerred & strdbs.cmd , Msg_server.exe & disp+work.exe when these executable s are of latest release it will increase the run time performance of the system. After installation when we execute SICK or SM28 it will check the consistency between OS DB & R3 executables
First you need to Navigate to Download / Support packages & Patches / Entry by Application Group / SAP Application Components / SAP ERP / SAP ERP 6.0 / Entfy by Component / SAP ECC Server /
SAP Kernel 7.00 <Version you need>
Check whether the Unix is 32 bit or 64 bit operating system and download the relevant
kernel from the Service Marketplace.
Download the Database depenedent and Database independent packages.
Download below files
SAPEXE---.SAR -DATABADE INDEPENDENT
SAPEXEDB---.SAR -
1. Intimate users that the SAP system is going down for maintanence using SM02
2. Stop R/3 system and Database
3. First stop Application Servers using command "Stopsap <Host_name> and then stop the central instance
4. Stop the SAP and DB services that are using the kernel files like saposcol should stop as sidadm user
and oracle listener should stop as orasid user.
5. Log on to the server and take a backup of existing Run directory.
6. Uncar the files using the command SAPCAR -xvf <file_name> in a tmp folder where it is copied.
7. Copy the new uncared files to the directory /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/exe/run. directory and
check for the latest version thru disp+work command login trhu <SIDADM>, latest should be reflected.
8. Now restart the R/3 system (first central instance, DB and then application servers) .
9. Now check the system is running fine thru TA SM21, DBACOCKPIT, SICK, ST22, SM11,etc.

System copy from SQL2000 to SQL2005
Hello All,
We are trying to perform a homogenous system copy. Our source system is SQL 2000 and the target system is SQL 2005. We followed the normal attach/detach procedure and ran the STM tool for the database copy. After bringing SAP online, it gives an consistency check error in SICK - "Wrong long datatypes. Perform SQL2005 after upgrade steps. Please see note 126973."
This note in turn refers to note 799058 which describes the procedure of upgrading to SQL 2005 and homogenous system copy. But we have already done that. Can somebody please help me on this and let me know what I am missing.
Thanks,
FahadHi,
SICK generally gives error for Kernel issues. Perform a kernel upgrade.
Do not forget to download the latest DB dependent files for MSSQL 2005
And let us know how it goes.

RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE error while updating the sick leave in MSS
Hi Guru ,
We are getting RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE error while updating the Sick leave for team member from portal .
Please tell how to resolve this .

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLHRTIM00_TMWBUFFER" - in

The main program was "SAPMSSY1 ".
In the source code you have the termination point in line 55
of the (Include) program "LHRTIM00_TMWBUFFERCB5".When an RFC fails from the portal to an SAP Backend, probably ECC 6.0 in your case, there are a few options that I use to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure that all your jco's are set up ok, passwords, ect. JCOs do not appear to be the problem here
2. Have an ABAP programmer review where the RFC is failing on the Backend System
3. Set up an External Breakpoint in the backend RFC. Step to do this:
a. Get the Backend UserID of a test portal user that is having this issue.
b. Ensure that test user has "Debug Display" access in the Backend System
c. Log into the Backend system, go to SE 37 and display your RFC
d. Go to Utilities --> Settings --> Debugging in the top menu and add the Test User ID to the "Users" field.
e. Set an external breakpoint any where you want in the RFC.
f. Run the Leave request as the test user.
g. a new SAP GUI screen will popup once it hits the breakpoint. The portal browser will stay frozen until you step thru the ABAP program.
Option 3 may sound like alot at first if you never used it, but if you are responsible for troubleshooting portal issues like this one, it is a skill you must have. You can also have an ABAP resource responsible for external debugging when you come accross issues like these. It helps you see exactly what data is being passed in from the portal and what is happening to cause the error.

