Error in SLG1

Hi all,
Iam getting error like Requested Paremeter does not exist in SLG1 while creating log.
Please give me some ideas to solve this issue..

How are you creating the error log. If you are using the BAL_LOG_CREATE FM, make sure you are passing atleast the following parameters
extnumber
aluser
alprog
object
subobject
altdate_del
If not use teh above FM, and use the BAL_LOG_MSG_ADD FM to add the message, and BAL_DB_SAVE to save the message.

Hello
This error message is caused by the SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_NONE_R3_STAT background job. If you don't have SAPCCMSR agent installed to collect the DSR statistics, you can un-schedule (stop) the background job.

E-Recruiting error in SLG1 Log after modification to Container Sequence

Hello there,
We are running E-Recruiting 3.0, and I have made a change to the Container Sequence for the Applicaiton Wizard (both employee and external candidate). My HR group wanted to remove the tab that was for candidates to type in a cover letter, and instead have them attach it (Word doc etc.) on the attachment tab. After doing this, I did regenerate the URL's using RCF_GENERATE_URLS.
Now, when I am logged in as a recruiter, if I go into "Candidate Selection" and then drill into the "Application" for any of the candidates, I'm getting an error message in the SLG1 log (I am able to look at the application, only noticable issue is in the SLG1 log). It is within the Application, and not the Candidate Profile that the text from the "cover letter" tab was showing up.
The error message is:
No candidate could be found for US SUPPORT
The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE===========CM003 line 345
Further details include:

Error class: CX_HRRCF_MAINTAIN_OBJECT

Thank you for the quick response, but It doesn't look like this information helps me. Service hrrcf_cand_reg does have service user RCF_CAND_UNR assigned to it, along with the eight other services that you listed.
A user for the candiate does exist, as it was created when they registered on our E-Recruiting site. The external candidates user ID is a dialog user, and is assigned the authorization given to the reference user RCF_CAND_EXT.
Basically, I was not getting this error message in the SLG1 log until I removed the "Cover Letter" element from the Application Wizard Container Sequence. This was done after we went live, and some candidates actually entered information ito the "Cover Letter" tab within the Application Wizard. I can still see that information now, which I would like to, for the people who actually entered something. I just want to know how to stop the error messages when I view the application (not the Candidate information).

Error in SLG1 after reversal EA13

Hello friends,
we have an issue when reversing a document with EA13.
First of all the document was reversed, however we had a error message "S:EDER:541".
We were able to apply note 1733506 .
Now we are getting the following error (but document is still reversed).
No items found
Message no. >4541
Maybe its an OSS note but i want to check with you guys first.
Any help appreciated.

Hi Andreas,
The error message that you are getting is arising from the correction instructions that were deployed as a part of the SAP note-1733506.
I dont think that the note 1733506 has fixed your error completely, because in either of the two scenarios as per the Corrected instructions, you will get an error message,i.e- either EDER 060 or >4 541.
I would request you to contact SAP for the same.

SLG1 error while creating Business Partner

Im currently working on SRM 7.0 and keep receiving the following errors in SLG1. Can you kindly advise what might be the root cause for the below errors so ican fix the issue and ensure the same error doesnt pop up going further?

Resolution for Isuue 1:
SAP Web Application Server -> General Settings -> Set Countries -> Insert Regions or Define Country Codes
Region for country DE is not maintained in SPRO or bad data.
Resolution for Issue 2:
SAP Web Application Server - Application Server - Basis Services - Address Management - Maintain Transport Zones
Maintain the transport zones in SRM.
Resolution for Issue 3:
email address should be a valid address. SRM checks the format e.g. xx @ yy . zzz
I believe error could be due to incorrect data.

SLG1 Error

Hi,
I am getting the error in SLG1 for Outbound Delivery document 173352 in PSC.
So i checked PPF actions for this Outbound Delivery which is successfully done.
Also all documents & warehouse activities are completed in both ECC & EWM system.
So why i am gettin g the below error in SLG1:
Error- There is no action merging available for action definition Z_SCWM/CKECK_SN.
Immediate Actions Only: Condition Is Not Evaluated.

It seems to be a problem with the customized Serial number check according to Z_SCWM/CKECK_SN. Please check the Serial number customizing. Also concerning the Immediate Actions Only: Condition Is Not Evaluated you may not trouble yourself, it will continue to pop-up time and again but will not negatively influence your processes.

Errors in Uja_data_checker

We are getting the following errors/messages per se38 program UJA_DATA_CHECKER on the ENVIRONMENTSHELL in production
error:
The resource for alias /POA/APP doesn't have the correct ACD Type
The attribute /POA/APP of dimension was renamed to because of a conflict
File service structure is correct
warning:
InfoObject catalog /CPMB/ENVIRONMENTSHELL_CHAR is not available in version A

I never did that before, I got some errors in slg1 like 1.payload does not exist and 2.you are not authorised to update the content.
so i just checked in UJA_DATA_CHECKER and i got the above errors.
Can you please tell me how to delete the environment shell and reactivate it..
is it okay to do that in production system?

When I try generating the url, It popups for User Name and Password, then it gives the Message like this..

