Error in username/PW after migration..........

Hi ALL,
Is there any way to store Username/PW outside RPD and migrate?
In test environment we are facing issue of "invalid username PW" or authentication problems...?
Cheers...

May be this article can help you :
http://oraclebizint.wordpress.com/2008/04/04/oracle-bi-ee-101332-udml-to-automate-repository-updates-migration-of-repositories-from-development-to-testproduction-environment/
It talks about automate migration with UDML and in the UDML file you will see the password and you can of course change it.

  • Error in date prompt after migrating from 5.x to XI R2

    Hi,
We have migrated from 5.x to XiR2  SP5 and are facing a problem with the date input parameter.
Our users use DESKI , when they try to access thier reports  based on Stored Procedure, and the reports  having date prompt , they get an error.
In 5.x they used to enter the date as DD MON YYYY , in XIR2 they enter it as MM/DD/YYYY but still we get the error
"The variable is of type date enter its value in the format 9/17/2009 14:50:00 PM"
The users tried this too but still the same error persists. The Oracle.prm and Oracle.sbo file on teh users machine is the same as that of the server.
I am able to recreate this error after logging onto the server and opening DESKi there. This error is occuring only with Stored procedures that take date as input parameter
has anybody faced this issue before, any resolutions for this
    Thanks in advance
    Shreekantha

    Hi,
After analyzing this problem , what we found that no Stored Procedures that take user input are functioning, irrespective of teh datatype of the input prompt.
For all SPs that take user input we get an error saying

  • Lost all autofill usernames & password after migration & upgrade to leopard

I recently got a new imac, migrated all my old info to the new machine, then upgraded to leopard. now safari has none of my previous usernames & passwords stored in autofill preferences. can i go back to my old machine and find a prefernce list or something to put on my new imac so i don't have to go refigure all my usermanes & passwords?
i transferred from the old half-dome imac to a new 24" imac, which i LOVE!!

Be sure to use software update to get the latest version of Leopard 10.5.1. Then, if the passwords still do not appear, try this:
I found this answer on another discussion question.
    Open Utilities:Keychain Access
Click on Passwords in left column
Scroll down to "Safari Forms Autofill" and double-click
    Open access control window
Click radio button that says "Allow all applications to access this item"
Close window--you will be prompted for your password.
Note: this works for other items in the password window.

  • Signed Email Error on Mobile Devices After Migration to 2013

After we migrate a user to Exchange 2013 SP1 from Exchange 2010 SP3, a users signed email message can't be viewed from their mobile device.
The users receive the following message:
"This encrypted message can't be displayed because this version of Exchange Server doesn't support encrypted S/MIME messages on mobile phones. To view this message, you need to open it on a computer using Outlook."
Is there some additional commands I need to run to allow this through ActiveSync?
I've run this command for OWA S/MIME already:
    Set-SmimeConfig -OWAAllowUserChoiceOfSigningCertificate $true -OWACRLRetrievalTimeout 10000 -OWAEncryptionAlgorithms 6602:128

Is it working with iOS or Android or WP?

    Problem solved.
Better Remove apex 3.2 (export your applications first)
Then do fresh install of apex 4.
    And it works

  • Error in CLR assembly after migrating to SQL server 2012

We moved to SQL Server 2012 from 2008R2 and I am unable to get the CLR assembly working.  I have read several topics about trustworthy setting and a mismatch dbo SID. I checked the SID and everything looks good and the 2008R2 server works fine with
Trustworthy set to OFF.  I'm starting to think it is a .NET issue.  2008R2 works with 2.0 and 2012 uses 4.0 and i'm wondering if just redeploying the assembly will fix the problem.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Msg 10314, Level 16, State 11, Procedure MP_ExportXYToCSV2, Line 41
An error occurred in the Microsoft .NET Framework while trying to load assembly id 65540. The server may be running out of resources, or the assembly may not be trusted with PERMISSION_SET = EXTERNAL_ACCESS or UNSAFE. Run the query again, or check documentation