Disk is too slow (Record)(-10004) error..so sick of this.
Hello all,
I can no longer record more than three tracks in logic without getting the error message "Disk is too slow (Record)(-10004)". When this happens, recording is stopped.
At first I suspected my drive was faulty, maybe slowing down. So being in the middle of a session that took me 2 hours to set up, I called for a break and rushed off and bought an external Seagate 7200rpm firewire 800 drive. I installed it and set it as the recording path for the project. There was no change, the same error occured.
I then switched the target drive to another internal one I use for Time Machine - same problem occured.
It seems to me that this problem has nothing to do with my drives. I am at a loss to explain it. I have looked for hours online for a solution but while many have experienced this there seem to be few answers out there.
Unless I find a solution this will be my last project with Logic. I tried and tried for the last 5 years to use this program but things like this keep happening. It's glitchy with UAD cards, Duende, RME interfaces, Midi controllers, Hard Drives, RAM and external clocks. I've had problems with them all over the years. I will most likely switch to Cubase which I feel is inferior for editing and loops, but at least it seems to be stable.
If anyone has any insight I'll try and fix it, but I just can't keep shelling out money for a program that just doesn't work.I am experiencing a similar problem & have been receiving the same messages, even while recording as little as one track and playback has become an issue as well. However, THIS WAS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE. I have heard of people with this same problem, where they receive this message out of nowhere after logic has been working perfectly for them.
I also would like to note that I am running all settings in logic for optimized recording and playback (audio & buffer settings etc etc etc)
THIS IS NOT A HARDWARE ISSUE, at least in my situation as I am running a fast internal HD & have ample memory. Please reach out if you feel like you have a pragmatic solution to this issue.
This may be a possible lead on the fix... I remember reading this post from a user "soundsgood" in 2008 who was having a similar issue..I don't understand completely his solution, but if someone could enlighten me, I feel that this might be the solution to our issue
+"Okay - forgive me 'cause I'm a newbie on this forum and if somebody else has already figgered this out, I'm sorry.... I've been having the same problem all of the sudden after many years of crash-free and error-free recording. I've read everything. I've pulled my hair out. I've done dozens of clean installs. I've repaired permissions so many times I can do it blindfolded. And sitting here tonight, it dawned on me.... there are TWO places Logic is sucking data from: wherever you've got your SONG files stashed, of course.... but it ALSO NEEDS TO ACCESS THE STARTUP DRIVE (or wherever else you might have your Apple Loops installed). I was watching my drives being accessed during a playback of a fairly complicated tune (most tracks were frozen of course), and both of the afore-mentioned drives were going berserck with accesses. We're all focusing on our dedicated audio drives, but forgetting about our boot drives (where Logic usually resides along with most or all of our loops). I carbon copy cloned my boot / operating system (including Logic) to a different (in my case, an external firewire) drive and the problem disappeared. Could've been because the cloning process de-fragged all the loops & stuff, or maybe my OS just likes snatching its sample/loop info from an external drive. Worked for me... so far....... let me know if it works for others....."+ -
Im sick to death of this error 3194
I've tried everything possible, look at a million youtube vids, ALOT of guides to fix this but NOTHING works.. i ALWAYS get the same error(3914) when trying to update/restore my iphone. its really frustating me now.
(trying to update my ipod from 4.3.2 -> 5.1.1 and no i do not want 6.0+
Can someone please tell me other ways to fix this, otherwise just wasted $500
Thank you.Apple only supports going to the latest iOS for you device when you restore or update. For the iPhone 3GS and later that is iOS 6.1.3. If you try to go to an earlier iOS you get the error you are receiving.

Hi,
In IDES ECC6.0 Ehp 3 (Os: window 2003 64bit DB: oracle 10.2.0.2) server when iam goto T-Code -- SM36 -- Standard Jobs -- Default Scheduling iam getting below error.
<error saving job to database>
So I patched oracle 10.2.0.1 to 10.2.0.4, and kernel patch with latest one.
But, the same error occured.
I tried to execute r3trans -d at the OS level, the results is <The system cannot execute the specified program>.
In SM21, i am getting below error
<error saving job to database>
&CAUSE &
The SAP system was unable to save the current job in the database. This failure suggests that there is a problem with the database system or with the network connections between the SAP application servers and the database system.
&SYSTEM_RESPONSE&
Job not saved and not scheduled.
&What_TO_DO&
To analyze this problem, start by checking the <DS:TRAN.SM21>system log for message about network or database problems. you can also use the <DS:TRAN.SRZL>computing center management system to check your system for problems. >
I checked SM28 and SICK and it reports no error.
Please help how can I schedule the standard jobsMake sure you use the proper kernel, for 64bit there are two kernels:
- one for AMD64 and Intel64
- one for Itanium-2 64bit
The R3trans seems to be the wrong one - as I would suggest are the brtools.

Error while running a query-Input for variable 'Posting Period is invalid
Hi All,
NOTE: This error is only cropping up when I input 12 in the posting period variable selection. If I put in any other value from 1-11 I am not getting any errors. Any ideas why this might be happening?
I am getting the following error when I try and run a query - "Input for variable 'Posting Period (Single entry, mandatory)' is invalid" - On further clicking on this error the message displayed is as follows -
Diagnosis
Variable Posting Period (Single Value Entry, Mandatory) is used as a lower limit (X) and an upper limit () in an interval selection. This limit has the value #.
System Response
Procedure
Enter a different value for variable Posting Period (Single Value Entry, Mandatory). If the value of the other limit is determined by another variable, you can change its value also.
Procedure for System AdministrationOK.
Well, if the variable is not used in any interval selection, then I would say "something happened to it".
I would make a copy of the query and run it to check if I get the same problem with period 12.
-> If not, something is wrong in the original query (you can proceed as below, if changes to original are permitted).
If so, then try removing the variable completely from the query and hardcode restriction to 12.
-> If problem still persists, I would have to do some thinking.
If problem is gone, then add the variable again. Check.
-> If problem is back, then the variable "is sick". Only quick thing to do, is to build an identical variable and use that one.
If problem also happens with the new variable, then it's time to share this experience with someone else and consider raising an OSS.
Good luck!
Jacob

