I have indicated on the attached jpeg where the problem is, basically a line of text is missing at the top and part of the feeding diagram is missing. I created the artwork in different layer and then flattened. All text has been converted to outlines, however the areas being affected have no transparency, I have used solid fills or no fills. I get the same result when I export the file as a jpeg. Hope you can help.

Are you both using the same Apple ID?
Also check Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > make sure it only contains your unique phone number and e-mail address de-select those entries belonging to your husband.
Do the same on his phone (de-select yours)

If you are not showing reception bars, then I don't know how the data is working? Have you tried doing a reset? Hold the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and then release. After the phone restarts, check to see if it works. If that doesn't help, then try removing the SIM card, then reinserting it. If that doesn't help, then contact your carrier for assistance in calling.

You should be able to see two different tabs when setting up the email if you go to Other > Add Mail Account. Once you enter in the email address and password, you should be at the next screen to provide more details about the email as far as incoming and outgoing servers and at the top there will be a blue section to add it in as a POP or IMAP email account. Try this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
