Error in the content of Delivery output ASN outbound IDOC

Hi,
I created an Delivery order for an SO and processed to PGI.
Then the ASN Outbound idoc is triggered successfully!
But when i checked the content of this ASN Outbound IDOC, i found some data were not populated into the IDOC from the Delivery order...
<b>So i should debug which program to determine the problem???</b>
I dont know which one is the right one for me to debug the problem:
1) debug the output FM for this IDOC
We19(entering the error IDOC)-->Test outbound
2)VL02N>Delivery output>Enter the output type>Then swiching on the debugging mode>Enter to debug???
For above 2, which one is the one who retrive the DO content into the output IDOC???

Hi,
If i am right, there should be an output type that is trigerring this IDOC from the delivery ---right.
Can you please check the delivery and let me know....
At Extras - Delivery output - Header level...

Infocube , transfer rules are already installed. Datasource 0HR_PA_0 is also in place.

Is there any log that is generated ? If so you can check for the reason for failure. You can also post the details, which will help us to understand the issue better.

Getting the error message The content of element type "navigation-case" mus

I am getting this error message when I start the Jboss server ,,
What could be reason , I have checked in and out , Everything is correct it seems,.
The content of element type "navigation-case" must match "(description*,display-name*,icon*,from-action?,from-outcome?,to-view-id,redirect?)"

Error Message: The content processing pipeline failed to process the item

Hi Everyone:
Our crawl logs yesterday show a ton of errors. Half of the items being crawled are failing. We are getting the following message:
The content processing pipeline failed to process the item. ( There was an internal problem connecting to or querying the database.; ; SearchID = 8869868B-F919-41D1-8FC5-B55585EE479C )
Does anyone know what the root cause of this issue is? Our search was working just fine and now this has suddenly occurred. Can it be due to resources? Is it because of a change we just made?

What changes have you made for your SharePoint environment?
Have you reset search index and started a full crawl if possible?
Please check the following article about adding the search service account in SharePoint search server local admin, then check results again.

Why the delivery output ASN didnt triggered??

Hi,
I configued an Output type for ASN sending, put output conditions as 'Distribution channel/Delivery Type'.
In Tcode NACE, put it into procedures 'Delivery Header Output'. put requirement 1 for it, as when 'Delivery GI posted', it will be triggered
But when i do the delivery and PGI, it didnt triggered, why???
Delivery type of the DO is correct.
Distribution Channel of the SO is meet the output conditions.
So where is the problem???

Thanks for your reply.
I have checked the "Dispatch Time" for the condition type in customizing. It was set as '4' which means 'Sends immediately'.
And also in actual condition record, the 'time' field are filled in '4' as the same.
So i think whether it is the access sequence cause the problem???
As the 'distribution channel' couldnt be found within the Delivery Order....??
Any other ideas??

User exit required for the ASN outbound IDoc

Hi All
Guys ive got a problem.
I need to populate a field that SAP does not populate by default in the outbound ASN(856).
I need to therefore find an exit, in the function module "IDOC_OUTPUT_DELVRY"
I went by the standard process of finding the exit(Cntrl F ) in the main program.
but the exit I came up with does not Kick in?!
I wonder whats going wrong.
Can any one please help me , along with proper explanations!

An error occurred while accessing the content repository from JDeveloper

I'm using Jdeveloper Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.5.0
I created Content Repository conection, following:
RIDC Socket Type: socket
Server hostname: localhost
Content Server Listener Port: 4444
Executing "Teste Connection" result "Success!"
But, trying connect, I receive:
oracle.webcenter.content.internal.model.rc.AbstractRepositoryLogic listFolder
An error occurred while accessing the content repository.
and when I login to my portal and go to administration page, then I am getting this error
"Messages for this page are listed below.
Could not retrieve members from policy store.
and when I go to services tab then i am getting this error "The Documents service is unavailable.
Error contacting the content repository."
Please help me to resolve this problem.

Error in the Business content update rules

hi all,
       I have collected the update rule(0SD_C03<--2LIS_11_VAHDR) from the business content.When i am trying to install it is popping an error for the update rule.
The error is
     Object UPDR 250Q6ZPVU4292O59V2VXSY5CA could not be found in version M.
*     ObjectUpdaterules250Q6ZPVU4292O59V2VXSY5CA: Error installing the Content version*.
Can anyone give the solution for this issue.Points will be awarded.

