Error in SXMB_MONI in SNC

I am getting an error in SXMB_MONI in SNC.
This particular PO has 2 lines exactly on the same product with different delivery dates & different quantities. The first one goes through but the second doesn't.
The error says 'A severe error (ODM: Update error, database) has occurred'. Can anyone help me fix this?

Is there a timing issue ? Can you check if the first PO details are updated and thread/lock is released for next PO to update the dB? Looks like the next PO is trying to update the same thread/instance of dB which the first PO is still working on... try delaying second PO insertion/update to dB
Let us know if it works.
Thanks
Kishore

  • I am getting error in SXMB_MONI.

Scenario: file to file using bpm.
I m using namespace http://bpm but when i checking error in sxmb_moni it shows namespace is http://f2f.
i checked end to end and every where i m using namespace http://bpm.I don't know why it show another namespace.
even date and time too same when i testing it in runtime workbench.

I understand that u r using http://bpm and when u tried to check in sxmb_moni, it displays the namespace as http://f2f.
    This might occur due to:
    1. Might be u have used the same source directory path for both the scenarios.
    2. Might be the filenames of the both are same.
If the source directory and the filenames are same, then the poll interval of http://f2f might be less than http://bpm. Please ensure the listed points above.
Try changing the filenames for both the interfaces and check. Ensure that the filename provided for the namespace http://bpm should be filename placed in the directory.

  • File-XI-IDOC : error in sxmb_moni because of empty idoc

    Hi !
I'm converting a CSV file to IDOC segments (CREMAS04).
XI uses a lookup table to convert CSV records to IDOC segments. It is normal that some records could not be converted. When I process a CSV file that has ALL non-convertable records, I get an error in sxmb_moni :
      <SAP:Category>XIAdapter</SAP:Category>
      <SAP:Code area="IDOC_ADAPTER">ATTRIBUTE_IDOC_RUNTIME</SAP:Code>
<SAP:P1>MSGGUID 99889D40A4D811DBAD4A0017A4510466: Tag found instead of tag IDOC BEGIN=</SAP:P1>
    And the final payload is:
      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
      <CREMAS04 />
In the integration repository, the occurance of the complex type CREMAS04 is "1..1", I modified the xsd to minOccurs=0 , maxOccurs=1 , and imported it, but it keeps showing me "1..1"...
How do I deal with these case ?? I don't want error red flags in monitor because of empty idocs...
    Thanks.

    Hi Bhavesh !
    Thanks !
The problem is that because of mapping rules, the value of my target fields is SUPPRESS, not "empty".
For example, I have a file with this records:
    A
    A
    B
    A
"B" records should fill an IDOC segment, "A" not.
If I receive a file with only "A" records, for example 48 "A" records...then the IDOC segment, now, is receiving 48 SUPPRESS values...then the mapWithDefault doesn't work because they are SUPPRESS and not EMPTY.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Matias.

  • Error in SXMB_MONI for HTML to Webservice Scenario

    Hi Experts,
I am facing following error Error in SXMB_MONI for HTML to Webservice Scenario
"Runtime exception occurred during application mapping com/sap/xi/tf/_MM_EmailRequest_To_ValidateEmail_; com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException:Content is not allowed in prolog."
Only one field is used i.e. email address and mapped properly in IR but still the error is persisting, Please suggest some way out.
    Regards,
    Nitin

    Hi,
Mapping internall follows the SAX parser. Please check if you are trying to process the data of large size.
generally while parsing the large data this exception get raised. Even though there is just one field, what is the data size you are trying to pass.
    Thanks

  • Error in sxmb_moni when executing

    hi all,
i get error in sxmb_moni  when executing (monitor for processed xml messages)
the messages states that "system error occured during persist".how to clear this error message.

    Hi Allen
Did you configure the right interface mapping in the interface determination? Did you activate your interface mapping? Plz have a look to transaction SXI_CACHE.
this error is beacuse your mapping progrm might be wrong, just check the interface mapping test with mapping program ( it will be error) and with out mapping program ( no error will be there)
cross check your mapping program any madt fields are you missing?
    Thanks!

  • No receiver agreement found Error in SXMB_MONI

    Hello all,
I am working sample file to file scenario. after compliteion of my scenario i tested through component monitoring. i got following error in sxmb_moni, No receiver agreement found for sender, But i defined receiver agreement and communication channel, can any body suggest me how can i resolve this problem,
    Thanks&Regards,
    VenkatK

    Dear Venkat,
Once check whether you have defined the correct reciver aggrement. If it is fine, Then delete the receiver aggrement and configure new one and activate it. And test the sceanrio once. I think this may solve ur problem. If the problem exists again, then follow the below steps.
In SAP system, Goto SICF tcode.
1.There you just click execute button or F8.
2.Then expand "Default Host" .(This will be in below the Virtuelle hosts/services)
    3.Then expand SAP.
4.Then expand XI.In that just activate all the service elements.Just right click and select activate service.
After this, execute your sceanrio. This will solve your problem.

  • 403 Forbidden error in SXMB_MONI

    Hi guys
I get this error in SXMB_MONI, at the Call Adapter stage
The termination occurred in system ERQ with error code 403 and for the reason Forbidden
Its Quality system. I am able to login to QAS, so while trying to post data into ERQ, I used my username and password in Receiver XI Communication Channel. I checked from SU01 and am not able to find any error there.
The Target Host, Path Prefix and Service Number are correct as I verified that from SMICM of ERQ.
How do I check whether I have the authorization to post data into the QAS system , that's ERQ?
    Regards

Are you using Proxy Communication / IDOC Communication???
If Its IDOC, please check RFC destination --> SM59 --> Utilities > Test> Test Authorizations.
If it is Proxy, plz check if HTTP Destination is working fine. And the user has Role 'SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER'.

