Error in Transporting the Transfer structure

Hi can any body tell me . Iam getting this error while transporting from BW System the transfer structure for 0HR_PY_1_CE.
1. Transfer structure 0HR_PY_1_CE_LA does not exist.
2. Error RSAR 440 during after import handling of objects with type(s) ISTS
3. Errors occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT for ISCS L
I have activated the transfer structure through this programme - program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL.

Check the below notes:
Note 1009638 - RSAR 440 when you activate transfer rules applicable for BI7.0 Less than SP12.
Note 736668 - RSAR 440: Transfer structure & does not exist Applicable for 3.x system.
Please check the above Notes and based on your system patch level and issue you need to choose the right one. Second one deals with the Hierarchy.

it seems the transfer rules not transport.
try in dev, change transfer rules,
and from menu extras (beside go to) -> object directory entry -> transfer rules -> in next screen, check if package/development class is $TMP, click pencil icon, and choose your package/dev class, system will prompt request, create new request and transport.
<b>if package/dev class isn't $TMP</b>, try following,
rsa1->transport connection->left panel choose 'object type' and middle panel 'infosource' and 'select objects', and choose '0fi_ar_4' and 'transfer', then you will see 0fi_ar_4 in right panel, we will use this infosource to collect transfer rules.
you may need to specify the source system assignment in transport connection when collecting objects, click 'source system assignment' and make sure your r/3 source system is marked.
choose collection mode 'manual' and grouping 'in dataflow before', and 'execute', after objects collection finished, expand the infosource and make sure your transfer rules and datasources are there and marked. click transport (truck icon).
also make sure you maintain the source system mapping in TARGET system (QAS), rsa1->tools->source system mapping (tcode rslgmp), fill 'orgsrcsys' with r/3 dev and 'trgsrcsys' with r/3 QAS, do the same for BW Prod with r/3 qas for 'orgsrcsys' and r/3 prod for 'trgsrcsys'.

Diagnosis
An error occurred when creating transfer structure /BIC/CCGS0EC_PCA_1 as an IDoc segment in source system N6A420 .

Hi,
I have a similar issue on one of my clients, unfortunately they are using PSA method already, however, somewhat interestingly when I switch to Idoc it activates fine? The log in SLG1 suggests I analyze the log in source system... when I am analyzing the log in the source system?!?!?!?! Is there another log I am missing? Any ideas anyone? I did check note 493422 however as I have other extractors that are working fine connected to the same source system I am a bit loathe to implement a global solution?

Unable to open the Transfer Structure

Hi
We are unable to edit one of our transfer structure and when we try open the structure it's stating the following error
"Formula is not available in the table RSAFORMMAP"
Can anyone help how to fix this issue inorder to edit the transfer structure

Please check notes, there are few notes available for this error, see if they can help you.
Note 1101978 - Content transfer; empty or invalid formula (RSAR 140)
Note 1036566 - Various problems with formulas (see symptom)
There are few other notes for same error in update rule, you can check those and can get some hint to solve your issue.

2.Entered the name of the structure and try to "activate".
3.It will get Active without any inconsistency.

Z fields are not shown in the Transfer Structure

Dear Experts,
When I look at a standard datasource in CRM, it contains about 5 Z fields. Another team has appended fields to it.
The DS is 0CRM_SRV_PROCESS_H.
It was already replicated in BI and data as been loaded. Now while investigating this DS for my needs I do not see these fields in the transfer structure. I have replicated it in BW as 3.x DS.
I am not sure what the cause is? Can anyone help?

Transport the organizational structure of PRD to QAS

Good Morning.
I have the following issue, I want Transport the organizational structure of PRD to QAS. I am using the report RHMOVE30 in PRD With the following entries.
Variant of Plan Active
Evaluation Path --->A003
without Test.
without With lock.
In the field Request/Task, I create a Request. and run the report.
However the system not generate object into the request, only is Request and Task and not have object into.
can anyone help me?

I tried to use RHMOVE00 to transport the organization structure.
In the transport request i included one Organizational Unit , the Position within , and the Owners assgined to that position.
Then when we got the request transported to QAS from our Dev server, I am seeing that Organization Unit and Position have been transported successfully. But the Owners assigned to the Position have not been tranported, because i guess we were not able to transport the relationship between the Owner and the Position, which we are struggling to find that how to transport the relationship.
You have also mentioned about expert Mode. But could u please tell us or guide us to some documentation on how to access the object by Expert mode.