Access Connections 5.21 corrupt - The contents of this file cannot be unpacked..

Access Connections 5.21 as posted on the ww-307.ibm.com web site is bad... if you try to install you'll get an error dialog: "The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again.".
I think I see why... the files are being truncated at about 16 megabyates, perhaps by the web server?
http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/document.do?lndocid=MIGR-4ZLNJB is the page for the Windows XP version and it points to file 7xcx23ww.exe, which is supposed to be about 26 megabytes. But when you download the file, it gets truncated to about 16 megabytes.

The complete files are on ftp.software.ibm.com. Connect with your favorite ftp client, log in as anonymous with your email address as the password... then cd /pc/pccbbs/mobiles, type binary (to ensure binary transfer) and hash (to get progress hash marks) and you can use the get command (i.e. get 7xcx23ww.exe or get 7xcv23ww.exe) to fetch the file you need.
The Windows XP version appears to extract OK now (haven't installed it yet though), and the Vista version appears to be the right length.

Hmmm. I just tried it again couple of times, and still get truncated file 7xcx23ww.exe via http download.
I could imagine an issue with my browser (Firefox) on Windows, Netgear access point or cable modem ISP and I would be reluctant to point finger at the web server. But as I verified yesterday, 2nd download attempt with wget and linux in a shell account (accessed via ssh on box hosted far away by an entirely different ISP) also gets the truncated file.
Hope this is helping someone - if I'm only one getting the corrupt files I'll delete the post... is anyone else seeing this?

Link delivery to outbound Idoc

Dear Experts,
I am need to link a delivery to an outbound Idoc, I am using function module BINARY_RELATION_CREATE to create the link and I can see the link has been created in the delivery but it showing as Incoming Idoc instead of Outgoing.
I am using relationship type IDC1 in the FM and have tried using others and have failed miserably, could anybody help me??

How to find the Program that triggered the outbound idoc

Hi,
I need to find the program that triggers a particular Outbound IDoc.
I have the IDoc number/segment/message type.
We need to Debug the Outbound IDoc but we do not know from where the IDoc got triggered.
Is there a way we can find which program triggered it?

Hi Suresh,
Go to tcode WE20, select ur partner profile type, which configured in output type for EDI documents.
On right side, double click on the Message type in outbound parameters.
go to message control Tab, double click on process code variable to see FM triggers for the IDOC.
same as for Inbound also.

Error message by periodic weekly: No output from the 1 file processed

Hi there,
since four weeks, I got a problem with the maintenance script periodic weekly. Up to December 22nd, the script did, what it should do: rebuilding the database of locate and whatis, rotating log-files. Since one week later, I got the error message: No output from the 1 file processed.
Normally, I use Anacron to do the job. When I noticed the problem, I tried to start the script with Tinker Tool System getting the same result. Another try using the Terminal (sudo periodic weekly) also failed. The commands locate and whatis are working, locate.updatedb and makewhatis also. I'm running 10.4.8; in the past, I did not have such problems. Anyone with an idea or solution?

It seems, Rogers idea, PsynX respectively the deficient uninstalling by me is responsible for my problems, is correct. Should I remove the whole file weekly.local or should I only remove the content? I prefer removing the whole file, because it was created while installing PsyncX. The date of creation is the same as the date of installing the app (December 25).

Error message when trying to issue output for printing in the VT02N

We have one issue where user is trying to givng print out for shipiing details in the tranaction VT02 n
in EXTRAS---> output , there are giving the out put type ZS04 and when they save the output type they are getting the following error messages
Mandatory: Proforma saknas
Mandatory: (5.Varuposter) - Commodity code saknas i delivery:
output type is configured in nace transacition with the print program and the forn name
Please tell me why this error is coming

Hi,
Check if you have entered values in all the mandatory fields required.
If you have try debugging and check where error is coming.
Just type /H in the command bar and click enter when you clcik on goto-extra it will got to debugging.
In that put breakpoint at message.This will put break points at all message statements.
Then you can find out very fast where the error is coming from