    Prabhu,
you cant reprocess the sucessfull processed message by the intergatin server.if need to send the smae data again use you need to change the std report program
RSXMB_SUPPORT_RESTART. you copy this  program to u zprogram and commet the following
    check if support is requested
    perform support restart
    using l_imo
execute this and give the GUID of ur processed message it will reprocess it  again.
But this not advised one to do it in production or QA envirnoments

  • Getting error in SXMB_MONI

    Hi all,
While doing a scenario where sender is IDOC and Receiver is the Proxy,After triggering the IDOC from the Sender System iam getting the following error in SXMB_MONI.
    SAP:Category>XIServer</SAP:Category>
      <SAP:Code area="INTERNAL">SLD_NO_OWN_BS</SAP:Code>
      <SAP:P1>SC5</SAP:P1>

      <SAP:Retry>M</SAP:Retry>

    Pls suggest in this regard.......

    Check
1)if the correct SLD Maintained in SLDAPICUST
2)Check SLDCHECK if there are errors ?
There is probably no business system defined in SLD for your system ID and Current Client
3)Check com.sap.aii.connect.integrationserver.r3.client parameter in exchange profile corresponds to
    IS client

  • Parser Error in SXMB_MONI due to '#1'

    Hi all,
In one scenario of JDBC to File mapping, I got an error in SXMB_MONI as follows -
com.sap.aii.utilxi.misc.api.BaseRuntimeException: Fatal Error: com.sap.engine.lib.xml.parser.ParserException: XMLParser : <b><i>#1 not allowed in Character data sections</i></b>
In the JDBC channel monitoring, I found that there is one record which contains #1 in one of its elements. However this does not seem to be an issue, because this scenario has been running since many months and such value has been processed in the past also, but this is for the first time that this error has been thrown.
Pls let me know if anyone can help in this.
    Regards,
    - Shankar

    Hi There,
Did you look the error it details, it is telling you that it is a run time error and it is coming from the XML parsing operation associated with the XML processing inside the scenario.
A run time exception can come from multiple context.
    1. Due to the run time components
    2. Due to run time context data
An XML u are feeding to a well established run time component framework is a context data which is being applied to run time operation.
XML parsing is a rum time operation acting on run time data. Since your scenario is running in daily basis with different type of data, as long as the rumtime context do not work with a specific context data it can through a rum runtime error.
XML parser do serialization and deserialization of data according to the streaming technology and the XSD specification of the message.
Your problem is the XML data u are feeding to the parser through this specific run time instance, nothing has to do with your scenario.
    Take out the data
Increase the trace level in DEV instance
Run the scenario with samer DATA
    Reproduce the error
Since the TRACE level is high, you will the XML parsing related error in more DETAILS.
    Thanks

  • Mapping Error in SXMB_MONI

    Hi,
I am facing a mapping error in SXMB_MONI. When I test Message Mapping and Interface Mapping independently, the test executes successfully, displaying the expected output. However when I execute the scenario as a whole, I get an error in SXMB_MONI saying "Runtime Exception: Different length of queues in SortByKey"
Please help me regarding the same.
    Thanks and Regards,
    Tejal

Ref. to the help doc statement.
    <i>sortByKey -
Like sort, but with two inbound parameters to sort (key/value) pairs. The sort process can be compared to that of a table with two columns.
Using the first parameter, you pass key values from the first column, which are used to sort the table. If you have classified the key values as numeric in the function properties, they must not be equal to the constant ResultList.SUPPRESS. See also: The ResultList Object
Using the second parameter, you pass the values from the second column of the table.</i>
<i><b>If there is a discrepancy between the number of keys and values, the mapping runtime triggers an exception. The function returns a queue with the values sorted according to the keys.</b></i>

  • Application Error, System Error and Error in SXMB_Moni

    Dear PI Gurus,
I am kinda new to PI(XI) environment, and my self confused when I try to search failed messages in XI. I saw in Status group, there is Application Error, system Error and Error under SXMB_MONI. And I am wondering what is the different between these errors. Worst to come it all errors, Why we do have this separated errors? Can anyone tell me, what is the difference between this errors?
    Thank You

  • Errors in SXMB_MONI

    Hi All,
I am doing support, Can anyone tell me is there any document that tells differnt errors in sxmb_moni and what cause the problem.
    Answer will be rewarded.
    Prasad.

    Hi,
The better way is to paste the Error in the SND or post through Forum you will get an answer.
There can be many types of Errors in MONI Like
    - Mapping Error (Rquest Mapping Error)
    - Configuration Error (Receiver Determination not found, interface determination)
    - Communication channel Error(Like if you give wrong parameters at the time of adapter configuration example HTTP receiver-if you give worng URL then it will give HTTP_client sort of Error)
If you want to see the types of Error and its category you can check it from RWB-Alert Configuration, from there you can see the category and Error type that are possible in XI.
I beleive it will give you some Idea.
Apart from your question it might be possible that your messages are successfull in MONI but fails in Adapter Engine, then for that you can go to RWB-Message Monitoring.
    Thanks
