Error in startup: SQL Writer

Hi all, I got this error message everytime i restart my Lenovo T400. How do i resolve this problem? Error Details: SQL Writer SQLDUMPER library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with. Please uninstall then re-run to correct this problem. In addition, i see three items in under Add or Remove Programs windows, namely: -Microsoft SQL Native Client -Microsoft SQL Setup Support Files (English) -Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer is it save to remove all those components? Look forward to your help. Thank y'all very much.

My tablespace name is UNDOTBS01.DBF. This is the name of datafile. Are you sure that you are using right pfile while starting the instance. Can you post the whole steps with error you are getting here.

I tried the JGuru's "MusicStore" example. HOwever at Task 6 and 7 I am getting the following error:

The errors are like these. How can I correct these errors and continue to installation? Is the oracle version 10.2.0.4 not correct version to install 4.7 enterprise on Red Hat Linux 5.3?

Also is this problem about only these oracle error in your oppinion? For example in first line of ora_sql_results.log I have an error like below:

But ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID environment variable are ok. Also I can connect and start and stop database manually. There is no problem about it.

That usually means something is wrong with the syntax of your sql.
As a guess 'text' is probably a keyword and shouldn't be used as a field name. It is possible that the same is true for 'id'

I have been getting this error every hour on only 1 application server of the 2.
My farm consists of 2 app servers, 2 wfes & 2 sql nodes.
My public site is working fine. Authentication is NTLM.
SharePoint VSS Writer is disabled.None of my appPool accounts are running under local system.
I have read many forums/blogs, but couldnt find a solution for this.

As I understand, you found event id 3351 in event log. Please collect more information as below：
Check if the error also occurs on other servers in your farm.
Check if backup job is scheduled at the time when the event id occurs.
Please run Config Wizard or psconfig.exe -cmd secureresources on all servers and test the issue again.

i am not able to start sql plus. It gives me the below mentioned error message. I did not have any problem when i worked a month back but now when i am going to start again, it gives me this error. In between, the only change i brought into my PC is the installation of Kaspersky Antivirus and doing the full scan?

thanksThis error is raised during the early startup processing for sqlplus and is, by nature, rather generic. Since it is raised during initialization, it's quite possible that not all libraries that might be needed for additional details (such as localized error messages) are loaded.
As the only thing you mention has changed is installation of Kaspersky, that suggests it is blocking a required library from being loaded. This error can also be raised when there is insufficient memory available (which would also prevent loading of required libraries, etc).
Here's a simple test you can do to illustrate this (obviously not on a production system, etc!):
$ cd \Oracle\11.2\database\BIN
$ dir /s /b oraclient11.dll
C:\Oracle\11.2\database\BIN\oraclient11.dll
$ rem temporarily rename the Oracle RDBMS Client Library for testing
$ ren oraclient11.dll oraclient11.dll.save
$ rem this will raise error 57 since a required library could not be loaded during initialization
$ sqlplus.exe /nolog

I have OS X Snow Leopard Server running and there are a number of annoying console messages at startup and subsequent to that. A group of them appear to be related to write permissions for log file (last group). Not so sure about 1-3 below, if they are just warnings or something to worry about.

Error for StarOffice 8 Writer

When I startup StarOffice Writer 8 in Solaris 10 5/08 I receive the following error:
Error loading BASIC of the document.
file: ///usr/staroffice7/share/basic/WebWizard/script.xlb/:
General error.
General input/output error.
The window pops up two times at start up.
It then disappears and the basic layout of StarOffice
Writer is visible.
I just upgraded to Solaris 10 5/08.
However I do not see this issue when logging in as another user.
Any thoughts what could go wrong and how to fix this?

I found the solution...
Just remove the .StarOffice8 file in your profile and a new one will be generated upon restart of StarOffice.

but as i m doing writeup for asset belonging to affiliated company, so i need to set this indicator. the document type used is standard AA

Hello,
Are you trying to install SQL Server on a compressed or encrypted drive? SQL Server won’t install on a drive/folder with these attributes.
Are you trying to install SQL Server on a ReFS file system? It is not supported on SQL Server 2012.
Disable any security/antivirus software and download the media again. Mount the media (.ISO file) and try to install again.

Try bblowing some air into the fan lover when the system is off. Then turn the system on and put your hand at the louver to see if it blows air. If this doesnt work, run PC doctor for DOS ( available at http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-56222) and check the problem. If this doesnt work either, replace the fan.

What worked for me w/ the 2096 error:
After removing every trace of itunes & QT, I installed QT 7.2 and made sure QT worked.
I installed a Feb version of itunes (7.6.1.9) because I was not willing to waste any more time. **Make sure that you deselect the 3rd checkbox that says it will update other Apple software (incl QT). That was the mistake made over and over and over (and over)!
Now that my ipod is charged, I may try to install the newest itunes as long as I don't let QT update. I don't use QT so I don't care if I'm using a 2007 version.
