Error in TLD(jsp custom tags)

Question

Hi frinend
iam trying jsp custom tabs (taglibs)
i worte a java class
i worte a jsp page
i worte a TLd file
the proble with tlb
it geting error like this
org.apache.jasper.JasperException: XML parsing error on file /WEB-INF/jsp/mytaglib.tld: (line 2, col -1): XML declaration may only begin entities.
what is that mean
i wrote in tld file like this

try something that looks like this in your tld file:
