Error in TransferRules Activation

Question

Hi all
I got this error when im activating TransRules in dev box…
Actually I hav copied the cube struc from parent cube and add 4 keyfig additionally
we using flatfile as SourceSys
Can anyone tell me wat could be the reason and how can I solve this issue…
Data element for InfoObject CO_AREA         0CO_AREA could not be created
Message no. RSAR274
Diagnosis
Special data elements of the type and length of the source system are required for creating the transfer structure. When creating such a data element for InfoObject CO_AREA         0CO_AREA errors occurred. The data element should be of type CHAR and length 000004.
Procedure
Check the log.
Check the data element  in ABAP Dictionary. Activate data element  there, and, if necessary, check the activation log.
In ABAP Dic hw to activate the element there ?  I mean steps

Symptom
The correction from note 632442 does not take all the possible scenarios into account.
Error RSAR274 can occur.
For transfer rules with fields without assignment of an InfoObject, this causes unnecessary DDIC activations and time stamp invalidations of structures.
Performance during the activation of the transfer rules can be severely impaired by this.
Furthermore, with special customer scenarios the error R3 016 'The DataSource xxxx must be replicated' can be triggered.

Reason and Prerequisites
This problem is caused by a program error.
Only transfer rules with fields without an InfoObject assignment are affected by this. --
Solution
Depending on the release of your BW system, the problem can be solved as follows. Alternatively, you can use the attached correction instructions for the relevant BW release.
Through these notes, affected transfer rules are corrected during the next activation. The corresponding DDIC structures are then corrected.
The error therefore only disappears after the reactivation of the affected transfer rules after the note has been implemented.Use the mass activation program 'RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL' if necessary. However, you should note that this reactivates all transfer rules, regardless of whether or not there an inconsistency as described in this note.
