Error in V function

Question

Hi All,
         Im have afunction V  below is the code for that function ...

While icomplie this im getting an like

can any one help me in this

Hello,
Looks like you're using the APEXLib V function drop-in
Take a look at this thread -
v('APP_USER) after upgrade from 3.1 to 3.2
