  • TFTP error on 3925 intergrated voice router

We have a 3925 intergrated voice router that prompts this error  cmapp_sccp_tftp_download_file: Unable to get configuration file size tftp://x.x.x.x/SKIGxxxxxx.cnf.xml, rc=-2
It gives the IP to our call manager then a mac address of analog gatway and extension pertaining to cnf.xml. The error runs when the  router  is connected to the network and also when it is not connected to the network. I have looked in the Cisco bug toolkit did not find a bug that was related to the issue. I check the tftp in the call manager there is no file of that type which there should not be. We have 3925s voice routers already registered to the call manager. Voice router information below:

  • Voice Routing: Normalization Rule vs. Route

We're just testing some Enterprise Voice stuff within our Lync Environment but there's still one Thing not clear to me: On the specific user tab, we're able to assign a "Dial plan policy" and a "Voice policy"
In the Dial plan policy we're able to enter the normalization rules for Digit Manipulation.
In the Voice policy we can assign routes the call will take (e.g trunk).
But for example if there is a normalization rule which translates +402221111 to 1111 and on the route there are just numbers allowed starting with 1, why the call will fail? In my opinion the number should be translated to 1111 right after dialing and
this should match the proper route.
Can someone describe how the callflow is working in Detail. Will it maybe check for the specific route before there is any Digit Manipulation process?
    Thanks in advance

Typically you'd do it the other way around, you'd translate 1111 to +402221111 so that it's in proper E.164 format, and you'd have your routes match that.
What you described should work though, at a very high non-mechanical level:
A number is typed into Lync
The number is normalized by the users dial plan (typically to a standard such as E.165)
The normalized number is compared against the voice policy, which will match if it finds a route that matches that's tied to the policy through a PSTN usage.
An INVITE is sent through the trunk using the path determined.
What kind of errors are you getting and do you get a "pass" in the Lync Control Panel -> Voice Routing -> Test Voice Routing when you enter the information?  If not, you've got a typo or misconfiguration somewhere and giving more detail
    will help.

  • Error on ICM router

    Dear All,
We are running icm 7.2.4. from last couple of days we have started getting these errors on our router process. following are the errors that we are getting
    11:30:24 rb-rtr Translation route timeout for controller ABC_VRUPG8 (ID 5007), route TR1_IVRCallBack.24 (ID 5158).
    11:30:29 rb-rtr Translation route timeout for controller ABC_VRUPG8 (ID 5007), route TR1_IVRCallBack.45 (ID 5179).
11:33:00 rb-rtr Unknown Admin Script result code (15)
if anyone could guide me where and how to start troubleshooting this error i would be thankful. by the way we have not received any complains from the call center yet.

Check the logs in the PG involved. In your case, ABC_VRUPG8 (ID 5007), route TR1_IVRCallBack.24 (ID 5158).
The DNIS and Network Target ID associated with the failing route. This information is
located in the Peripheral Target table located in Configure ICM.

  • T-code CO01 to create Production order:error message "No routing found"?

I use t-code CO01 to create Production order. At the first screen I select material 72 and plant HJW1 .At the Header creen,I input the data in the General tab and press return but the sap show the error message "No routing found".But I have create the routing for the material 72 and plant HJW1.I don't know why the sap found no routing. So my question was how to found the reason about why the sap can not found the routing and how to resolve this problem.Thank you.

    Hi,
Probably you would have created the routing today, with valid from todays date. But the order you are creating may be with start date in past and system is not able to find and valid routing for the day.
I would suggest you to remove both the Basic "Start" and "End" and change the scheduling type to "Current date Scheduling", now enter. If system still not finding the routing, use the function "Read PP Master data".

  • Error creating voice message greeting

I tested my Skype number by calling myself and it only rang and rang. I just verified my settings which have voice messaging enabled. I haven't recorded a greeting and when I try I get "error creating voice message greeting" pop up.
Is the lack of a recorded greeting what is keeping voice messaging from working?
How do I fix the error to record my greeting?
I'm using Windows 8 and Chrome browser.
    Thanks.

Since the last "update", (screw-up?), I get "voice message upload error" and "voice message playback error" incessantly.  ONCE it allowed a custom message upload, but, for a 10-sec greeting it loaded a 3 MINUTE silence.  Returning to the "default" greeting causes the same errors.  Yes, I checked all my drivers and YES, I "tried turning it off and on again".
Please, run the DirectX diagnostics tool (32-bit). Run dxdiag.exe (Start - Run or Win key +R) then press enter or click "OK". Once the diagnostics completes, "Save All information..." to a text file. Please, attach this file to your post.
Be aware that you will have to zip this file before attaching it here.
    (i.e. compress DxDiag.txt ---> DxDiag.zip)
Even it the log says everything is "OK" it will still help me determine any possible solutions.

I've checked listener.log and found this:

Problem located (as usual after the 3 hours it took me to find the forum and post about it).
Using netstat and lsof I found that XE not only binds to 1521 and 8080, but also to port 33172 and since iptables blocks everything it got "No route to host".
The question is if 33172 is static or just a randomly chosen port number.

  • GoldenGate extract issue -  TCP/IP error 113 (No route to host)

    Hi All,
I have created a new replicat process on a new server. The old server is to be de-commissioned. after I created the replicat process on the new server (I copied the replicat prm file from the existing server - which is to be de-commissioned to new server and changed old encrypted password with new one and DISCARDFILE location), I modified the extract parameter file on source server. I changed RMTHOST and RMTTRAIL from older server name to new server name and old location to new location. once done , I stopped the extract and ran below command:
    ADD RMTTRAIL /u01/app/ggs/dirdat/db, EXTRACT Ext1
and then started the extract process after which I am getting this error:
    *2012-03-16 02:24:39 GGS ERROR 150 TCP/IP error 113 (No route to host).*
    *2012-03-16 02:24:39 GGS ERROR 190 PROCESS ABENDING.*
I can very well ping both servers from both source and target. Any thoughts?

got the answer. It was firewall issue. When i turned the firewall down "service iptables stop", everything was smooth. I have raised request with the proper team to add the source ip in the target system firewall.

  • Error while creating routing in CA01

    Hi,
I'm trying to create a routing for a material using CA01 in dev environment. I have given the input of a material number and plant that exists in the system, but when i execute it throws an error saying "Material type ZPRD is not defined for task list type N"
    Message no. CT761
    it suggests with procedure :
To create a task list with task list type N for a material with material type ZPRD, you must maintain the material type allocation under General data in Customizing for routings.
I didn't understand this procedure. Can anyone please help me how to proceed to find the solution.
    Appreciated if you can answer.

    Hi Naveen,
It means you have to assign  the task list type to  material type ZPRD. Then it will carry its job:
    The path is:
    Go To-> SPRO-> IMG Activity-> Production-> Basic Data-> Routing-> General Data---> Define Material Type Assignments. T-Code: OP50
    I hope it will work.

I getting correct data from multiple flat files .
It's converting the data also .
But while executing start direct input method i am getting the followig error ....

You might want to tune PKG_CLIENT_LOWSPEED_TIMEOUT before running "zoneadm install"
    For example:
    # export PKG_CLIENT_LOWSPEED_TIMEOUT=300