Error in system; shopping cart cannot be processed further

Hi Friends,
Currently I am implementing SRM 5.0 with R/3 Extended classic Scenario.
I have replicated the PR from R/3 to SRM and shopping car is created in Sourcing Cockpit.
While I open the shopping cart by clicking the shopping cart number in SOCO I am getting the error message u201CError in system; shopping cart cannot be processed furtheru201D. I have gone though the SDN for the same issue and I have checked with my system setups are looks fine but still I am facing this issue.

It could be some problem in the sc data.
do you given any special character in the docuemnts tab.
It could be some hide and seek game.
me too faced lot in SRM arena in cockpit. I enjoyed the movement when BUYEr has this issue. then it will be issue for us.
do you get an error in slg1 or rz20 for shopping cart

Error at the time of Vendor replication

Dear experts,
I am facing a problem in SRM 5.0 at the time of replicating vendor from backend (R/3 system).
In transaction BBPGETVD, i have specified all the required data, once i press on start transfer i am getting the popup saying "All backend descriptions are already assigned in the system"

And if I run the same transaction BBPGETVD by unchecking the Address compariosion and by checking Internal number assignment only (uncheking - only transfer R/3 Numbers) then its running but giving the below errors in SLG1
1. Error: No Bank Master Data Maintained No Bank Data Transferred
2. Error: Vendor: 0002001151 The Transferred Industry Sector does not Exist: 0007
Plz guide me to come out of this issue

MSS Requisitions is not moving to Recruiter's POWL and system is throwing the errors.

Hi everyone,
Hope all are doing in good spirit.
I have an issue in regards with Requisition Creation and its related process.
I am working in Standalone architecture where Recruiting server is in another instance apart from HR system.
We are using WS45600028 standard workflow.
When Manager submits the Requisition to higher level manager to approve, its done successfully and the notification is going to the Manager. But after approval, Requisition is not going to Requiter's POWL queries.
I have maintained Support Group, Lead Recruiter in it and assigned this to Requisition.
I have checked HRP5131 table. But there is no SOBID which sould be flaged as Lead Recruiter.
When Higher level Manager approves the Requisition, It is successful bu there is an error in slg1.
Error: Error when ending the Work item 0000007704 in HR system.
The system returned the call of interface SAP_WAPI_WRITE_CONTAINER in this context
System Response:
Call ended with an error. The function was not executed.
Procedure: Remove call.
At the same system is throwing the error for the User (This user is used for RFC creation using with transaction SM59): No candidate for this User.
Details of error: The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_ADMIN_BL===CM00B line 77
Procedure for system administration:
Check the context in which the error occurs.
Since it it probably program error and not an input error, you should contact SAP.
Can you please look into the above issue and address me if you have any solution for the same.

I have done the data transfer from HR system to E-Rec system through ALE iDoc using PFAL.
All the is transferred and corresponding NA, CP, BP generated in E-Rec for P.
All the users(Recruiter, Managers and Recruiting Admin) data have transferred to E-Rec System.
But when Manager is creating the Requisition Request, it going to his higher level manager for approval and its been approved successfully. Later it is not updating the Recruiter's POWL.
In DB table HRP5125 Requisition data is created but with only few details like Start and End date, Object ID. in E-Rec system.
In HRP5131, NB related data is there but there is no SOBID for lead Recruiter.
Immediately i am getting errors in both HR and E-Rec systems as follows after the Requisition got approved.
In HR system, Error when ending the Work item 0000007704. Workflow completed successfully but still here is an error.
In E-Rec systemThe error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE_ADMIN_BL===CM00B line 77.
And system says, Since it it probably program error and not an input error, you should contact SAP.
I heard that there might be an inconsistency in NA, BP, CP when we do PFAL transaction for data transfers. Can you suggest me to raise SAP ticket in this context?
Or Did i miss any configuration in this connection?
What can be done now to fix this? I am working EHP 5 and SP level is 11.
Can you please let me know. Kindly help me out of it as i am struck with this since very long time.

E-Recruiting T-Rex Error

Hi for all,
I have a problem with E-Recruiting and T-Rex.
When I use the pages for external and internal candidate for search no result is displayed.
When I checked the log in SLG1 for the PERIODICAL_SERVICES show this error:

Error: Enter an Item type

Hi All,
We are on SRM 7.0 and extended classic scenario.
During the transfer of change done in plant maint orders we are facing an error in SLG1 as " Enter an Item type" Please could anyone advise the reason behind it. The users are changing the delivery date in the PR and it is not moving to SRM system and stopping the queue.

Note 1247922 - Change of External Requirement sends requirement to SOCO
REFER THIS NOTE.
Some Customers do not want to have such functionality, that for every change in the external requirement, the system will send the corresponding shopping cart item to the Sourcing Cockpit.
After applying this note, the corresponding shopping cart item is sent back to the sourcing cockpit, only in case the quantity in the external requitrement is increased.

E-rec internal error

We are facing an issue in an Erecruitment when an internal user tries to access the appln he gets the internal error.
SLG1 shows

The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE============CM00C line 69
No status information available for object CANDIDATE
Internal error in function module HRRCF_MDL_CAND_PROFRL_RETRIEVE
When first Checked the User didnt have NA object attached to CP so we ran the HRALSYNC Program which will synchronize the objects, It created the NA object but still we had the error in "HRRCF_MDL_CAND_PROFRL_RETRIEVE" this was because the NA object Data was missing in Candidate Information infotype (5102).
