Error in view based datasource

Hi All,
I tried to create a datasource based on view. when i tried to activate that ds, i get the foll. erro:
Invalid extract structure template ZTERM of DataSource ZTERM.
You tried to generate an extract structure with the template structure ZTERM.
This operation failed, because the template structure quantity fields or currency fields,
for example, field BETRH refer to a different table.

Please check if you did it right.
SE11. Look at your table on which you want to create a view. Tab Currency/quant fields, note to which table (T001?) and field refers BETRH.
SE11, create your view.
‘Table/join conditions’ tab, in the left ‘tables’ frame type in your table and T001. Press ‘Relationships’ button, find a row with your table and T001, tick it, press ‘Copy’.
‘View flds’. Select fields you need from your table. In the new row add the following:
‘View field’ – the name of that field you noticed in step 1.
‘Table name’ – T001
‘Field name’ – the name of that field you noticed in step 1.
Press Enter, activate.
Have you done all these steps?