It is not clear what you have done, for an assembly with a permission set beyond SAFE to work, one of these conditions must be set:
    1) The database is trustworthy and the database owner has EXTERNAL ACCESS ASSEMBLY or UNSAFE ASSEMBLY permission, depending on the permission set for the assembly.
    2) The assembly is a signed with a key, and that key exists in the master database. A login has been created from the key, and this login has been granted the matching assembly permission.
Since you say that it worked on SQL 2008 R2 without trustworthy, I would assume that you had a key-login pair on the old server, but forgot to move them to the new server.
Don't set the database trustworthy. This is a potential security risk.

after migration to a new macbook i cannot open photoshop. I get error message "you can't open this application "adobe photoshop cs" because powerpc applications are no longer supported"

You cannot run Photoshop CS on a new Intel-based Mac running OS X Mavericks. CS is far too old.
You'll have to buy Photoshop CS6 or Photoshop Elements 12. Or subscribe to CC.

After migrating all of my adobe software (Cs4, cs5, etc.) to my new imac, the software won't open due to many errors. Any help on this?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities
Adobe software is conflictive when you use Migration Assistant because their applications don't work properly after migration. If you keep the DVDs or the installers of your software, use them to reinstall all your Adobe applications and they should start working correctly

  • Multi Value error observed in one report after migration from BO 3.1 to BO 4.0

    Hi,
Can someone help me resolving the #multivalue error after migration of report from BO 3.1 to 4.0 environment
I have compared all the formulas and they are same in both the
I have observed, if I create a new  tab with the report, The multivalue error is not observed
Can somebody please help me regarding this issue
    Thanks
    Javeed

    Hi Javed,
MultiValue error appears if you have multiple result values for the same row values combination.
Try including an object from object panel which can differentiate the values for that row.
    For Example,
Lets say you have an item & you have a keyfigure Invoiced amount where it has 2 different values at schedule line level.
So the values in webi BOBJ depends your BW architecture like how the infoprovider is designed. If your infoprovider has the invoiced amount values based on item and schedule line level then if you dont add the schedule line in webi report, you ll get the "#MULTIVALUE" Error.
If you are using any Variables in the webi Report, try using
    =[keyfigure] in [Dimension]
    Hope this helps.
    Regards,
    Naveen

  • Getting an error 'CalendarNotify' as null or undefined in the code at SP.UI.ApplicationPages.CalendarNotify line in SharePoint 2013 after migration

    Hello,
I am getting an error 'CalendarNotify' as null or undefined in the code at SP.UI.ApplicationPages.CalendarNotify in SharePoint 2013 after migration from SharePoint 2010.  The SharePoint calendar is customized to display the events with colors and other
    customizations.
It was developed in SharePoint 2010 using client side objects /jquery.  After migration to 2013 stopped working.
The code looks like in the following url...
    http://www.westpoint.edu/news/SiteAssets/ColorCoding.txt
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,
According to your description, my understanding is that the CalendarNotify is null after migrating to SharePoint 2013.
I suggest you can check if the sp.js has been loaded properly using Internet Explorer Developing Tools. We can use the following script to run function after the sp.js has been loaded.
    ExecuteOrDelayUntilScriptLoaded(somefunction(), "sp.js");
Here is a detailed article for your reference:

After more investigations I have more details:
    1. the error does not occur if the base table does not have rowSelection=”single”
    2. the error does not occur if the base table has rowSelection=”single” but the popup is raised with showPopupBehavior
    3. the error only occurs when the base table has rowSelection=”single” and we call the popup as inline popup (taskFlow with jsf page)
I could not reproduce the error on a newly created application in Jdevelope 11.1.2.1, it only happens to migrated applications.
We can not give up to rowSelection=”single” because of master-detail structures.
    Thank you,
    Monica