I ordered the Tcode RE_RHMOVE30, the release without problems but when found in the tail of I transport the sample.
Wanted whether data within the directory or file cofile the order and not displayed.

go to transaction code STMS_IMPORT in your production system. Refresh the import queue. If you can not see the request, go to "Extras>Other Request->add".. Enter the request number and click ok. If you still can not find the request that means there is no datafiles and cofiles for that request or you have to bring the data file and cofiles for that request manually. This depends on your transport settings.
But I guess you have moved the request from DEV to QAS. isn't it?..that means ...datafiles and cofiles are there.

Error in transporting the Transformation to Quality system

Hi All,
I am trying to transport the transformation which has field level routine as well as start and end routine.
I have basically ehanced the standard routine and it works perfectly fine in dev server . I have even loaded the data and generated reports on this cube.
Now i am trying to transport it to Quality system. It throws up some "syntax error in routine" error. Very strange.
All my routine in Dev is working but during transport ther is some issue.
i saw some post on same but they are suggesting to regenerate a new transformation. For me this will be a nightmare as there are so many routnies at field level and as end routine.
Kindly suggest how can i rectify this error.
Note:- I had generated this transformation via old update rules with Migration function.

Error while enhancing the Extract structure in LBWE

Hi All,
When I am trying to change the extract structure os logistic extractors in LBWE, it is giving me an error saying "Entries for application 11 still exist in the extraction queue".
Below is my scenario:
I have 3 clients in the same R/3 system, Client 010, 020 and 030.
Clients 020 and 030 are connected to my BW system. Client 010 will be used for all development while test loads can be done from clients either 020 or 030. Till now, I have tested my data flows only from client 030. Now, I have to add some extra field to the structure in LBWE but facing the above mentioned error.
I went into LBWQ in both the client 020 and 030 and deleted the queue and then tried to change the extract structure in client 010 but still the same error.
What else do I need to do to resolve this?

Hi Raki,
We are still in development phase. I did all my developments(R/3) in client 010. Till now I did only full loads to BW from client 030 and haven't done any loads from client 020. My BW system is also connected to another sandbox client 100 but I haven't done any loads from that client aswell.
As I have to add some extra fields to the extractor from LBWE, I did the follwing steps in R/3:
1) I have deleted the setup tables from client 010, 020 and 030.
2) Deleted the data from LBWQ from clients 010, 020 and 030.
3) Trying to change the extract structure by clicking on "Maintenance" for the extractor in Client 010.
At this point it is throwing an error.
I thought that the client 100 might be a problem as I have transfer rules created in my BW system from this source system as well. As I do not need this source system anymore, I have deleted it from BW and tried changing the structure in LBWE but still the same problem.
Any ideas would be highly appreciated.

I get the status " Idoc type in the source system is not available" when i try to access the transfer rules of delivery service ,0sd_c04 infocube. can anyone help me to fix the error.

How you installed Transfer rules, is it through BC.
Check the Data Structure in Info Source , whether all fileds are available or not.
First delete Transfer structure and again propose the transfer rules, activate it.
Let us know status.....

Error While Transporting the DSOs

I am transporting a DSO from DEV to QA in 7.0 system.While transporting the DSO, i am getting the below mentioned error.

The transport request contains just the DSO and not the Export datsource.I have also tried exporting both together still it failed.
I have referred OSS note No.597326 for the same.But it didnt helped in resolving the issue.

jus check some points in u r transportation.
check the collection mode,grouping option - whether it is in dataflow before and after ,in data flow after,or in data flow before ,might be u have selected the in data flow before ,so the datasource error is happening here
check the datasource is from the same sap system or non sap system ,might be the system is having the password .so these are the problems check out and let me know the status of it and if it is solved by other means let me know

Hi,
this looks like you forgot a transport request or have transported in the wrong order.
Check that the table ZPLANTS is active (or has been activated with this transport request in step IMPORT).before the generation starts. Please check also the complete IMPORT protocol.

Error while creating the Organization structure.

I am trying to create an Organization structure in SRM 5 sytem, I have created a Root for the structure and when i try to click on the Attribute Inheritance or the Check tab below i am getting an error "Start program BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_ALL first (see note 563180 and long text)" but i have replicated one plant from the R/3 system using BBP_LOCATIONS_GET_SELECTED and the material groups and all the other relevant datas from R/3. I can see in the table BBP_LOCMAP the plant been associated with the relevant company code. I am now struck in creating the organization structure. I am not sure where i am going wrong while creating the Org model.Please give me your valuable inputs to overcome this error.

Add an X to the following entry:
Group = EBP
Sem abbr. = LMIGR
Val. Abbr. = X
Description = Locations Successfully Migrated
This tell the system that the locations have been replicated and the error indicating location get all needs be executed will go away.