I'm on a Macbook from early 2007.
First off, I'm fully aware that my HD is probably on its last legs and I have two gigantic TB external HDs on which there are multiple images of the entire drive, so data loss is not currently a problem for me. I've also just finished college assignments for the summer so I can afford to mess around with this a bit before taking the plunge and replacing it.
What intrigues me is this. The machine has been extremely slow for a long time. Recently I disabled swapping and the speed rocketed, presumably due to the HD being utilized less during usage. Now the downside to disabling swapping is that when Safari Web Content gets out of control as it always eventually does, you can have a full on system hang which requires a forced shutdown through the power button. So it's very possible that the issues I'm currently experiencing are to do with the machine being improperly shut down one too many times and somehow damaging the drive itself.
But anyway, this is the interesting aspect. Using TTP I ran a SMART test on the internal HD from one of the bootable partitions on one of the external ones, and to my astonishment, it actually PASSES the smart test. The only two parameters which fail are the following:
Raw Read Error Rate
Write Error Count
An image of the SMART test results is attached:
Now to give you an example of the kind of issues I'm having, in order to take that screenshot I used "Grab". When searching for Grab in spotlight it gave me results from the internal HD and from all the various backup drives I have attached. I opened the internal copy and one from a backup partition on another drive (neither of which currently booted from). The one from the backup bounced and opened. The one from internal bounced about 15 times, the spotlight bar hung with a spinning beacball, and I ended up force quitting because I got sick of waiting for it. That's the major symptom of the issue I'm having.
Now here's the reason I'm posting. As I say I know this drive is about to go so there's no need to lecture me about that, I can't replace it immediately but plan to in the very near future when I have a chance. My question is this. Those two specific failed SMART results, what exactly would cause them in terms of HD problems? Bearing in mind that it passes every single other SMART parameter, am I looking at unmapped bad blocks, a physical problem with the head, a loose wire, a bad motor, or what? I'm just wondering specifically what might be wrong with the drive, out of pure curiosity more so than anything else. The fact that most parameters pass suggests to me that it's one very specific malfunction as opposed to the drive generally imploding.
A surface scan from TTP crashed, but not before giving me about 30 "Used block is not a file" messages.
Finally, to temporarily use this drive, what's the procedure? If it's unmapped bad blocks, to I erase and install, or do I go into the whole "zero all data, then reformat" option? I have a backup image taken last night from the external drive which I can restore to the internal any time I want, and as I say with so many backups and so few deadlines ahead of me I don't mind messing around a bit and experimenting.
So if it IS a bad block issue, what does one do to force it to map them?Had a feeling. As I say it's already fully backed up and ATM I'm running the machine off a partition on the external. But as I say, I'm curious as to what's actually wrong with it - what type of damage / failure would cause those specific smart parameters to fail but not the rest? The motor, the head, the disk surface, what?

Error 101 when trying to download using the Adobe Download Assistant
What the F__K, I reisntalled windows 7, second time the same **** happen at the end, I m using a Data plan which allow me to D/L 8 GB max in one month , this happened thrice with me , this time i downloaded in my D Drive 22.7 GB of free space remaining after complete D/l , and in C Drive I ve 50 GB free space , Operating System is now Windows 8 Preview , Last two times it was on Windows 7 Ultimate, Stilll having the same Downloader is really a super slow SICK I ever experienced.. These are the errors coming while I'm trying to extract the CS6 , but these error wont come while extractice indicisuals set ups of Photoshop, Dreamweaver and Flash.. so I think the problem is in CS 6 Setup, I already mentioned that I try all the thing that u have told about user permissions, I never change the permission in case while I am extracting PS, DW and Flash, so why I need to provide permission in CS 6 ??? although all permission are set to FULL CONTROL still unable to extract in any version of Windows, Also the problem is when now I am trying to Download the file again from direct link this message is coming :

Hello,
My X201s surprisingly overheated and soft-shut down. Upon rebooting the BIOS interrupted startup just to say "Fan Error" and shut down again. Has anyone seen this issue before? Up until now the fan has been working!
I took the keyboard off, and as soon as I press the power button, I see the fan spin for a few seconds then stop - it does not start again and says fan error. I have blown all the dust out, and the fan turns very freely - is there anything else I should try before I send the laptop to be repaired (it is still in warranty but it is a bit of a bore!)?
Thanks for any help,
Edward
Solved!
Go to Solution.Either the fan is running a little slow or the temperature sensor circuitry is sick. Send it in. It is a pain, but it is the best choice.

Someone suggested that it could be my keybindings in my rc.lua for awesome but I tried someone else's rc.lua and still got it.
