Error in Update of Register

Dear All,
Can anybody guide me or give me some overview,
1) when i am going to J1i5 transaction, to see the RG1 and RG23 Part 1details, i am not getting any thing under the screen.
i did so many G/R with Excise and in register RG23A Part-1 and Part -2 getting Update.
2) When i am capturing Excise invoice without reference to P.O in J1IEX, that time " Available Credit quantity 1.000,000 is different from the defaulted 0,000" this Warning message is coming, but when i am trying to Simulate "NO CENVAT AMOUNT TO BE POSTED" and "NO CENVAT AMOUNT TO BE REVERSED" message is coming.
Can anybody tell me why exactly this message is coming in J1IEX or how can i upload CENVAT amount.

-- J1I5 transaction is used for manual updation of Part 1 Registers. As you are updating Part I & II during GR (MIGO) , you wont get this transactions in J1I5.If you select the option capture Excise invoice in MIGO , this will lead to only capturing of excise invoice & you will have to update the Part I register through J1I5 & post the part II entries through J1IEX.

For capturing Excise invoice without reference to PO , you will have to enter the values for BED , ECS & SECS manually in the "Duty Values" tab at the item level.Once you have maintained this try simulating and post the document.
